That’s a big miss. Have Apple devices & it’s no longer supporting iOS Calendar. I discovered there are many other better and cheaper (even free) options out there. Now I just have to figure out how to cancel this service.
cant see am/pm
travel frequently and use a vpn: cant be sure if the time I booked the meeting is correct as there's no am/pm option or 24h setting. it's maddening
Great product when it works. When it doesn’t work don’t expect any help from Customer Support

Calendly has zero phone support
Calendly has zero phone support even for their business accounts. I’ll pay too much per month to not have support.

What happened to the free version?
This was such a great tool and now it’s only for those who are rich enough to afford it. I loved being able to schedule appointments with my clients for free. Now I can’t do that anymore. $10 a month may not sound like much, but all those “little” fees really add up!!
Too complicated 👎👎👎👎
I thought this app would SAVE me time. But every update makes it more complex. Then you don’t get any help they send you to a link to read a whole thesis or to study videos on YouTube. I personally don’t have time to learn yet another app. Which is why I downloaded Calendly because it was supposed to be EASY. But it’s not. Right now I overwrote a specific date and my clients are not able to book with me causing me loses. 👎
Clunky
Very difficult to set up and I’m a tech guy, start app on mac and phone endless loop of spinning ellipses or waiting for codes that show up at 11 minutes later when the code window is 10 minutes. Avoid this!
Impossible to cancel
Once you buy this they make it impossible to cancel. Buyer beware
Too many errors
TONS of problems with this software, like the fact that you can’t easily do 15 minute meetings, but here’s the annoying one that just happened.
I get a notification, click on it, and it gives me an error. I’m guessing the software engineers didn’t put the event in the database before they sent the notification.

Error messages
It keeps giving me error messages when I try to look at the information. I’ve tried closing the app rebooting it nothing helps. It still keeps giving me an error message and I can’t see my meeting or what the meeting is about.
Crashes now
The app crashes when you try to view a meeting… says “An error has occurred. The operation couldn’t be completed. (CalendlyKit.APIError error1.) HELP!! The mobile app is now unusable!!!!!

From good to terrible mobile experience
It was all working seamlessly until mobile app ceased to work. Required me log in and then it goes to a browser and the nightmare began where. “Oops something went wrong” is all I see now instead of my flipping calendar. I write to support and the robot chat just makes you waste time with general useless suggestions. Then as I found out what email to write to, they took two days to respond a seemingly template answer saying it was all resolved. Not the case. I have been spending time researching to see whether it is a setting pf my phone and responding to emails from support agents who just keep asking me to explain and to send more screenshots. Truly disconcerted here. I will research what other platforms are available for me to switch. Not worthy to pay for a service that is not that friendly to navigate and set up. The web version seems slow and now this.
Calendly fall from grace
Calendly used to be one of my favorite applications-it was easily integrated and really really well designed but recent updates over the last few years will be the companies demise. The calendar app that desires to be a CRM…clunky, slow, and not easy to integrate- honestly I hate this app now.

I spend way to much time updating settings and trying to find where to go and how to update availability, changes to schedule, etc. I recently updated my profile picture and it saved it sideways. So frustrating.
Page error
I paid for this app, and from one day to the next it stopped working. I can no longer manually schedule appointments for my clients it says “page error.” There isn’t even an email to contact them about the issue. The only solution is to cancel the subscription.
Api error
I’m getting an API error, and customers are receiving messages without my authorization.

I don’t recommend!
I missed an extremely important consultation due to Calendly’s time zone issues. When I contacted customer service via email they were less than helpful in their passive aggressive, delayed replies. An opportunity to showcase superb customer service turned into the blame game. It is clear that they don’t value or respect customers who utilize their free plan. I will be using another platform. If you are another small business owner like myself, then I do not recommend utilizing Calendly.
Do NOT use the app, desktop only
The app has so many little bugs, endless frustration, and features/settings are hard to find. I made one change to a meeting type description and it reset the entire availability calendar and hours. Didn’t realize their error until over 25 bookings came in. Even the “send feedback” menu option doesn’t load! Go figure 😂
App doesn’t save changes
Use the web app instead. The iOS app doesn’t save all the changes you make.
Lost my entire book of business
This app cost me $42.6 million in revenue in 5 seconds. In minutes, my contacts were wiped, my new and old appointments were completely wiped and because I built my entire company off of Calendly, my life was wiped with it. I would look elsewhere for opportunities to book your calls. Calendly quite literally ruined me and my family’s lives in less than 30 seconds.
Can’t get signed up
Nothing but server error messages. Can’t get signed up. All other website and apps working fine. Can’t reach tech support. Uninstalled

I cannot find the app on my phone
Ever since i got a new iPhone last month, i cannot access the calendly icon. I cannot reach support.
This app keeps crashing. Errors.
The app was good at first but now it’s very unreliable. It always says error, and does not work sometimes which makes it super unreliable for me. It’s already happened 3 times. And lowkey it’s hard to get customer support.

I have not been able to schedule any clients to my calendar for the last week. I get an error code every time and customer service is not much help. I have submitted a request and no one has reaonded

Not what it used to be
The app hardly works these days. It is rare to even be able to open the details of my meeting and have it load properly the first time. Currently looking for a new app without these problems. This app used to be perfect for me, but the recent updates ruined it.
Always making useless updates
We purchase calendar systems to have the best scheduling software possible. Yet, Calendly refuses to make the actual scheduling software better, but continually messes with the interface causing me to have to do retraining for my team and its useless updates like ‘AI’ comparative to what’s needed.

The free version is more reliable than the paid.
I have been using calendly for over two years. I was using the free version and pleased. I recommend the app, and my clients have been happy with it.
I am increasing my offerings and decided to upgrade my account. Since upgrading I am
having scheduling issues that I have not had before. I have taken time to enter specific limitations for bookings and the app has reset several of the settings. Some of the settings it will not change to my preference.
I am in a different time zone than all of my clients and am displeased with the paid service.
