Paid the premium for 3 month, and it still gives ads, and asks you to pay again for premium, but now at a discount.
Dangerous app - Major privacy and security risk
I regret downloading this app. Within hours of installation, my phone became unusable due to a flood of spam. To make matters worse, I detected a login attempt on my banking app shortly after. This cannot be a coincidence. This app clearly harvests personal data and sells it to criminals. I am deleting it immediately and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it at all costs.

Sirve de ayuda pero últimamente la cantidad de anuncios es excesiva al punto que he querido desinstalarla porque pasa diez minutos para poder consultar el caso sin demasiadas publicidad por ellos le doy una estrella hagan lo suyo pero no hagan que perdamos el tiempo tampoco casi me demoro menos entrando a la página oficial a consultar una estrella y sigue siendo demasiado la app tiene potencial pero está muy mal eso que este ahogada en anuncios

This was a great app, I bought the subscription for three months. It just renews but is all ads and not reflecting that I have a paid subscription. Just cancelled it and will look for something legit.

This app shows way too much malicious ads. An ad taking 3 min, an ad that is a phishing scam, etc. There should be a one time purchase option for without ads and the developer should remove this ads infested free version. It is a poor design if it is making the app unusable and untrustworthy.

Does not uodate status anymore
I was using to track status and I checked online that the case was approved, but the app continued to display a pending status for 4 days after when I decided it was useless and deleted it. This is after the painfully long and deceptive ads that you need to endure as a free user - which I am ok with if atleast it worked as expected. At this point, it is useless and is a medium for ads as the one job it is supposed to do - track status- it does not!

I downloaded this app years ago and it was such a blessing back then, now it takes forever to get into your case, there’s so many adds and the benefits they want you to pay for are not worthy!! Missing the older version

Ads make it unusable
I understand the free version is ad supported, but the frequency of the ads makes the app pretty much unusable. It’s either an oversight by developers , or on purpose, to drive you to purchase the subscription. It makes me wonder though, why offer the free version if it’s nearly unusable? In that case, just offer the paid version, saves everyone time.
Glitches?!
Two of my cases were updated a week ago, but the app still doesn’t reflect the update. It used to be perfect app, but turned to be useless 🤷🏼♀️
