Canceled the subscription so it didn’t charge me randomly again, but lost my years worth subscription that they had already charged me for, even asking for a refund that was never received.

Weird app
This app wants access to everything, including the location of your profile photo and all other photos. Down to asking your birth date. Read their shady privacy policy before you give these people all your info

Account somehow glitched and deleted everything after 1 months, after I prepaid for an entire year. Such a loss

This app is great besides their scummy practices. I got charged 45$ before the trial was even up. My partner got charged as well when it says only 1 person needs the subscription. I’ve been email support for over a week now with no response. Be careful signing up for this app!

I thought when I would write something, it would send it to where only she would see it. However, we both see the same writing. I see what I wrote for her, as well as she does. You have to write something one after the other in order to see it. Definitely need to fix this.
Way too expensive
This is such a cute idea, one that would be so special in my long distance relationship! I was all in, and would have considered paying monthly for it but it’s TWELVE DOLLARS A MONTH. This app is set at an absolutely outrageous price and way too expensive for what this app offers. I’ve never deleted something so fast in my life.

This app should not cost any money at all, but if it was to cost any money, it should only cost a dollar or two, not what they currently charge, I canceled the subscription so fast, do you not understand Americans are tapped out, we’re sick and tired of paying these stupid subscriptions prices, we’re tired of being nickeled and dimmed out of everything we have. This app is also extremely shady. When I was setting it up with my partner. We didn’t know it was going to cost any money until we got everything set up. That’s shady and you should be ashamed.

It was good till I saw that there was only like three things unlocked and the rest you had to make a subscription for you have to pay 12.99 per partner to use the app a month that’s a lot and it should only be for a couple not per partner it’s annoying people don’t have money like that to spend was really looking forward to using it with my partner

If anything this kills attraction, shouldn’t need an app to get closer at all is what I found out. This is just an illusion.

only enjoyable when we paid for the subscription. it got boring and ended up being the same prompts every day after we stopped paying for it which just got repetitive and caused us to stop using the app. loved it beforehand though

I wouldn’t normally put this five stars but i have advice that would get lost in reviews otherwise. Why is there a save button for the drawn pictures if they dont even save? Also, why can’t we both draw a picture instead of having it as a shared board? Pls fix
