It is so frustrating to run out of levels to play. I’ve won two on the podium and now I’m going to lose out on the prize because there’s no more levels for me to play.. I have spent a lot of money buying things from your company and yet I can’t continue to play because you don’t have levels and you go two in three days without them.

Locked levels
Why did you change and now lock the levels. I like going back on previous levels to try to get my 3 stars and now I find that the levels are locked. Please correct this issues and also to note, will you guys bring back the ranking in regards where you fall on with other players. Older players beware don’t update to the newest version or you will be unable to play previous levels unless you don’t care then go on ahead
No podium prizes delivered
I won the podium contest three times in a row and never got my prizes.
CAN’T PLAY IN OLDER LEVELS ANYMORE!!!
I’m on Level 180 right now, and I’m trying to play in Level 12 which I usually do, but now I can’t play on any level lower than 180, despite me closing and restarting the app, rebooting my iPhone, and deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, including switching King accounts!! It’s even more frustrating because I was able to play on any previous level just yesterday by simply scrolling back on the map, and suddenly it just locks your progress forward!? WHY did they now decide to force your “current position” to stay at your highest level, WHAT THE HECK!!! >:(

Sadly, I spend way too much much money on this game due to my kids and occasionally myself. The last couple of weeks I have noticed that when I make purchases, I would be missing certain items. For the most part they were good about fixing it but one time for example, I was supposed to get 12 hours of an item to help me finish levels. I got zero. I wrote and they at first said the package I got didn’t come with any but I sent screenshots and they were so kind to give me one hour of the 12 hours I was supposed to get. That’s just one example.
I started screen recording my purchases and the moments following so I can take more aggressive measures to ensure this doesn’t happen to others. I explained I would like to speak to a supervisor but no one ever contacted me so I’m going the bad review route and filing a complaint with the FTC now.

Your ad in other games is a problem
When one of your ads is in another game, it hijacks it, opening your game and I can’t continue with the game I’m currently playing. The ad does not close and just opens Candy Crush Soda. This is not good. Please correct this.

New candy motion shaking is terrible
The latest update which causes the board to shake when multiple candies are broken is vertigo inducing and unsettling. I’m on level 6859 and won’t continue to play with this feature. It should have an optional mode to turn this off. The lag and slowness seems to be elevated recently which is frustrating for a fast player like myself but not a dealbreaker like the shaking feature. Love the game otherwise. Thanks

I don’t like being forced into Master Levels while there are still regular levels available. It completely ruins the fun of the game for me.
I prefer normal levels, and Master Levels feel stressful and unfair. Also, the competitions and rankings don’t feel balanced.
Please allow players to continue playing regular levels instead of forcing Master Levels. Otherwise, it really makes me want to stop playing

Ads take over your phone. Worst game experience
Game steals boosts and doesn’t give daily boosts
When picking a boost to use in a Le elm instead of taking one of them, it takes ALL of them and only gives one to use on the level. It also doesn’t give the boost after spinning the daily boost wheel. Game sucks anymore!

Cheated out of purchases
Don’t waste your money. I have not received the promised days or tokens promised from the app. The last two times this happened Apple refused my request for a refund. As an example, I purchased a deal promising 3 days of unlimited add-ons only to receive just 2 of the 4 that were promised. At other times I was supposed to receive 4 days but only received one. Buyer beware🤬🤬

What’s Really Going On!
This used to be one of my favorite games. But over the last month or longer, the game is running out of new levels and you have to play the mystery levels. It is impossible to play the podium contest weekly because there aren’t enough levels to get on the podium. It is also nearly impossible to earn gold bars by playing soda race, because I only have about one day out of each week to play soda race. I’m about to delete the app for good.
Scam all Ads
They removed 10 moves on the levels so it’s impossible to win unless you watch a lot of ads or spend a lot of money. Total trash now.
Rigged
Been playing and enjoying the game for many years and until the greedy developers decided to rig the game so you can’t win without purchasing boosters.

PLEA FOR AD WARNINGS AND CONTENT OPTIONS
I have severe panic disorder and the attacks cause psychological fear and physical symptoms that go along with it, such as panic attacks, dangerously high heart rate, cold sweats, chest pain, vomiting, dizziness, stress, fear of recurrence (a rac hno ph obia in this case), nightmares, needing medications and CBT, shaking, and not being able to move/leave once i’ve found a safe space (usually with my phone or tablet as a diversion). There is an ad for this game that sometimes follows a win on a game called “Cryptogram” in which a very real looking sp ide r crawls across the screen twice. The first time I saw it, I threw my phone as a reflex and have dropped it several times. Even turning my phone over at ad-time, I still get cold sweats, shakiness, blurry vision, and anxiety when I play games. I used to feel that games on my phone were a safe place and a way to combat panic disorder and divert anxieties, but they’re now a trigger.
I realize I’m in a very tiny minority here, but that doesn’t make it any less real or problematic for me. I cannot find a way to block this game’s ads so I can use my phone like the majority of the unafflicted. Please understand that this is a problem I’ve been dealing with for as long as I can remember, and mitigating causes is the easiest, most effective way to avoid symptomatic states of mind. I doubt this will be read by anyone who can alter the ad and make me less afraid of using the internet or playing games, but as someone who clearly has (and needs) regular medical and therapeutic appointments, I spend a lot of time in waiting rooms where a phone or tablet is (or was) the easiest way to pass the time. No doubt this will be humorous to many, and I am used to that reaction from people, but it is (perhaps laughably) a very real, an unequivocally stressful thing to go through when it should not be an issue, or at least able to opt out of seeing. If you’ve made it this far, thank you for your time and hopefully for creating a way to eradicate stressors and content for everyone’s unique circumstances, not just my own.

This game sucks. And when I mean sucks, this game sucks dead ahh. This is probably the worst game I have ever played. Like why is it called soda saga if I’m saving gummy bears? Why am I even saving gummy bears? Also in the add there is a gummy bear town but in the game there is no town! THIS GAME SUCKS DO NOT GET IT!!!!
Fix your ads
Some ads have the close button in the upper right that can’t be touched so can’t close. So after watching 3 ads I don’t get my bonus and have to force quit the app and restart the level. Just add a timer so ads auto close.
New update is terrible
Whatever happens the last time the game updated the graphics are dragging, and there is nothing you can do to make it go faster, just in regular levels not the cake levels. Did you guys slow something down or like adjust something to make the pieces move slower because it is painful. The way this game has gotten makes me think the universe is trying to encourage me to spend less time playing this game.

Why change a good thing?
This used to be one of the best games on the market. And then what do you do, go and change it. I am at level 8050. As someone who does not pay money to play games I would never pay to get any gold. The way I was able to get to this level was the extra lives that you can get for watching some ads. I did not mind watching them to get the extra lives. Now without that I probably won’t get much higher than I am now in levels. And it has ruined the game for me. Why would you go and change that? At one point. I would’ve given this game. Five stars now. Unfortunately, I can’t give it less than one.
Purchases
I’ve enjoyed playing but when I make a purchase it takes my money then a screen pops up saying the store is unavailable. It has become an everyday occurrence so I guess I’ll dispute the charges and delete the game.
Lost items
I lost all of my goodies once I decided to create a login in order to save my progress. However once I logged in and confirmed my email, I went to play and ALL MY EARNED POWER UPS (which was a lot) were gone. Which is not right, I’ve been playing for a very long time and I earned every single power up I had. This is robbery King!

When I come to an ad during a game, how many times will I have to keep clicking that X to say I don’t I’m not interested. I’m not interested. I’ve been clicked on this candy crush ex probably 30 times and they still won’t let me out. Can you tell me what the hell was going on get fixed?

Seems designed to spend money
This game was fun in the beginning but as you get further in the game you run into very hard and ultra hard levels. Most of the time they require boosters and if you don’t have them will either have to play the level a lot (I got stuck on a level for a day and a half) or spend money for boosters. If they even help. I like that it’s not an easy win but it’s getting too frustrating with how often it feels I’m set up to lose just to buy power ups. I end up losing so much progress in the events that I think I’m going to try my luck at another game at this point. Good luck to any one who downloads this game and be mindful of spending your actual money.
