I paid $53.99 for the year. It doesn’t work. There is also no where to get any support. Help! I feel like I have been scammed.
ALL OF MY RECORDINGS VANISHED
All of my recordings are gone. I contacted tech-support two days ago. No response.
Doesn’t work!
I had used this app in the past, but then it stopped working. I canceled my subscription, at least I thought I did, but was charged for it again. I tried to get on it since I paid for it again, but it’s the same problem of going in an endless circle that will not do anything. After several attempts, the app said that my log on attempts were fraudulent even though it was sending me the code! Apple would not give me a refund either saying I don’t fall under their guidelines for a refund. Wow, literally can not use an app I paid for and can’t even get a refund. Do better Apple!

The app download it then it opened just long enough for me to give them my information and payment once that was done the app closed and every time I would try to reopen it close immediately I deleted the app and tried to re-download it. It did the same thing, so I deleted the subscription and then it had the audacity to tell me I would be paying for the week. I can’t even open the app to detest this payment or speak to the help center that they supposedly have. All I want is my 799 back for something that I didn’t even have on my phone three minutes.
Do not use if you want to record privately
When trying to record incoming calls the service line gives you a 15 second speech that’s you can’t turn off. So if your trying to record privately it becomes hard to explain the 15-20 second gap at the beginning of a call you need to set up the recorder… it doesn’t tell you that happens when you watch the video on how to record calls. wish I wouldn’t of bought the yearly subscription.

I just purchased this app and can’t even get in it. When I enter my phone number is telling me invalid token wherever that means.

I happily used the for the years of 2022 & 2023. However, ever since 2024 my interactions with the app have been very dissatisfied.
I have been unable to log into my previous account for the past serval months.
I choose a plan and then input my phone # for the app to text me a message verification code.
Again, however, the app keeps putting me into a repetitive loop of me needing to type in my phone # and submit the verification code I received through text.
I have not been able to access their promoted services that a once liked, which is a shame.
If a developer wouldn’t mind reaching out to me to give assistance, that would really help.
Otherwise, I’ll find a new app.

I recorded two calls the way the app says to do and neither one showed up in the section or anywhere else in the app. So I missed everything about my call.

Deleted all of my saved voicemails, does not record incoming calls. Deleted phone numbers deleted voicemails that I’ve been saved for years. Will never be able to get those back!!!! do not download
Can’t use
Now that changed to Rink I can’t access-wants my phone # to send verification code & once I enter & verify it comes up with ok button-click on that and takes you back to enter your phone number again!!!! Just a loop over & over-cx’d immediately

This app has not worked in months. Today is 4 May 2024, and it has not let me past the confirmation screen since Jan 2024. I do not know what to do. I contacted support but have not heard back.

I downloaded this app. I was trying out a few call recording apps, and I guess I made the mistake of trying this one. I honestly don’t recall if I even opened it.
I uninstalled the app sometime ago. I am not sure exactly when, but it is no longer on my phone.
Unfortunately, I currently have a $7.99 plus tax weekly subscription.
I canceled the subscription a few minutes ago. I hope this stops the charges.
The frequency and amount of auto charges is a business choice. As there was clearly no recent usage, I feel a refund would be appropriate.

Difficult to Unsubscribe

I signed up for the free three day trial. However, the app charged me for a full month anyway. Ended up deleting this app because it is not user-friendly.

Hoping that they’ll provide a refund for services unable to use or receive since getting locked out of my iCloud with no way of stopping the subscription because it charged through apple and if I changed my card number, would lose my iCloud storage so ended up being charged roughly $60 for a service I couldn’t even use. When you download this app it’s free, however when going to use the app it ask for free trial or subscription for just call recording which is brain dead it’s only thing it’s easy to make an app but have to charge for it? Shame

This app is so AWFUL. When I merged the two calls it announced on the call that it was recording. Do not waste your time or money on this terrible app.

When I tap on the app it goes into purchasing the app however I already have a subscription and when I press restore to go out of this it shows an error and will not leave that page . The only way to leave the purchasing request is for me to delete the app and reinstall it…I can then use it for a couple of times. Developers please help I love this app WHEN it’s working properly

3Day Trail doesn’t work
After doing the download and selecting continue for the 3 day trial (3 times). I got an error message showing: THE OPERATION COULDN'T BE COMPLETED. (MADNetwork.Net-WorkingError error 0.) And not able to select manage to correct or cancel the order within the app. Going to my apple orders to cancel the 3 day service that was charged to my account 2/5/2022

You can’t even use the app without buying a subscription
You can’t even use the app! I downloaded and in the middle of setup, the app just wanted me to pay for the subscription. Don’t recommend at all.

It’s difficult to use as there is a procedure the customer has to use during the recording not directly
