No free options
I was not able to start a workout unless I paid.
Not free. Misleading
Zero free features. Not a single thing you can do without paying
Not free, don’t be tricked
It’s def not free. Can’t do a single thing without signing up for a free 7 day trial. So frustrating.
Music Issues
Why does the app stop my music every time there’s a countdown, and when a video starts. Surely there’s a way to do both. I can’t even find a rhythm with the constant pausing.
Want to play music? Then the video will stop. It might sound petty but this will make me not continue my free trial when I would’ve happily paid otherwise.

Paywall
Paywall. Not worth time
I wish to give 0 stars
I was going to buy one month pro and when I tried to buy for five dollars it declined every time I try then I check how much money are they charging so it showed on the app that $4.49 a month but in real they were charging $15.18. What is this behaviour ?
Not free
Some of the more advanced workouts are free but for someone just starting out, none of the beginner workouts are free. It’s $4/month or $19/year. Although $19/year isn’t bad, it would be nice to test out some of the workouts before purchasing...
Limited features
The app has plenty of routines and exercises in its library, which is great. But I wish it would let me add past workouts to a specific date. I can only have the workout on the calendar if I do it at the moment. And it requires me to actually go through the workout on the app versus just adding what I did with the rest period, etc.
It would also be nice to be able to plan future workouts and add them to the calendar for the sake of saving time and also have a progression plan. Now, one has to find the desired routine and then go through it
