Being charged
I have been charged several times when not buying anything. Apple will not refund my money. What makes it worse is I didn’t even get the coins for what it says I bought!
Ads watching game
Not relaxing at all. Winning the hard level games all by luck! This game keeps you watch ads again and again and again in order to keep playing. Don’t waste your life on it!
Poor programming & support
It has been ten days since first emailed support about the Travel Collection not working. Obviously, it was never tested before implementing. Still no response or fix. Do not recommend spending money on a game that is not support.

Ads make it useless.
An otherwise perfectly simple and fun game, ruined past level 80 with ads that won't close. Terrible programming, will certainly lead to this being uninstalled. Nothing to do with the game itself; just the ads which completely prevent actual game time.
Great Game but….
The game is fun to play. Unfortunately the complete lack of response from tech support kills it. I had been contacting tech support and they completely ignore all requests. I purchased several coin packages, but when I won coins they never appeared. Don’t waste your money for this reason!

Stupid game that starts out fun but as stages progress, it just becomes a guessing game, nothing more and nothing less. Coins are too expensive to buy, still can’t get past some levels, and the guessing changes with each attempt. Frustrating and stupid!

I won weekly challenge twice and never received my coins. I contacted support and no response. I’ve emailed them 3 times including asking them to delete my account but they never reply. Worst customer support.

I downloaded this game through CoinOut. Car Match wants you to spend your money to complete the Levels. You will need get to the next levels. Play Dice Dreams or any other game. This game is a joke.

I’ve never bought coins with real money but now i definitely never will. Hope they fix this.
Annoying
This game is annoying. It takes waaaaaaaaaaay too long to earn money, and some levels are nearly impossible to beat without it. Also, there was one day where it offered videos to continue, but it literally only lasted for one day and then it stopped.

Or were there budget cuts? I feel like it’s been repeating the same 10-15 levels. Past level 150ish, no new challenges have been introduced (like standard matching level games). I guess besides that and the ads, it’s a good game to play if you’re bored.

I wish Apple allowed you to upload screenshots. I have a screenshot on this during the final stage, no car colors are hidden, and there’s no third purple car, making winning impossible!

Horrible customer service
I love this game however my debit card was charged without my knowledge and I can’t get a hold of anyone at this company to help me with this very poor customer service experience
Like the Game BUT……..
I enjoy the game but there are to many adds and no way that I can find to pay a on time fee to get rid of the adds. Will be deleting.
Fun at first
So this games starts out fun and with a little skill you can move through the first 50+ levels. However after that it becomes an exercise in how many time ca. you stand to play the same level for the game will “allow” you to win. It is easy for you to play the same level 50+ times and not be able to beat it because the starting positions of the. Plots are different each time and you cannot plan what you need to do because you cannot see the next car, therefore in just 10 short moves you have lost the level. Combine this with limited lives (5) and you cannot plan exhaust you available lived in about 3 min to jaw to wait 3 hr for them to refill. If they developers goal was to create a game that people will like, then piss them off with poor gameplay so they stop playing, this is the best program ever.
Colors hard to distinguish
The green & blue cars are too similar in color. It’s hard to tell them apart. Same with the red & orange. Higher contrast colors are needed for this game.
