Why is the fax not letting me pay for recharge funds. So complicated I’m not impressed as first time user

When you try to send it through Outlook, it pulls up the email so far out of line that the send button is cut off by the battery icon, basically making this entire app totally useless for me and anyone that uses it for work. Why even keep it on the App Store if you’re not going to keep it working properly? I’m so tired of these companies.

App update forcing me to sign in again, but not receiving security via email… checked both inbox & spam folders

I paid for this app in the past. Now they’ve updated and you must start paying a yearly subscription or a month to month to access your documents. I don’t understand, I’m trying to save a pdf and I still have to purchase a subscription to save it. What is the whole point of the app purchase in the first place???
Awful App
This use to be a great app. I’ve had this app for years and it has started giving me problems over this last year. Idk what happened. I cannot fax. It gives me no option. It shows I have 63 pages that I can fax but yet, app will not let me do anything at all. This needs fixing bc I paid for annual subscription of CamScanner Premium. This needs to be fixed now . There is no way to contact anyone about this app. They have no support.

Watermark!
I bought the plus version specifically and only to get rid of the stupid annoying infuriatingly obnoxious water mark. They updated the app and put it back in the plus version!!! Not amused. Not amused at all.
Don’t Work
I purchased this app so I can fax but it does not allow you to under the basic but it doesn’t tell you that when you purchase it. I don’t need a monthly fee I don’t mind paying for the fax pages but it doesn’t even do that!! I want my money back!!

I’m giving you a two stars because I know it’s difficult to get an app posted up on the App Store. And you’ve at least done that. But you need to offer some value to people.
