Why don’t consumers have options on the app?
Why can’t we go back to the show where we left off why does it restart all the way? Consumers should have options and this app is not helpful for those kinds of issues.

Problema con el progreso de los capítulos y demasiados anuncios.
Tengo mi cuenta registrada en esta app y cuando voy a ver un capítulo en la parte donde me quedé, automáticamente me devuelve al inicio del capítulo en lugar de continuar desde el minuto en el que lo dejé. Por favor, arreglen ese problema.
También deberían revisar la frecuencia con la que aparecen los anuncios. A veces pasa muy poco tiempo entre uno y otro, y terminan apareciendo varios anuncios seguidos. Después de verlos, en poco tiempo vuelven a aparecer más.
Todo esto arruina la experiencia de usar la aplicación. Si este problema continúa, tendré que borrar la app, porque resulta muy frustrante tener que soportar todo esto.
También deberían revisar la frecuencia con la que aparecen los anuncios. A veces pasa muy poco tiempo entre uno y otro, y terminan apareciendo varios anuncios seguidos. Después de verlos, en poco tiempo vuelven a aparecer más.
Todo esto arruina la experiencia de usar la aplicación. Si este problema continúa, tendré que borrar la app, porque resulta muy frustrante tener que soportar todo esto.

Constant "ERROR ISSUES"
It constantly says error or connection issues even though other seasons and episodes work. Only wanted to watch ONE show specifically so my family could understand but it kept saying error… again and again, I’ve seen this issue happen. Didn’t even get past the 4th episode in the FIRST SEASON and the app started having issues. The app seems to have just this major issue besides the lack of variety in movies but it’s SUPER INCONVENIENT.
Too many ads. Audio goes in and out
Downloaded to watch, secretos de pareja with Barbara Regil. Show is good but we gave up after too many ads and audio going in and out. You can’t resume episode, it starts it from the beginning and can’t skip the adds.

Too many ads
I like the app, but it’s so annoying to watch the same ads over and over! Same Real Milk ad, same Macdonald’s ad! Every 2 minutes and then the same ads, you cant skip bc they have you watch ads!! I get the ads make the app free, but jeez, gives me anxiety to hear the same ads every 2 minutes. Plus towards the end it doesn’t let the episode finish when they change it to the next one which starts with ads so I cant see how that episode ends!
Muy mal funcionamiento de la app
No se como pueden crear una aplicación con excelente contenido y ser tan mala en el funcionamiento. Si por algo interrumpes lo que estabas viendo tienes que volver a ver el capítulo desde el inicio por no puedes regresar a verla donde te quedaste. Además volverás a ver el mismo comercial mil veces (demasiado repetitivo)

The worst app
Too many advertisements, laggy, glitchy and the worst, there is no option to pay for no ads. It’s painful to watch a series. Not even YouTube has that many ads. Needs a lot of work guys. A lot.

I was really interested in watching the new show Secretos de Pareja, but it’s been extremely difficult because the connection is terrible. It’s very complicated to skip scenes, and when I’ve tried using AirPlay or mirroring my phone, it gets stuck. When it freezes and I try closing and reopening it, it doesn’t resume where I left off but starts from the beginning. It could be a good app, but it’s missing basic features. I’ve spent over two hours just trying to watch the first episode because it keeps freezing. Plus, having seven commercials every two minutes is really annoying.
