If you purchase then you just lose faster.also, several complaints about double billing and they can’t get a refund or billing when they didn’t purchase. It’s being said that there are new owners and that is why the game has went downhill so bad Beware of this game. The side games are so bad that they make you spend most of your coins just to win back a lousy 2 or 3 percent. The win ratio is so ridiculous it’s laughable. Avoid this game

More losses than wins that is why I do not play more than I used to. I will not buy coins because there are no rewards for buying coins. You do not get enough coins when you purchase them, and they disappear right after you buy them.

First off….
I have spent probably a little under 2 years of playing Cash Tornado daily. As I sit here with my other half we play back to back and always remind one another about when it’s time to go on. We spend so much f* money on this game and don’t expect the freebies but we enjoy and appreciate it. What I’m getting to is, we get paid chump change and literally have to suffer loss without any real win. This game needs to have a monitor of when and who is the real ones. The ones who play and pay! You should filter and create a way to take care of your top dollar buyers because honestly I haven’t seen no real performance of a 5 star rating. I gave the 1 because you rob us more than even caring about us supporting your pocket. Bye

Designed to confuse and capitalize at your expense
UPDATE: the company responded to the review below but despite me providing the information requested and being told they would get back to me today, no response has been received. They are aware of fraud with my account but tell me if I delete the app to stop charges they won’t be able to investigate. You cannot cancel the account and they have refused my requests to do so leading up to the fake investigation. Even when you try to use their tools to delete it says it’s just a request and will take several weeks. Beware of this company big time.
A special needs 14 year old ended up downloadingg this app with no safeguards against age. In an attempt to stop the onslaught of ads, he inadvertently purchased more than $1000 in real money. Reached out to the support per the terms and conditions explaining the case, asked for a refund and to remove personal app data - again all in line with terms and conditions they provide. Got back an AI generated response telling me to enjoy the game. Going to pursue arbitration now just to get a real person to be forced to answer for this. After reviewing the process a special needs child saw, you have to dismiss anywhere between 3-5 pop ups at every new screen, every game, and on top of that, the mini games are designed like games a child would want to play. Purchases can be in the app, in a store, on a website, and it’s blurry about when you’re spending real money or cashing in points at one of 15 “stores” within the app. I would expect a company to have strict policies against underage kids using such an app and allowing so many repeated purchases which clearly show abnormal spending patterns. Everything about this process including following their policies, terms and condition is shady af.
