Glitch
I ended on a game where I don’t have enough for the minimum bet. Now no matter how many times I reinstall the app, the only option the screen gives me is to spin, however I have low funds so it’s just stuck on that screen.
Fraud!
App will automatically change your bet to deplete your coins. This has happened multiple times. Frustrating to purchase in-app coins for it to be gone after one spin when I did NOT change the bet.

I got free coins from the puzzle pieces that allowed me to bet higher than usual. I end up hitting a bonus on that bet. To my disbelief, a MAXI gem dropped in the middle of the bonus. I was thrilled. I’ve never seen a maxi gem in this game during a bonus or in real life. Only when you trigger on the main reels. Didn’t know it was possible. However, when the mummy came to collect it I was not awarded the MAXI jackpot. I figured oh maybe it will make some kind of deal at the end of the bonus then.
Nope. Absolutely nothing.
I quickly reached out to customer support to ask why this happened. I’ve never been so quickly dismissed or basically told that I’m lying and that never happened. I even took a screenshot of the maxi diamond on the screen because I always screenshot any rare wins or big wins cause it’s still cool to see even if this isn’t for real money. They told me I was wrong and that I didn’t trigger the maxi jackpot EVEN though I had proof. They won’t even look into it.
All I was asking was to please consider looking into my actual bonus so you can see that I wasn’t lying and that gem really did appear.
So don’t bother playing installing or playing because if you do end up hitting it big you aren’t going to receive your rewards. And customer support isn’t gonna believe you or care about you or what you tell them.

These scammers allow you to build to over a trillion, all along that if you raise your bets, you get higher payoffs. You are totally destroyed for the cause to sell you more coins. You’re a fool if you fall into this trap.

Maybe would hit over my bet 1 out of about 20 spins. Payouts on hits were horrible. Tried several games…only hit a bonus a few times. Would only hit the lowest jackpot. Ran out of coins less than 20 minutes. Why would you want to buy coins when you can’t even win when you first download the game. Wasn’t fun AT ALL! Wouldn’t waste your time. Very disappointing and waste of time
I played about 6 different games at 50 to 100,000 coins and not one bonus on none of the games. All it does is let you play your coins out so you will have to buy coins. Games are decent but if you don’t want to buy coins this isn’t the game to play.

Terrible excuse of a game, exploiting your time and money.
You will never hit bonuses. Some accounts can, and some can not. My girlfriend hits bonuses every few spins, however, my account can’t and has been that way for months. They push ads on my account and “deals” to spend real money to play. Absolute scam, and the develops know it.

Not enough game play for your money
Any coin package you buy doesn’t even last a few hours of game play at the lowest bet levels. I can buy a 100.00 coin purchase and ply a modest bet level( lower than the bet level defaulted) and still only get a few minutes of game play. This game is a cash grab and nothing more.

I loved this game but i tried logging into my account and it goes straight to a buffalo gold game and doesnt let me exit it, i tried making a new account but it does the same thing and i dont have game money to play it. i just wanna play other slots again this is very disappointing

I have played this game for a very long time, and while participating in events and doing dailies I was able to get minimums and eventually get a roll of 3b plus. I am above level 300. Over the last couple of weeks there has been a clear difference in how the game is paying out. I’m not going to keep playing and logging in. I can roll the machines 100 plus times nowadays and still get nothing. It’s very different.

There is a clear time of day where things are not hitting on the game. The clearly want you to pay money for this game so they make sure that at a certain time of day you won’t hit any big wins. It is still a fun game don’t get me wrong but you won’t be winning crazy on this game.
