Broken ads
If you watch ads for extra moves, it’s a gamble if you get a broken one that you can’t exit. So you waste time watching ads then one comes up and after 30 secs there’s simply no exit. You have to close the app which means you don’t get the bonuses you earned.
Can you please make this game less addicting
It would be better if this game was less addictive. I think this game isn’t a good game because it makes you stay on your phone for hours.
Had to delete
The ads for buying items from app appear constantly then you can’t x out unless you buy or closed and reopen. Who has time for that! Buh bye.
Worst games ever
They have probably paid people off too give them good reviews. If you are okay with them purposefully curating the game against you by giving you less lives and offering you to pay money to get up more levels then download this game. If you’re not OK with them consistently asking you to buy whatever is on sale to level up and continuously spending money over and over and over again. Then don’t even try. I would never download this game ever again or any other games. And if you beat the challenges, they give you barely nothing in return. I would suggest literally any other game than the ones that they’ve created.

Level 235 Unplayable
Cannot advance past level 235, it does not scroll down. This has been an issue for at least 3 weeks. I logged in and it reset me to level 1 and I have been playing back thru but now I am stuck. Would love for this to be fixed.
Broken Ads
The ads they have on this game will kick you out. No way to leave game unless you kill the app. Really frustrating. I’ve stopped playing.

No internet access
This has been an ongoing issue with this app for YEARS! It’s unbelievable they have not fixed it yet. You play and play and then suddenly you can’t log in and you can’t send or receive gifts or lives and it says no internet access every time you open it. Get it together King games! Also kinda funny my BAD review isn’t showing up. Do you only publish the good ones????
Game freezes
Game likes to randomly freeze during play. This has happened a bunch of times now. There is no way to fix it other than to close the game and restart but your progress and I’m over this game now because of it. Level progress is lost and if you spent money to buy boosters and use them on the level and it freezes you’ve not only lost the level progress but your money too.

I pass levels and then after a bit, i have to restart it. Not fair, after spending bars and help items to past it, just to waste it!!! Your app support page is not working! Same thing with Soda Saga.
Forgettable
This game is just forgettable even more than candy crush solitaire and that’s saying a lot you should update way more than classic candy crush
Bug issue
App isn’t saving progress or sending/receiving lives for about a week now, despite being logged in. I can see the last level it saved at and the many I’ve completed since.

I played this game quite a bit and now it is unplayable. Every new board has a “watch this ad for free stuff” that you have to exit out of and every ad has four to five exit screens that you have to hit each one. Awful and unplayable. I deleted the app.

The ad freezes every time it comes up. I don’t want to have to “play” their game, jumping over whatever in the water. 3 times and it freezes. You lose everything!

Just One Drop of Poison Is All It Takes
This game has regular levels that are really enjoyable, BUT, every few levels, you are forced to compete against "Uncle Carl". Even worse, there is absolutely no reasonable explanation for how the competition works, nor why sometimes you get to make several consecutive moves before Carl goes, but other times, you get only one move! As such, the probability that you actually beat those levels is less than 50%! Real shame, because the otherwise Candy Crush Jelly Saga is a very fun game. But it just got completely ruined by those arbitrary, worthless, unbeatable Uncle Carl levels... Just one drop of poison was all it took to murder the king, just like one single drop of poison is all it took to completely ruin this game. I am immediately uninstalling Candy Crush Jelly Saga with no intent to ever reinstall, unless they actually wake up and end their fraudulent Unvle Carl mishap.
Lack of support
Game fails to acknowledge when I’m first to finish race. Support says they are working on it. NOT! Bye bye to this app.

This game is fun until you have to pay. They give you a lot of levels to get you “hooked” but eventually you will get to the point, every time you play, that unless you spend money for boosters, you won’t get passed the level. On the hard levels where you have to clear a ton of things, they give you very few tries.
Freeze out
So tired of playing jelly saga, building up bonuses then hitting an ad they won’t move forward and just sits there forever. It totally freezes up and cant finish the ad and I can’t move forward. So I have to close and start over. All bonuses (for lack of a better word) are gone, disappear and I have to start over. I’m so done!

This game is great! Like all the other Candy Crush games you cannot pass the higher levels without paying $$$. I just deleted the game because of that.

Ads have taken over. Bad experience lately
Ads have taken over. Most ads are 30 seconds, followed by a quick switchover to another 15 second ad, followed by a 3rd ad. THEN the “X” is so small you either have to hunt for it, or be dead on to hit it. THEN it takes to to the app page to download it. Be prepared to spend over 1 minute per ad….
You cheat
I swear!! In every other game I play if you use booster like double fishes or something like that and there’s only one thing that needs to be removed in order to win the game then NORMALLY it goes straight to the block or bubble for the win!!! But not this game!!! It just continuously cheats you out of a win!! Fix your algorithm like all of the other games!! This is the reason I stopped playing this game a while ago!!! I was giving it another try but I see it still cheats!!!

Having to watch ads in order to complete a board is insane. Give us more ways to get boosters and coins/lives instead. Makes the game so frustrating. And the ads are way too long. Make it more like the other candy crush games.
Game Freezes
I have been playing this game for years. I have lost out on the benefit of my purchases many times. I have tried to report it to the company through the app. I really want a refund for at least 50% of my in game purchases. It often freezes when I am about to win. It is doing it right how. I used several tools to win too. HELP!
Broken ads
They all too often provide ads that break the actual game. First Mountain Dew, and now State Farm. The only way to end the ads is to close & restart the app, causing loss of the level and your winning streak. If I paid for in-app purchases, I’d be LIVID and consider legal action.

Please fix or get rid of the Mountain Dew ad! Freezing and have to reboot iPad to get out of it losing bonus. Then next day the irritating music is still playing in the background!

The new addition to the game is just as annoying as Candy Royale in Candy Crush! With no option to play or not to play every time it comes up I log out and quit play your games. They're are a ton of games wanting my money and interest!

Too simple and babyish
On the one hand to easy and stupid with puffy doodles and then you want 99 gold bars for three hammers and right off the bat you’re selling me anything I might want…. Like strategically. Earn super hard cards to get prizes, all which you want me to pay. With saga and soda there’s strategy frustration struggles to buy something or keep trying. This game said it was your harder offering but it’s absolutely like a cheap dumb knockoff from other game.. PS. I want you to know I tried playing this game because I am so stuck with my saga game which I’m on level level 1400 and simply cannot get out of the mess. I’m in I keep buying stuff and refused to pay anymore so I guess I’ll start all over or not at all. Just couldn’t get out of this particular hole., too bad.
