Calorie Counter - MyNetDiary

I have stopped for a while and i am now returning to start again with the Free version of MyNetDiary. However, the app is not showing the Free app, I only can get premium app.
Why??? I would like to start again with free app version.

Even paying for the premium version most food nutrition is not accurate at all!!! 😢

Makes you pay as soon as you fill out questionnaires.

Don’t fall for the “lifetime” plan it’s a scam

Extremely disappointed as there are no refunds available with them. I do not want the premium features and they won’t take the away nor let me get a refund.

Used this app several weeks or so, has me at 1100 calories a day…ridiculous!
Not sustainable, want my money back!

If I could give this app no stars I would. I wanted an app to help track my calories as I need some assistance with my stress eating and overeating. When I was a teenager I was anorexic. That’s been 20 years and I’ve been fine since. But when I was asked questions setting up the app I was told I was unable to use the app due to my history of having an eating disorder. Talk about being disrespectful and hurtful. I guess if you’ve recovered (or are recovering) you aren’t allowed to get some assistance from this app and be honest. This is why more people don’t get help because you open your mouth and get slammed with negativity. I am disgusted with this app and the developers. Immediately deleted and I will be telling everyone I know about how insensitive this app is.

Constant spam to create an account or upgrade my plan even though I’m already paying for premium. Autopilot is completely useless. Health data is imported so this app isn’t necessary for it unless you just want to consolidate. If you have multiple sources of data that your workouts sync to, then you’ll get duplicate data in exercise that you have to delete. Premium meals aren’t any better than ones you can find on the web for free. It does have a good food database though.

I’m sure this is a wonderful app, but as with anything your experience can sometimes override the quality of the product
I tried this out during a free trial and realized it was too much for me I canceled it the morning of the last day and lan hour later I saw I was charged for the app $59.99
I tried to contact Apple and get a refund, but I was rejected for a refund because this app did not qualify for
I’m sorry but free trial should be free trial from the day it starts till the last day that you have . I don’t know to me It seemed very clear.
It’s just gonna make me more hesitant to download an app and try try a free trial

This application has some real issues with using voice commands and number references. It is clear the developers never gave any thought to accessibility issues. Pretty disappointed. I had no problems using this when I was ambulatory a few years ago.
