Not worth the headache
The app was not able to get the food correct from the picture I took , so I scanned the product label, which it didn’t have in its database. The UI is not friendly, and adding details for foods that it doesn’t know is messy at best. I never got my breakfast logged and gave up after 15-20 min. It was Kirkland Greek Yogurt with berries added. Nothing too complicated. I was hoping that I’d like it.
I’m paying for this much nonsense?
They offered to refund me but sent to Apple which said it wasn’t eligible for refund. I think they knew this before sending me there.
Inaccurate
The calorie and protein count were incorrect for every item I added and I couldn’t edit it.
Disappointed but stuck
The app shows calories when I didn’t submit anything. No way to clear the day to day. I couldn’t stop subscription as I was locked into a year though I changed my mind. No resource access to communicate my concerns. I’m questioning the “reviews” I read before ordering.
Bug
Not even able to start. If freezes at the free gift i never wanted
NOT FREE
Not free. After answering a million questions you have to pay
This app sucks
I hate this app. It doesn’t have any of the foods I look up and if I do find them the numbers are all wrong. I feel duped my paying for the subscription and they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP
Rip off.
Bought the one year subscription just for the app to tell me I didn’t buy it. Now the subscription is sitting in my settings and I can’t even use it.
Worst app ever
This is the worst app. Total rip off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought this app with high hopes especially with the AI option. But it was a HUGE disappointment. The macro crusts are wrong on the foods, the AI reader will not read correctly and the support from the bot is TERRIBLE. I requested a refund on the 14th day and I was denied. They just want your money.
For someone that counts her macros and takes it seriously this COMPLETELY will wreck your daily counts. 🤬🤬🤬

Doesn’t work.
I used the app for a day and then the next day it was very glitchy. It wouldn’t load, wouldn’t let me scan anything. Completely useless. Contacted Apple and won’t give me a refund because I’m not eligible. Why should I pay for an app that doesn’t work at all? Not impressed.
Sketchy
The app asks you for a review when you didn’t even start to use it. To much questions to suddenly realize that you need to pay, don’t even know what I’m gonna pay for or how it will help me.
I would expect a better app from apple
This app is flunky and navigating it is more annoying than any other nutrition app I’ve used. I can enter my supplements and vitamins on others, this was requiring me to scan labels and barcodes and still didn’t identify them. I don’t have any problems with this in my FREE app. They aren’t anything unusual, major brands and routine products.
Don’t waste your money
I downloaded this app to compare it to the Lose it app I use.
I thought with it being an Apple based app I would love it.
I went through all the prompts answering all the questions honestly and paid twenty dollars for a month use, thankfully I had enough sense not to pay for a year.
It pulled up my plan and I was shocked at the amount of calories it told me I should eat. I would definitely gain weight at that rate. But the worst part is I started to try to add what I ate so far that day. It claims that their AI is extremely accurate. Haha! Not! I literally took a picture of the nutrition label on my protein shake and it logged totally incorrect information. I tried again and it did it again. I tried typing in protein shake but it kept coming up with the wrong information. I was frustrated and just gave up, cancelled my subscription and deleted the app.
If you want a great calorie tracker, use Lose it!!

Waste of time and money
You can’t even edit or add your exercise. It keeps only letting me add a cycle of 1 minute. Can’t even detect proper food
Have to pay after answering 50 questions
Another app that wastes you time. You answer 50 plus questions then bam they want to charge you! They should tell you this in advance so you don’t waste your time!
Not free
Scammy vibrs
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Ai sucks and they are just mining and selling your data.
It Wastes Time
It won’t tell you how much it costs until you’ve wasted 20 min doing its survey. There is no free with ads or anything like that. Not everyone can afford to just spend $60 a year for something they could do in a spreadsheet.
Not user friendly
Cannot edit items to adjust calorie count (if you buy from a store and the calories are clear). Cannot edit workout caloric burn (example is Orange Theory is pre programmed in). These seems odd that it can’t be personalized.
Inaccurate description and Scam only AI
This app is a scam! It downloads as free then makes you subscribe to be able to even try the app. The only free thing about it is that they make you do a whole questionnaire before making you subscribe to try the app.
You will not be able to get a refund due to “App Store policies” barcode scanner does not work and if you try to add or change numbers it will not let you fix it. Their whole app is run by ai you won’t be able to actually get through to a live agent for support issues.

Be careful
I wanted to *try* this app, it immediately charged me the full amount and said “not eligible for refund” it’s little my fitness pal…
Waste of $$$
Inaccurate. How is brown rice almost 700kcal? I really wasted my money on this. i dont even know what the baseline and source of this tracker!
15 min of survey for nothing
You will spend forever taking a long survey just to be forced into a paid version. You cannot try any of the app features for free. It would be one thing if they told you that up front but they don’t, so it’s extremely dishonest and a waste of time.
Doesn’t have dark mode
Why is everything subscription based these days. Especially with an app that is apple supported. But yeah dark mode would be a nice plus. And maybe a scanner for packaged foods… ex : grocer shopping.
Won’t Refund Money
Terrible app and customer service. I purchased thinking there was a trial period. I contacted customer service and they offered no help-pointed me to Apple and Apple wouldn’t help. $60 down the drain. Total waste of money.
Another one of these?!
Just so you’re aware, you’ll go through an entire questionnaire only to be confronted with a paywall in the end.
Requires subscription
At least tell me when I begin that there is a cost. Don’t waste my time.
Can’t use the app without paying..
Of course like any other app like this, it makes you fill out a bunch of info, build and hype you up like it’s free and stuff and after all that useless amount of time, you HAVE to pay to use it, so I just wasted like 30 minutes for nothing❤️🙃
Just like every other app
You can’t really do anything on the app unless you pay on top of all your other subscriptions. This is so annoying especially in the world we’re dealing with right now lol. Just dumb.
Do not buy!
I wanted to look at the app to see what all the options and processes were and compare to other apps similar. It makes you pay to go in at all and then won’t give you a refund on day one of downloading and going in. Money grab.
not free
Makes you answer a bunch of questions and then wants money.
Lengthy questionnaire.
The amount of questions to arrive at the content of the app is over the top. I wanted to stop before I even got started.
Was advised as free but isn’t
Was advised as free but isn’t 😞
Goal options are vague and don’t fit nor relate to my actual goals
My goal is not to lose or gain weight but to maintain the weight focusing more on fat burning. Burning fat and losing weight are not the same goals. I need more clear detailed options rather than three vague and somewhat dumb options which depict first one being an obese man and the second options literally looking the same individual.
Not user friendly
Very difficult to add good. Very rarely recognizes a picture of good making it tedious to add each ingredient. Difficult to find some ingredients or foods and then having to modify the amounts eaten. If I could get my money back I would!!
Wording
I am deleting this app because of the fact it just called me obese. Chill out a bit.
Reeeeally long surgery before disclosing price
Reeeeally long surgery before disclosing price! I want to know the price and length of free trial up front, rather than pouring a bunch of time into an extremely long survey, trying to rope me in so I don’t feel like I wasted time. Found out there isn’t even a free trial! For a nutrition app I definitely want to try it before I’m willing to subscribe.
Expensive
Compared to other apps, this is expensive for just logging food
No free option
One week is $7 and one month is $20 and no free option. I paid for a month. Tried logging breakfast and no options to delete and the photo of breakfast totally wrong and can’t edit now! Waste of $$😡
Disappointed
I had high hopes for this app as it has good reviews but I find it clunky, not very intuitive, takes more steps than other apps I have tried to input food and doesn’t have as big a database of foods that I have seen in other apps I have tried. Very disappointed. Will not renew.
Bad UX Lots of Bugs
I recently unsubscribed. If I wanted to change the amount of an ingredient by tapping the input box, it would deselect the input box. I’ve always had to tap twice and that was really annoying. After adding any ingredient, it would close me out of that meal window, so I would have to tap back into the meal window in order to add more food to that specific meal.
Other Calorie Counters have a much wider range of food options. For example, I was trying to find a specific protein powder that wasn’t available in this Calorie Counter. I couldn’t figure out how to add custom calories either. Scanning the labels didn’t work, even though calories were clearly listed on the labels. It would still default list the foods at 0 cal.
On the bright side, at least let me input custom amounts of ounces And other measurements. The UI design was pretty clean too.

Try it for a week before buy the year
I would recommend paying for the week before buying the year. I have found that it’s not as user-friendly as some of the free apps. I don’t like the fact that I can’t do measurements in cups. while I understand grams and ounces are more accurate. I’m using it as a guideline and I didn’t want it to be a part-time job to have to be able to measure everything out in ounces to get an accurate reading. I would’ve tried it out for a week first I wouldn’t have purchased the entire year.
