Glitchy and terrible UI
I needed a phone number so my employees could receive sms to test some things. Chat got recommended this software and it’s sooooooo bad. Nothing works, the features are terrible, and the registration to get an account live is beyond ridiculous. It’s like they are making you sign up for top secret clearance for NASA or something. There are waty better tools that are cheaper and easier than this vibe coded garbage.

❌ TERRIBLE PAYMENT EXPERIENCE - UNACCEPTABLE FOR iOS
This app’s payment system is a complete mess.
There is NO way to subscribe or pay inside the app through Apple’s App Store. Instead, users are forced to leave the app, open a mobile browser, log in again, and pay outside the app. This is extremely frustrating, time-wasting, and unacceptable for an iOS app.
Apple provides In-App Purchases for a reason. Redirecting users to a browser to handle payments feels lazy, unprofessional, and breaks trust. It ruins the user experience and makes the app feel poorly designed and unfinished.
If you want people to subscribe, enable in-app payments like every serious iOS app does. Until this is fixed, I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Can’t send pictures and that’s so poor
Unfortunately you can’t send pictures on this app. Very poor !!!
Don’t trust!
App does not work. Collects your info and then prevents you from accessing all features. Suspect for data collection scam.

Buggy, needs fixing
The app is generally buggy and this means that whenever I make a call in the app, I have to close the app before I make another call because when I type in the numbers, they keep scrambling up. Secondly the process of handling multiple numbers within the app is stressful for every call. I have to select the company the call is going out from and then select the country that I’m going to be sending the culture can’t I just have a default number that I only switched over from when I choose to?
