Go into purchases and look at the tab where you see your coupons cuz they hide those little dots everywhere and if you don’t clear them you get on a losing streak.

Watch out for the pop up girl it’s usually a losing streak whether you take the chips or not. I was winning until I watched an ad for free chips then literally could not win on any game. Think about that, YOU watch THEIR ad for a few free chips and THEY put you on a losing streak.🤦♀️
Your programmer needs to fix the problem with CRAZY losing streaks whenever a new game is being released. EVERY time I go on an impossibly bad losing streak at night, the next morning there is a new game. It happened to me again last night. I assumed that it was because I took coins from the pop up girl for watching an ad. Nope! I get up today and there’s a new game. If your app is programmed to intentionally make player lose while a new game is being released, shame on them. If not, then they need to fix this bug. I’ve spent money to play this game and it’s disappointing, as a loyal player, to be treated this way.

Horrible slot game that will never let you win unless you pay money. You can get all the free coins possible and lose it all just as fast as you got them, then they’ll have 3 screens pop up trying to get you to spend real money on this garbage game that you then have to close out of. It will do this every time you run out of coins. Stay away from this rigged app that just wants your hard earned money. If i could rate this with negative stars i would, if apple would remove this app from the app store entirely the world would be a better place.

If you landed on this app through HeyCash or FreeCash (etc) where you can make money climbing the levels, I’ve been playing this religiously for like 2 months now. I think if nothing more than to prove a point. I climbed the first few levels fast. I’ve now climbed, no joke, 3 levels in the last month. I’m on level 183 and need to get to 200 to make the next prize of about $6. On a recent day off I literally played the WHOLE day. Most spins result in absolutely nothing. I’ve deposited my own money. Nothing. I’ve watched a gazillion ads. Nothing. I’ve written to customer service. They change subjects and remind me to consider taking breaks if playing is becoming a problem. Like , I just wanted to know what I’m doing wrong that I keep losing all my coins in seconds 😂. Now, they just ignore my messages and close the conversation … shady scammers! It charged me that one and then turned right around and charge me for $16 in some change that purchase is not showing up on my Apple subscription payments but it definitely came out of my PayPal account. And their customer service will not answer their chats so not only can I not click on request a refund through Apple because even though I was charged on my PayPal, the transaction does not show up on my Apple Services

Don’t waste your time or money. If you’re looking to win, this is not the game. Big wins and jackpot wins rarely happen. You can spin for hours and lose everything before you gain anything. I went from 12t to nothing, spinning 20m each spin. Never ones got anything in return. The game is designed so you spend real money. This game will never get another penny from me.
Awful experience
Thought it was a fun game and made one purchase when first downloaded but after playing for like a week I suddenly started getting random $5 charges and never signed up for any subscription or purchases other than the one and only. Very frustrating and sketchy to me. Proceed with caution and highly recommend not using debit card to purchase anything on this app!
Fun if you have the money
This game was fun for a while until you decide to buy a coin package. After that it will continue to take your coins so if you want to continue playing at the rate you are spending on each spin you will need to buy more. I have won some grand jackpots and then it literally takes it all back within a day or two because it doesn’t let you win. They say it’s like a casino slot but it’s not because it will allow you to win at times and ask if you love your winning streak.
Low Payout Rates
I’ve been playing for a long time and I’ve gotten up to maybe 5 trillion and I’m at like level 900 or so and I feel like after a certain level it just stops paying you no matter if you raise or lower your bet or change the slot. I’m getting frustrated with this game cause it’s not being fair with its payouts and it just wants me to spend real money to keep playing. Make payout easier and more frequent and maybe I’ll change my rating.
Update: Came back years later with the hope something changed and with the ads telling saying the comeback rewards would be worth it…. Well nope they aren’t barely got into bonuses and went to zero and then just more pop ups to just pay for coins. This game sucks

Updated - AWFUL GAME NOW
Game used to be fun even with small JPs compared to other casino games. This game recently tightened any wins now and almost impossible to hit a Big JP. Im really leaving this review for those who buy: DONT buy anything in this game. I’m one of those crazy people that spend a lot too and this game does NOT reward that either. You could easily spend thousands of dollars and hit nothing. There are better games out there. This one is awful and they despise their customers so don’t bother reaching out to them unless you unless a tech issues. They will still be rude, but will usually fix tech issues.

That being said, once you reach a certain point it is impossible to complete daily and weekly challenges without making a purchase.
Fair warning, you’ll love it but it’ll leave you behind if you can’t pay to keep up. The only package that would actually allow me to play at my level is $30. And that could be gone is two minutes because you can spin a hundred times without a bonus or big win.
