Impossible Cancellations
I really want to be able to give them more stars, but unfortunately every time I’ve needed support I’ve been ignored for days past when their automated email says they’ll respond, I was sent 5 emails trying to convince me not to cancel when I needed to pause my strip order, and after purchasing a CGM that got mysteriously cancelled without any communication and not receiving a refund they just aren’t responding at all. It’s clearly a small team, but half their links don’t even work on the website as it’s run through Wix, there’s no system in place to track packages, and they don’t even offer a sensor that works for newer iPhone models- their usbc adapter only works for Android and their lightning one can’t be adapted to fit newer iPhones (the reason I had to cancel my strips/ordered a cgm) I’m very disappointed with how this has been handled, diabetic care is already difficult as is.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this company, whether it be automatically renewing my subscription for test strips (which I did not allow) billing issues, shipment issues, no response from customer service, no return call from customer service, no refunds for negligence on the companies end, honestly, you are much better off going to Walgreens and buying a $15 or $20 blood glucose monitor and being able to buy the strips whenever you need them and not have to wait on the company to mail them to you. If there’s ever an emergency and you need strips, you’re screwed

Deceptive App $$$
It is not mentioned within the description of the app but there is a subscription - $139 per year. You have to pay outside of the App Store. Which is also deceptive. Then it says App Only 7-day trial then $139 per year. It shows 0.00 or 100% off for app only use. But when you go to check out it still says 7 day trial then $139 per year. There is no contact page or company information on their website site, just an email address. I probably would have tried this app/service but it seems very shady.

You have to pay to use app and the cost is very high. You can’t subscribe through Apple either, you have to pay through third party app SHOP. They make it look like you can’t signup pay directly but you can’t. The whole payment model seems like this app is a scam. Be careful when paying for this service.

Very Disappointed
I own a Center Health Glucose Monitor to help manage my Type 2 Diabetes. I’ve owned the device for a few years now and pay for an annual subscription for their service. I went in for labs and my a1c was 7.3. Based on my readings per Center Health, my 90 day average estimated a1c was 5.8%. The difference of what would classify someone as diabetic vs. prediabetic. The morning of my labs, Center Health said my fasting sugar was 84. Roughly 30 minutes later (still fasting) my sugar reading from the labs blood work was 126.
I reached out to Center Health on 8/28 because my doctor and I both agreed that the official a1c test isn’t lying and that it must be a faulty meter. Center Health responded on 8/29 that their meters are accurate and asked if I would like a control solution sent to test the accuracy at home. I responded yes the same day. No one responded again until I followed up on 9/2 and 9/3. On 9/3 they said they sent the control solution. I received a package on 9/9 that was only more test strips, not a control solution, so I reached back out requesting the solution again. They responded that the solution was resent. On 9/15 I receive the solution and immediately test three times. Two of the three tests failed and were out of the control range. I let them know the results of each test with a screenshot. On 9/16, they request to know the control range on my strips. I provide that the same day. On 9/19 I ask for an update and receive no response. On 9/21 I send a formal letter that I will escalate if I do not have a resolution by the end of the day on 9/22. No response on 9/22, and no response as of 12:30PM ET on 9/23.

Terrible customer service
I signed up for a trial to test out their integration with my CGM-Freestyle Libre.
Each email to help took 2 days for a response. And the issue wasn’t resolved before the end of my 7 day trial.
Since I couldn’t connect my CGM, I decided to cancel my subscription before the end of the trial. I’ve tried to cancel twice now, and it still hadn’t gone through. They require a message through their help section to cancel. This is against the FTC’s new click to cancel law.
If you choose to do a trial and decide to cancel, take a screenshot of the message you have to send through their help section. You’ll need it to dispute charges on your method of payment.

Garbage company. Horrible customer service. Terrible policies.
I purchased a membership. Got my first two shipments alright. Paid for the month ($225) for September 2024.
USPS shows delivered to my mailbox, but it wasn’t. Never received my shipment that I paid for.
Emailed Center Health. Was told that their policy is if it shows delivered by USPS that they won’t send me replacement sensors. That I can pay them another $225 and they’ll send out a replacement. This is their policy??!! 😡😡
So basically what I’m being told is that their policy as a company is to take your money, and if you don’t get the product they could care less. Yikes.
I would avoid this company at all cost. Unbelievable.

Good luck with the “free” trial
I have sent three emails now requesting a cancellation after I signed up for a 7 day free trial that required payment information. I requested a refund the day after I signed up, followed up two days ago, and then was charged $139 for a subscription I do not want because you HAVE to email them to cancel anything. This screams SCAM and they only want your money. I’ll be disputing the charge.

Watchout
App looks really nice, for some reason it wasn’t really working correctly by when syncing glucose levels, tried to cancel, but was stalled around by their service dept. you cant cancel on your own, you have to send a message that will be responded by another message trying to delay the cancellation. In all its been at least 5 days since I tried to cancel and the subscription ended up being charged to my card. Luckily the card ended up declining the charge.

Very inaccurate and Doesn't push data to Apple Health
This monitor is consistently 30 points different than when I go to the doctor. I took the device into the doctors office to calibrate. Wildly inaccurate.
The app also does not push blood sugar levels to Apple health. You have to put that in manually.
I had to turn off all sink with Apple because it was pulling duplicate values, again and again. It also would pull values for really bizarre metrics from Apple health.

Lack of customer service, quailty and care
I can no longer recommend this service since the updates. My reader doesn’t work as well as the strips. I’ve been nearly three weeks without service or concerned from the staff to make this right. I’ve complained about previous issues with the reader and to no avail the reader was never replaced (even being under warranty) I had to use another reader and strips I previously had to check my blood sugars. This service and customer care used to be reliable but no more. I did all the steps their cut and paste emails recommended. So far I’ve lost $60 due to this.

Not for me
I have lost all my information more than once with this app. I have lost all records of the levels I logged. It’s not worth the trouble I have to go through with this app and device. I would recommend not using this app. Use the old fashioned way, write down the information on paper. Obviously the developers of this app cannot create one that does not erase all your information.
If they cannot fix this, I am done.

Center nano doesn’t work when I need it too
The center nano has always given me trouble especially since they recently updated the app . I cannot rely on this meter especially being type 1 diabetic . I will not be using this meter again . If I can’t rely on my blood sugar meter then that is a very serious problem . Gotta get your act together because this is not compatible with all phones

Company made it very difficult to control and get results to stop test strips from being sold and sent to my home. Don’t believe them when they apologize about stopping because they just kept coming. I now have nearly 14 months of test strips at home. The tracking features are fair and the company seems to have no concerns about making the app better or providing good customer service.

Quite a few times the app as closed out as I’ve been checking sugar. I ordered 12.19 and I emailed my $25 off coupon did not apply, as of 12.27 I did not hear back about this. With the app closing multiple times throughout the couple days I want to cancel. I have to email them to cancel my subscription… ridiculous
