No discretion
This app makes you call another number while on the line with the actual person you’re talking to. They will probably notice it’s a three way call and if you have to call them while you’re on the phone they will also know. If you do buy this app by accident, you won’t be refunded. Stay away.
Too complicated
I immediately regretted buying this app the minute I tried to use it. The marketing copy made it sound easy but I didn’t realize it’s a third party number you have to call and the number of the person you are calling has to be in your contacts and there’s no way I could figure out to make sure it’s actually recording while recording. Tried to get a refund but no dice. Should have just torn a $20 bill in pieces and flushed it down the john.

I was on a call for a government procedure. It took around 3hours, it suddenly turned off, and there were no recordings left.

Most pointless app ever….
Not only am I forced to sign up for a free trial when I want the free plan but I downloaded this app to record phone calls over my voip number, but I can’t get codes on my voip number. Just china trying to collect more data. That’s awesome. Save your soul. Don’t download this app.
Not a one button recorder
In the summary it says no more merging calls…… yeah right!!!! This is the lengthiest call recorder I have ever seen and they hang up by the time you even get half way thru all the stuff you gotta go into and hit after you ANSWER! False advertising of this call recorder app

Scammers
I cancelled my subscription that was absolutely worthless. I hit cancel on the app it said that it was the last day to cancel it showed a confirmed cancellation. My account was charged $49 and my account was reactivated. Crooks . Recording does not work on automated calls . This app is a complete waist of money . Go buy a recording device on Amazon it will work for all your needs .

There is a server error and it’s affecting being able to download or listen to any recordings. When will this be fixed?
Won’t let me login.
I’ve had this app for over a year, it’s been great. Then all of a sudden, when I would put somebody’s phone number in to make a phone call it just wouldn’t make a phone call. I decided to log out and delete the app and then reinstall it and login to see if that would fix the problem.now it won’t let me login. Would be really great if they had a helpdesk to troubleshoot this.

Support did not respond to emails or calls. The app just stopped working stating “an error occurred within the application good bye” and I am unable to locate support options even after paying for the application. Mm
Be Aware
There is a beep heard by both parties when it starts to record. There is no way to silence it since it originates with the app not your phone. If you are recording not wanting the other person to know this app won’t work. Just FYI Also no refund once you start it. Your stuck for the year!
Not a FREE APP
This is not a free app as advertised in Google search for a free app to record phone conversations.

They charge you in two days even though it says free three day trial also it wouldn’t be worth it. Anyhow they make you do a three-way call.. It has a beep when the call connects. I had to call to get a refund since they charge me within the trial period
Very very disappointed
Very disappointed. After I no longer had this subscription it deleted all my important calls I had recorded. I am not able to ever retrieve them. Wouldn’t recommended
Not worth the time.
All this is is imagine adding a ghost caller into the convo just as you would add a 3rd party to a conference call. It’s incredibly confusing.
Doesn’t work
I just recorded a call exactly as I was supposed to - it looked like it was recording the whole time and my call log confirms the call was running through this app - but there’s nothing in the recordings folder. Will update if I hear back from customer service and they can find it but right now it appears that I lost an entire important interview and I will never rely on this app again

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, I downloaded this application because I had a very important business call that I wanted to record. I paid for the application. When it came to receiving the call, I set the application to record for more than 30 minutes. When I hung up and checked the audio, I only heard very distorted noise and no sound. You can hear nothing of the conversation, I don't know if it worked for anyone but that was my experience.

You have to call a phone number while handling the call to start the recording and then it doesn’t work - I tried to play it back and nothing.
Recordings not saved
I was late paying my subscription so i could not access my recordings but when i did finally get to pay my subscription about a month later i get on my account and all my recordings are gone. Like they got deleted because i didn't pay on time. And its not like my records are months or even years old, they were a month old maybe 2 months max. I had really important records and that i was given no warning they would be deleted. So if you are thinking bout using this app i would definitely suggest downloading or finding a way to save your recordings off this app

This has shown up on my credit card bill, I have no knowledge of this app or service. I’ve sent emails trying to contact the company and no one has responded.
Garbage broken app
Total garbage and they charged me after I cancelled and I immediately requested refund and Apple denied. Stay away from this garbage

Typed in free recorder. One off the top searches ( I guess they paid well) definitely not free. Deleted right away.
