Can’t login
After I enter my password. It says error and can’t get into the app. I deleted and reinstalled still nothing works.

TOOK MY MONEY AND WASTED MY TIME!
Literally used this app with no issues until i decided to upgrade and to the paid version then everything hit the fan. Took $24.99 out of my account and then started crashing. I’ll give the AI chat prompts, it’ll say it’s been rendered, but I won’t see it on my videos. When I try again it kicks me out of the app. When I open it, it lets me give my prompt and then does the exact same thing again. I thought this app was meant to save me time. But all I’ve been is frustrated. I’ve been trying to edit this video for hours and just keep hitting roadblocks. I’m sick of this!
Exports fail, no support
Not reliable product, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Even for paid pro version, they are upselling and you can’t export videos. Would not recommend paying monthly for something that does not deliver. I have been paying for a year, have 900 credits and can’t get a single 1 min video exported due to sales pop ups and a buggy app.
Worthless
The worst 24.99 that I have ever spent the AI refused to spell my name correctly after over 10 prompts to change the ia, to ya, the bot told me to re record myself saying my own name with an, y not an, is. What a waste of time and money.

Credit use
After it edits a video and it makes a mistake by omitting a necessary word it will charge you to re edit the mistake each time and keep using credits as it does this. Then it’ll use more credits as it checks on itself and continues to self re edit. Contacted support for credit refund and the said no.
Too pricey
Way to much dude $160+ a year is ways to much just for a video. Use CapCut instead
Kind of stupid
Tried to translate my captions and it works for 97 seconds but then just repeats, the ai Is incapable of doing the full 2 minute video which seems like a very basic thing to do. Overpromised polished turd

Just get CapCut I couldn’t even edit a normal video with out the ai features the app is so laggy it is unusable and I could even upload videos
Not as promised
Does a poor job editing… anything. Tried to cut silences, cut words instead. I had to edit my video in a different app, then import into Captions to add one of the filters and design Elements. Totally not worth the price.

I’ll stick with InShot. This app has nothing special. It’s very basic. The AI doesn’t work half the time.

This app keeps crashing and seems a bit all over the place. Tried it a few times, got frustrated and cancelled.
Credits is a scam
I only played around and made different videos. Tried to understand how to use AI Edits and all of a sudden I’m down 100 credits when I started with 200. It doesn’t explain how to use the credit how you can actually publish it under the free subscription. it’s a scam they make you download it, but then you have to pay. It doesn’t make sense. Beware.
Trash
This app is pure trash. It dose not do what you think it does. By the time you have a useful video, you’ve used all your credits. They don’t tell you 1) it’s not a monthly subscription. It’s an automatic charge for 550 credits a month 2) if you cancel your subscription early, you lose the credits you paid for. Scam artists. Don’t fall for it.

I purchased this app due to the misleading marketing of what it could do. Was not able to make even one video, kept getting met with error screen and no additional information or options to troubleshoot.

I am on the $11.99 trial for a month with pro. Everything you ask the AI, it will do….and it will do two or three or four or five extra things that you didn’t ask for.
It’s genuinely stupid and unhelpful and ruins the video 100% of the time. AI SLOP. You’ll do 60x times the work fixing all the colossal fcups AI commits while it’s on the supposed mission to help. Be careful what you wish for if you use this. You need to be impeccably specific or you will have a bad time. I had to use Claude in conjunction with this app to be more specific to the AI with my requests. BIG FAT WASTE OF TIME. YOUR APP SUCKS REALLY BAD. I want my $11.99 and my time back.

False advertising
When I first tried this app for the free first one they make they gave me the most incredible wonderful awesome stunning video. Once I paid my 30 bucks a month I haven’t seen a good one since. I constantly get errors and it makes poor font choices that fades into the background and it takes a very long time and after it makes all these errors it tells you you’ve been using too much data and you need to upgrade but if it didn’t make all those errors you wouldn’t need to use all that data and AI help.
Honest feedback
This app makes it very easy to generate captions, but the interface is difficult to understand and navigate. The customization options are also quite limited. In my opinion, it’s not worth paying for.

You need to allow users to use an AI sample editing. Not too confident to pay this much for manual editing.

What a waste
I should have read the negative reviews before downloading and paying for this. Unbelievable. I paid $25, I uploaded one video to edit. It spit out something after editing that had nothing to do with what I uploaded. Editing takes just as much of a time, you still have to do everything. Not to mention you are immediately out of credits and it’s asking for an upgrade. I’ve never felt so scammed before. Ugh. I want to cancel immediately.

The editing is really good but the app does not allow you to pause your subscription. You can only upgrade or downgrade your subscription but not cancel and not remove your card.

Impossible to cancel
I cancelled the service after my first month charge, the app is cookie cutter and offers nothing unique. Most FREE apps do the exact same thing. DEF not worth $24.99. Customer service is basically non existent. They make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel and they won’t refund you!

50 minutes to edit a 1 min clip.
Going on over 50 minutes now to edit and give me my 1 min clip. I’m still waiting. This is crazy… glad I didn’t just purchase right away.

So I paid the $9.99 for the month as I wanted to make a caption with a script using my face I did this and then it asked me to upgrade for 2999 so it didn't let me use it so I canceled right away
