First of all while The advertise a free trial there is none. That changed, but they should change the advertising. I then went to check the reviews. The best way to do that is to look at the most recent ones and they are mostly one star with very few exceptions. This application requires you to do a three-way call to record. I need one that will record on my phone, not do a long workaround where a connection to a third line records the call. Nope.

Thought this would work. Followed instructions however did not connect to call to record. Instructions need up dating if you’re charging $10 a week.

So, actual use looks nothing like the instructions. There is already a telephone number prefilled and I am unable to change it to the number I need to call.
When I try to contact their support, nothing happens at all. I have pictures of what I experience when attempting to make my call, but nowhere to send them.
So, now I have spent over$12 (was supposed to be $9.99) for an application that does NOT work as the instructions say it should.

Terrible app and service
I recorded a very important call and one day it just disappeared. I reached out to support who told me I had no usage on the app. I paid for the app for 2 years just to have this recorded call. Now it’s totally gone and there’s nothing I can do and they are telling me I never even recorded a call.

Bait and switch
The screenshots demonstrating this app are phony. They show a button on the iPhone phone call screen that allows you to tap it once to record and that is not at all the case. You have to start the app and then open the phone and then merge the call and do lots of other stuff you can't just press one button and start recording. Not nearly as easy as convenient as they would have you think. Canceled my free trial after five minutes

Does not work properly most of the time and the set up is slow and clunky. Pretty much entirely useless in most scenarios. I would try to get my 50 dollars back but most likely they would fight it. Seems like the type of company to take your money and deliver shovelware garbage.

That didn’t work properly, then the cancellation through their app did not work. I was able to cancel through Apple with Apple support help, but I definitely don’t think it’s worth $7.99 a week

This APP is WORTHLESS! As someone else TOO MANY pop ups, and while “FREE” will NOT ALOW you to RECORD!! MAY not let you even after paying! Didn’t try it then, since I thought I had ALREADY cancelled it through the app, except THAT does NOT work! MUST be cancelled on Apple settings page subscriptions!

App Does Not Work
This app does not work. Not one of the support lines work. What a fraud. How does Apple even allow this on the App store. Especially when you see other people have experienced the same issue. I have applied for an immediate refund.
iPhone recording
Not an easy application. Need to cancel this trial subscription. I call the 855 number and it takes me to Xfinity. Do not try this app and pay for frustration.

I cannot download any of the recordings off my device. I’ve emailed the company and haven’t heard anything in almost a week now. When I go to download the file, nothing happens.

Do not trust the functioning of this app
Audio files created through this app do not work. All you’ll get is the ability to create a transcript file. The audio file does not play, you cannot share it or send it. Syncing it to your computer and trying to open through an audio application does not work. Converting the file to another format does not work. Do not waste your time and money
Stole my records
The app wouldn’t let me send the file during the free trial to myself and won’t let me access my phone recordings since I don’t want to pay for this subpar app
Heed the warnings!
The app won’t allow you to proceed without signing up for a subscription. It offers a 3-day trial with monthly payments or a discounted price for yearly. Any dummy would choose yearly and forego the 3-day trial. That’s where they scam you. Upon setting this app up, my phone wouldn’t connect to my WiFi, my cellular data (while connected to 5G UW) was slowed to 3G speeds, and Speed Test by Ookla couldn’t connect to either my WiFi router OR cellular service to get a speed test despite my company and all other devices connected having zero issues.
I switched from a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max and have yet to find a compatible phone call recording app that will record automatically WITHOUT any intervention on my part. Cube ACR was a dream on Android. What does the App Store offer?

I don’t know why this did it because when you start out, it says that you have full access to the whole thing for the tryout price and I would’ve stuck with it if it would’ve worked but it give me 59 seconds of a business call that I really needed to record
Junk! Don’t buy!
Junk app! The app recoded only first 4 minutes and 30 seconds of my 20 minutes conversation. I sent the recording to my email and listened from there. After realizing that the recording is cut off I opened the app to check it there but apparently there is no recording there.
I just lost all my recordings
Do. Not. Trust. I have been using this app for a year to keep track of a highly important case and had hours of voice memos and calls. I just went in to files “call recordings” and everything is gone and just the winding waiting signal spinning forever… unbelievable. That info is absolutely critical to my case. Urck!

Totally useless, cannot seamlessly add any calls and it only allows calls to the support number, which is never answered
Overseas Scam!
I dont even know where to start. this is not at all what you are about to find out! its nearly impossible to record a call AND the pricess you have to go through to begin recording takes Literal MINUTES so they either hang up or think its a scam or something. Please dont waste ur time on this app, just go to another

I watched the tutorial a few times and then tried to do a test call according to the video it provided. The app works nothing like it said. Instead you have to call an outside 1-855# then add an additional contact to the call and then go back to the app and hit record. But the button to record doesn’t come up automatically. Not a very quick process and if you’re trying to record the beginning of a call. They need to do better.
Doesn’t Work!
Downloaded this quickly when I needed to record a conversation. Finished the convo, went to save, and it HAD AN ERROR!!! For an app where people NEED the info - even for court or something - you have to work properly!!

This app always has something wrong with it
I renewed my purchase and all of my previous recorded messages were deleted. Also, the app is not working at all. It just keeps buffering, and still no recorded calls.
Never worked after paying
The app wants money to work so you pay and it just asks for money. How do I get me $40 back?
App is a scam
All I needed to do was record one phone call, which the app made me get a cheap subscription. The subscription then increases to 7.99 a week if you don’t cancel. They make it almost impossible to unsubscribe to scam you into paying 7.99. Ended up paying $90 for one phone call recording, don’t fall for the trap.
Waste of Money
Bought the yearly subscription, recorded a lot of important call over the course of many months. Slowly a lot of the recorded calls disappeared and now that my subscription is up, all of my recorded calls are completely gone. Very frustrating! But they want me to renew my subscription of course!
Stop lying about your app being free. If you have to pay to use the service
The title says it all it’s not a free app they do charge you if you actually want to use the app it’s free to download though. You just can’t do anything with it until you pay them and their lowest payment is like $4.99 for like 3 to 7 days of use

I used this daily, loved it, now all of my recordings are gone and when I tried to record a new one it never loaded. Tried 3x and never loaded. Can I get them all back? A super important transcript from last week that I really need is gone.
