Pain
Requires a super long questionnaire to give you a weight loss plan with no option to skip for those who know their target macros and have a plan already. At the end you are directed to pay for a subscription before you can even see the app’s UI/UX. Requested a refund immediately and am “ineligible for a refund”.
I looked for a way to reach out to the developer and there is nothing available.
I’d recommend MacrosFirst if you are looking for a macro tracking app. It’s simple and they provide you an opportunity to actually see/ try it before paying.

Underwhelming
I previously used MyFitnessPal but didn’t want to pay for it so I was using ChatGpt which was quite frankly great but I needed more so I decided to use this. It is so cumbersome and doesn’t work with AI at all. Macros are wildly inaccurate and when I took a picture of a meal that I had the ingredients and macros for it was 400 calories over! It’s hard to add multiple foods at once which I was able to do with ChatGPT and expected a similar interface since this app boasted its AI technology. I should have trusted my gut and tested for a week before doing an annual subscription but I didn’t and now I’ve spent $60 on an app that doesn’t meet any of the expectations I had based on its description and reviews. Don’t waste your money. This app keeps getting worse. Doesn’t recognize barcodes and when it does has the wrong values and no way to submit a correction. Absolutely the worst calorie tracking app I’ve ever used. Wish I hadn’t wasted my time and money.
Worthless
I tried to log in basmati rice 1 cup and this app shows me it has 675 calories lol. Don’t waste your time on this app.
Trash
First of all you have to pay!!! To track your calories second of all it cost $20 dollars and I don’t even get to test it out over all it deserves a one star.
AI tracker
The AI tracker couldn’t even find the very first item I was trying to add. It was a small iced caramel macchiato and it kept saying “Oops AI could not find”. I even tried taking a picture of it and it came back with iced coffee for 2 calories. That’s definitely not correct. This app ended up being a disappointment unfortunately.
Don’t do it!
I should have known better when they don’t give a free trial. Paid for a month and this app sucks! My fitness pal 100x better with finding foods to quickly enter. I had to manually enter in so many things. Even things that would come up automatically would have incorrect info or just list calories not have macro breakdown correct. Waste of money
Confusing
On one page it says December 11, 2026, and the next page says December 2027 which one is it that sounds a bit extremely weird and too long ???
Waste of time
15 minute intake form to then charge you to use
Not free
After giving LOTS of personal info, I was given a choice of different levels of subscriptions and could not continue without paying. With all the free apps out there, no chance of me paying for this. Very misleading!
Not Transparent
I was looking for a free calorie counting app and decided to try this one. The app requires you to go through the full process of answering many questions about your habits, health, goals and more, before finally getting to the pricing. I don’t see any option to just count calories nor is there a free option. That’s fine, but don’t waste people’s time and collect their personal information in the process.
Free trial, still charged
I thought I’d try it out and after asking a bunch of questions it throws you immediately into a subscription with no options to actually try the app. Then it charges you after you cancel it.
BS App
Makes you spend 15 minutes answering a bunch of BS questions, only to try and get you into a subscription.
Not accurate
Every time I try to add an item of food, it only adds calories but all of the macros so it’s not accurate. I wish I got a monthly subscription instead of the yearly one because it’s totally NOT worth it
Insanely expensive and doesn’t even track fiber intake.
I paid $20 for the month membership only to realize that the app doesn’t track fiber, an important metric for me. I asked the in-app AI model where I might find fiber intake, and it lied to me. I like the integration with Apple health data, but the AI nature of the app is frustrating to the point I’ll be seeking a refund for this purchase.
Trying to force a subscription on you
I like this app for basic things. Counting calories and tracking water. What I absolutely hate is that 90% of the time when I open it there’s a pop up to subscribe. I think that’s excessive. Once a day I could understand, and that’s still a bit excessive. Nearly every time I open the app though? I’m getting ready to delete this app and find something else. I think it’s insane a subscription is practically forced on you for using it.
Not worth it unless you pay for it
If you don’t pay for it it’s extremely frustrating to use. It doesn’t inform you that if it restarts or you try to change something it starts you all over and looses all of the progress you’ve made. It’s happened twice now to me and I’m over it. I just wanted to loose weight. The only way to get any help is to use the stupid AI.
Not good AI usage
The only AI thing it does well is scan bar codes. It doesn’t have items in restaurants. I have to do all the work. Waste of money
Don’t subscribe
I cancelled well in advance and it charged me still! Apple refused my refund request! I have screenshots to prove.
Don’t try to redownload
I tried redownloading this to give one more shot, but it get stuck in an infinite loading screen, dont waste your time with this app there are plenty of better ones out there.
It’s awful
It doesn’t subtract for fiber so carbs are way off. After 1 day I cancelled and can’t get a refund. Don’t buy it!!!
Incorrect macros
I scanned a food and it added the macros completely wrong
Subscription based AI
They make you go through this long intake form to understand where you’re at which I totally get, but it’s only AFTER all this that they tell you it’s a subscription based app. Also they use ai and I’m not about that bull. Wasted my time.
Absolute scam
Don’t waste your time or money. The app wouldn’t let me cancel my subscription. No way to get in touch with them. Just kept charging me every few months until I finally had to cancel my card and get a new one.
Not worth it
Can’t edit my activities. Ai food identifier does not work.
Is like all trainers and trackers
Didn’t address menopause.. or medical issues outside a basic handful .. I had gastric bypass I can not eat 2300 calories a day.. it’s just like any young person program that takes only food and movement into consideration… no I’m not paying for that again.. the scan option looks interesting but once you get through servey everything is on a paid plan .. I know this method cold I need more .. didn’t find it here
Not Free
It advertises as free, you get to the end and they want payment. They think they’re going to get you. You should offer 1 week free with no obligations.
Frustrating
My grievance with this app comes down to two points. The first is the logging UI. In an attempt to be sleek and stylish, it end up being confusing and frustrating. Once there is any sort of history, it becomes difficult to tell what is an option to log and what’s already been looked. I spent more time double-checking the system than actually logging.
My second issue is the prescription. I feel like this was designed specifically on the initial log in to obscure there were other options/plans. It went straight to yearly.
It wasn’t until I was in the app and playing with options that I discovered the other plans. It deceptive and predatory.
They should have been a trial. Maybe a week. That way I could have found issue one before they stole a year subscription from me.
I don’t recommend this app. There are better out there.

AI incorrect slop
A banana is either 600 calories or 20. It doesn’t understand broccoli but gives me broccolini. It’s all AI and most of it is incorrect and not helpful. I can’t even cancel my subscription after buying the year.
You can’t see the app in full
I require large text and my phone on zoomed mode. Unfortunately this app doesn’t support that so the words/numbers get cut off on the right.
Better apps out there
20 bucks a month just to see your macros? Are you insane?
Limited - not good
Adds two of whatever I’m adding when I scan a bar code and I have to erase one. Basic functionality and information. Not worth the money.
So mad
All I want is a simple macro counter based on what add and this one takes you through a 45 minute set up with tons of questions about goals and habits and then once I’ve added all of my meals it doesn’t wanna show me anything unless I pay for it.
Not Very Encapsulating
Honestly outside of the AI for tracking this app is like the worst for encouraging weight loss. The questions for creating guidelines to your needs and expectations don’t incorporate systematic issues or mental health issues that attribute to weight gain. For instance the options for how many times you eat in a day was 1,2,3,4+. As a person with adhd some days it’s a day full of snacks, other days I might totally forget to eat. Also the BMI scale is super inaccurate for tall and short people. It also isn’t a diversely effective way of measuring populations as it’s solely based off research of white men. I’ll stick with MyFitnessPal.
Free trial scam
The actual app is okay but the free trial is a scam, I cancelled prior to being charged for the month service and was still charged.
Need support
I cannot figure out how to edit nutritional information. Most items have calories only and not macros listed. I tried to find support and everything is AI support with no solution and no way to reach a real person to help.
Absolutely not
Its very frustrating how it glitches and I have to restart my whole recipe, It’s a no for me I wish I could get my money back.
Issues
It has issues. I wish I could have tried it before paying. It overestimated my necessary calories by A LOT. It’s a headache.
Faulty tech not worth the $60
Unable to fit the app to my phone screen. Very annoying esp since I already paid for the $60 sub fee. I should have read the reviews first as I am not the only one this is happening to. Can someone help!
Not accurate
Even when I put in the exact serving (not using camera) the calculations are not accurate. Functionality and accuracy need work.
