Cat Hero : Idle RPG

I made purchases on this game for almost $50 and half of that number never went through it says “payment processed, no item received. Contact support via email” I contact them and I never get a response. I practically wasted $25 because I don’t get my purchase but they get my money. This review will stay at 1 star until it is resolved. Completely unfair that this situation happens and I get no solution from the company because they won’t take time to reply and accommodate me for this issue. 0 stars due to this broken mechanic, if I can give it that. I would.

It crashes so often and so randomly, making the experience really bad. Please do some tests.

I got a legendary summoning ticket from so I waited 2 1/2 hours just to get it and I never got it. If you read this give me my freaking summoning thing right now. If you don't give me it, I will be suing the company. please give me my legendary summon ticket matter if I give everybody a legendary summon ticket cause I don't feel like you leaving my thing better give everybody it or I'm gonna sue cause every time when I do it, I wasted a day, a damn 2 1/2 hours and I still haven't gotten any so if I don't get it, I will be suing

when i open the game i got kick out after it load please fix it

The title is pretty explanatory, I do what the game tells me to do, and I TRY to get a new cannon, but it kicks me out. And when I TRY to log back in, it kicks me out every single time. I just got the game and I’m already running into problems.

Can’t join the game and crash instantly after intro… if I try again it crashes after I load it???

My account was randomly suspended I haven’t done anything wrong I was just playing then boom out of nowhere my account was suspended

The new upper battlefield spin rewards are false advertising. It shows that each reward has an equal chance of landing but it’s obvious that it will always land on the cat gems which are the least valuable currency on the spinner. I’m disappointed in this addition to the game because it gets your hopes up for no reason. Very unsatisfying

It worked once and now it keeps kicking me from the game

The games fun and all but it keeps crashing on me in 2-5 mins like the arena, starting ads, or well anytime I leave the main screen to go anywhere else for other events which is very annoying

I love this game soooo much really chill and all,but I just updated it and it started crashing! I don’t know why. I thought this update was to PREVENT bugs, not cause them. Please fix. I love this game and want to play it.

I like the concept of the game, but it stole my five dollar request and nothing happened when I used it
