Inoperable
Looked entertaining, downloaded and tried to play, never made it past first loading screen. Just a perpetual loop of the characters running and “Signing you in to Game Center” with 0 progress on loading bar.
Software bug!!!
Server connection gets lost often and I lose my winning streak! Sucks!
Waste of space
Honestly when I see a voodoo game I get excited but now all they are is just pay to win so if you wanna waste time and download this game I wouldn’t. gonna be facing off with players 300 levels higher than you and they will always have bigger castles and premium characters even starting out so yeah waste of space and don’t really see a promise end to this game

Initially, I thought I was playing against real opponents, but as the game progressed, I realized they were all AI. My opponent was always about 60 points ahead of me and seemed to play at a lower level, just enough to make me feel comfortable winning. Plus the ads are excessive.

Fun Game, but Extremely Greedy
I really wanted to love this game. Saw it and it seemed perfect for me. Upon playing it though, it was a huge disappointment. Gameplay is enjoyable but to have the most fun you have to pay money, A LOT of money. Bonuses you buy with money such as removing ads are not permanent and only last several days. Buying a single unit costs 10 dollars minimum. Not only that but ads are long and frustrating to deal with. In-game purchases are relentlessly shoved in your face after every little action you perform. And since premium units can only be obtained with real money, the game is pay to win. The game is a massive let down and would be perfect if not for all the greed and predatory mechanics.

Don’t lock out settings
Have to do the entire “I’m too stupid to breath without instructions” before you can access settings, might be a good game but forced music and sound effects got an instant delete

App Crashes
Never got to play. Downloaded twice and app crashes with iPad iOS 26.5 on cell phone hotspot.
Dumb
Killed 2/3 of their troops, they killed none of mine but got every power up chance and won. Joke game
P2W still sucks
Fix your pay to win problem. It’s genuinely an issue that the most overpowered and imbalanced characters are locked behind the paywall. I made similar review before and stopped playing the game but when I came back, the same characters take all of the fun out of playing.

It says everything‘s free now is not you have to pay for the fighters and the game ran to be shut down has a lot of tweaks still you can be in the middle of winning or in the middle of the game and it’ll just turn off and you’ll lose whatever incentive you had and they won’t give it back it needs to be worked on a lot. These tweaks don’t make the game fun and it’s very expensive to costly to buy on this platform on top of the game that needs to be fixed

The game claims no bots and PVP, they’re lying. I’ve yet to run into a real player, game just borrows players castles and has a bot run it. You can buy all the power ups you want, it won’t help you win. Literally EVERY match is against an opponent at least 50 points higher and you WILL beat them easily. Some players here have killing streaks 1000’s long. Oh and the commercials you play to double points from a win will play sometimes for over a minute or more. It is a fun game but gets repetitive real fast.
Fun but glitchy
Game is fun, but tons of glitches. Makes it very frustrating.

Yet another pay to win
There needs to be a better match making service. I’m at the point where all my opponents have Premium units and just obliterate me. This is not a “get gud son” The pay to win units are so overpowered it’s completely unfair.

It is pay to play . This game is mostly against BOTS . Never really humans . They need to adjust this , mostly is purely computers we play against . We have a Reddit page too guys . Look this up and you see what I mean . Type in castle busters on Reddit

Might as well just buy the laser guy to you can just wipe the entire op team in like 3-5 turns

The game is good. Everything in this game you need to pay for which is ridiculous to get rid of ads. You need to pay to get some kind of upgrades you need to pay and with the pop-ups that you should buy something from the store. this game tries to profit off people left and right ,how about you make the game more entertaining.

Very ridiculous to have a game with in-app purchase options, yet have no instructions or info-links.
