Accuracy is so bad, barcodes at costco doesnt work, calorie work outs are overblown.
Portions are so much, 1 cup of rice calories are stupid high, if you take a picture of the barcode it wont work, you take a picture of the calories in a box, it doesnt register per serving, it will literally add to your calorie for the day like you ate the whole box of sausages. And steps for the day, i was so confused why does my calories gone up my goal so much??? I couldnt figure out. I started with 1800 calories and at the end of the day without working out just walking, 13,538 steps and the app logged that i burnt 1515 CALORIES??? I cant even edit it. I need a refund, i thought it was charging me .58 cents per week and cancel anytime, just wanted to try it and next thing i know i was actually charged for the whole year already.

I paid for the subscription, now the app won’t let me add my meals and telling me that I need to pay again. I contacted support and they are no help. Would not recommend.

I did the 3-day free trial and didn't like it. I canceled it the second I started the free trial, and they still charged me for the entire year. This app doesn't work.
Cant even use
You cant even use the app. During setup the “next” button is impossible to press during the weight chart screen.
I am just lost
I understand the adding of calories back after exercise but I still feel like am cheating it so I wish this could be disabled and on top of that idk how many calories each individual item is like my pizza says in big bold letters 719 is that the calories but when I remove that and I still had breadsticks they were 600 in big bold letter I only ate 142 calories. I am lost and it’s making me not wanna use this app and give up cause now I gotta find another app and retrace my progress plus pay for another one when I already paid a year for this one
Incorrect calorie count
I’m 6’0 250lbs. And the app says to eat 1200 calories a day. That is wrong by all measures.
Disappointed
I love the fact that you take a picture of the food and it can get it at least 80% right of what food I'm eating. However, even when scanning a barcode it gives an incorrect amount of calories almost doubling it. I didn't notice at first and I was shocked how quickly I'd go through calories when I tend to eat smaller portions and pretty healthy. I noticed when I added a protein bar that I specifically scanned the barcode and it states has 200 calories it added it as 400+.
