Dangerous
ELM connects but ECU never connects. I CLICKED ON ONE OF THEIR ADS AND IT TOOK ME TO A PHISHING WEBSITE!!!

I’ve tried using this app on multiple different vehicles and the only thing this thing is good for is only reading codes. You can’t do any test. You can’t do any real diagnostics. You can’t see any real live data.

Less features every day
Every time I use this app more and more of the items are behind a paywall.
Completely ignores the US VAG market (2.5L CBTA/CBUA engines)
Inside the app, there is absolutely no mention of the highly popular US-spec Volkswagen and Audi models and engines, such as the 2.5L 5-cylinder (CBTA/CBUA). Instead of making a user-friendly dropdown menu with actual car models and engine codes, developers force users to guess their platform (MQB, PQ46, etc.) and connection protocols. Even with an advanced adapter, you get zero live data from the ABS/Wheel speed sensors because the profiles are poorly optimized for the US market. Fix the interface and add standard US engine/model profiles!

Changed the app
Originally I loved this app, saved me a lot of time. They changed the software options on here and now it doesn’t really do anything. Kinda mad, severely disappointed. If it isn’t broke don’t fix it. Just had to screw with the app and now it sucks.

Интерфейс стал дешевый на вид и не красивый, диагностировать автомобиль стало тяжелее или мне кажется, все происходит долго, не за это я покупал подписку навсегда 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Doesn’t work with iOS 26
Recently upgraded my phone to iOS 26, and all of a sudden the Car Scanner will not work. I have purchased the pro version and it previously worked without a hitch and then as soon as I upgraded to iOS 26, it refuses to connect. False advertising on the company is part because it claims to work with every single. iOS version.
Doesn’t work with BMW
Can’t put my brakes in service mode. Waste of time.
Won’t work with Toyota bZ
I bought this app several months ago to use with my Honda Prologue. It worked perfectly and I used it every day. I have since traded my Honda for a Toyota bZ (2026). My OBD2 dongle connects fine, but I cannot read many of the parameters I need. Apparently the app does not yet support the 2026 bZ. So, I have a scanner and an app that I can no longer use. Toyota bZ owners, be aware.
Needs an update.
Over 6months no update. Multiple updates. Issues with latest iOS update. No problem with older version.
