Horrible
This camera and app suck!!! The camera dies super fast, I charge it about 4 or 5 times a week. The app is always telling me it’s offline. I turn it off and back on and it will be online for about 2 seconds and goes right back offline!! Would not advise to buy the camera or the all!! All around horrible experience!

Paid for a subscription after installing the camera. It worked for a few days and then stopped. It was as if I never paid for the subscription and the plans popped back up. Now I’m only able to see who may have passed- no actual video footage or no access to do what I need with the camera; what I paid for. I’ve contacted support 2/3 times and no response. I will not be returning for another purchase. Will probably be sending this product back for a refund. That is VERY disappointing and unacceptable. I’m a single mom, I really needed this

False information
Information on web not true said you don’t have to have a subscription just Wi-Fi only but once you set it up, you have to have a subscription

Can’t use the device I bought. Got to sign up to see if it works. Zero stars and back to the store it goes. Doesn’t have a sd card feature if it does I don’t see it. Crazy to make someone pay again to use a device they bought. Im going to get a better one.
Unreliable & Buggy
I’ve had my camera for about a month now give or take a few days & it’s very unreliable so far. The app turns off motion detection randomly so you won’t get any alerts. If you set the motion detection too low or too high you’ll get no notifications or over 200+ in one day cause it’ll record everything even the wind blowing. It also takes forever to load up the camera to watch live footage if you had someone breaking in they’d be in your home before you can even see what’s going on. Not good.

Definitely don’t like it
It’s slow and I don’t like how you can’t see all cameras at once also I brought 4 cameras but can’t use two bc I have to buy a subscription for each camera after 2 is ridiculous and crazy… it won’t even let you cancel subscription and when I tried to purchase one they trying to charge me for two…there is no number to call and when I text them the response aren’t professional I cancelled it on my end the same day when March 25th when I seen they tried to charge me for two subscriptions and it’s still not cancelled the done tried 28xs to remove money from my card that I cancelled within 5 minutes…I done personally emailed them they haven’t responded…but with the text they keep saying I have to cancel it I sent the screenshots to them that I cancelled it the same day that it’s something on their end they have to do and they won’t…the notification to notify you someone is there is super late and when you do get the notification of someone being there it takes way to long to load…and the battery do not stay charged long at all…definitely needs some upgrades and changes with a lot ….also changes to the subscriptions bc paying for each camera after two is literally ridiculous….also it changes the settings to the camera itself im wondering why my camera isn’t working and i go look they turned everything off…and recording definitely needs to be longer unless nothing in camera bc the 3-15 sec videos are ridiculous each video minimum should be 30secs and longest recording should be 5 minutes and allow at least 5 cameras b4 needing a subscription…and again i cancelled the same day March 25th within 5 minutes and here it is Almost the end of April and it’s still not cancelled and I contacted them over 15xs

Lag/behind
I was really hoping this camera would be a good fit, but it has been pretty disappointing there’s a noticeable lag in the video which makes it hard to rely on in real time. I also have top-tier fiber optic Internet, so the issue definitely isn’t my connection. on top of that it barely records any meaningful length of time before stopping. Overall, it just doesn’t feel dependable for security service.

Doesn’t pick up very much movement. Misses about 95% of the time.
Camera Events
The app constantly requests a fee every-time & it doesn’t even save the videos, it cuts the 24 Hour recording into parts so you can’t check a specific time unless the Events saved it, & it only saves certain things that are not even watchable due to constant requests for fee like subscriptions even after paying a year long subscription it will ask you to pay a subscription again after a couple days, Feels like a pay to win Service
Low key scamming in this economy
Why advertise a small price then try to charge a super high price and not even allow anyone to see anything at all unless you buy a subscription then force someone to keep the subscription during the free trial just to try an hope the person forgets n they get to charge them anyway i see why the door bell is cheap they make their profits off subscriptions 👎🏽

Does not work properly
Does not record like it is supposed after paying for the yearly subscription. I have reached out to support with no response in over a week. For some reason I have to delete the app completely to check the internet status. Also motion detection and the human box detection for some reason EVERYDAY gets turned off and I am not the one to touch it so if I do not turn it back on it does not record at all. I can say that the camera quality is great very clear when it does actually do its job

I can’t contact customer service i uninstalled and reinstalled app plenty times my camera keep saying offline every since I did update my camera ain’t been working someone stole one of my dogs last night and camera ain’t working at all had camera few months been doing great last night and today bad luck

I’m not satisfied with this doorbell ring camera. It work for two days and then stopped. I tried contacting someone to help me with this and I’ve had no response. Unfortunately the only way to get ahold of anyone is through email only and I’ve had no luck. I don’t recommend this product for no one.

I finally got it to connect to my Wi-Fi using T 52 instead of M 52 because there are both on the camera and now I can’t get the device to register and cannot get any customer service
Price good
Good price for camera bad thing is you have to pay for service if you want to see live view or playback.
