Payment and transferring issues
I’ve been having issues paying my bills from my account they’ll accept the payment and then wait days later to send the payment back making my bills accumulate lates fees and this has been going on for 2months now and the bills that I pay are partnered with capital one banking

The worst mobile banking app I’ve ever used. It’s beyond glitchy, response times are incredibly slow, and there’s little to no assistance with technical issues.

Every time I open the app it says "we hit a snag" and I can't open it. Please fix this it is incredibly annoying.

My Capital One application is resetting my password and Face ID causing me to change to new passwords every so often.
Debit Cards are now Discover
They switched all the debit cards to be Discover and now they don't work anywhere. Barely any ATMs support and Venmo instant transfer do not work either.
Nothing works, forced to verify for apple wallet, but functionality doesn’t work for anything
Its absolutely insane to me that a company with as many costumers as capital one somehow doesn’t have a working app. It doesn’t update, I can’t activate a new card, I can’t verify apple pay, I can’t even use the help feature because it doesn’t load. This is baffling, who ever works on the app probably shouldn’t have a job but you know they out source it to a country with cheap labor so what can you expect I guess.

Signed up for Capital One with a Mastercard. Then they send me a Discover card out of the blue. Like anyone accepts Discover. None of my bills accept Discover thanks for nothing

Just closed my four Capital one accounts, two credit cards and two bank accounts, after being a victim of fraud and the bank representative insulted me. Never more.

Beware company - bait and switch!
Following links from offers Capital One leads you to the same products without the rewards, etc. that brought you to them. Avoid! Other companies have similar offers, but are honest and transparent. Speaking with customer service it’s clear that my experience is the norm.
Apple Pay doesn’t work
No help provided. It gives generic error message “we hit a snag, try later” or calling the number says use app to set it up.

Cannot add new card to the app to make payments. Still have to call to make payments on one of my cards. Called customer service and they cannot figure it out. They really tried though

Capital One is super laggy. There’s always something wrong with it like I try to do something small or like switch my profile or set up something and it’s always saying oh we hit a snag. I can’t even switch my data anymore.
