Casting
I watched your YouTube videos for a very long time. I was so excited to see your app. The workouts look great, I joined. I can’t cast your workouts onto my TV. I went through every single step, my TV , my phone my iPad were all set up right and it still won’t work. So I canceled my subscription and deleted the app. Extremely disappointing. You have to be able to cast these workouts to a TV because no one wants to work out with a phone or an iPad.
She is awesome, youtube videos work perfectly but app is AWFUL

Waste of money
I love Caroline Girvan on YouTube however her app would not work. It would ask me to pay even though I paid for the subscription. I was never able to use it. Would not purchase again
Can’t sign on
Just downloaded the app. Unable to sign up. Cant fill in the information to sign up.
AirPlay Does NOT Work
I am beyond frustrated! Unable to airplay any workouts to any of my devices. It is on my this app as it works for all other apps on my phone. Please fix this or get the app installed on Apple TV!
Worst app ever
Can’t do anything on this app because I keep getting an error saying it doesn’t recognize my name. What a waste of time.
Landscape Orientation
I have been following Caroline on YouTube for a number of years and finally downloaded the app; however, I find that it will only open in Portrait orientation on my iPad. This is beyond frustrating for me since I have to detach my iPad from my keyboard to use the app and it is much more difficult to view. Is this a bug that can be fixed or is there another resolution for changing the orientation?

Loading issues
First, I have to close the app after using it so that it will load next time. At least once a week I can’t even get into the app and when I do, it never loads and I see the menu with blank screens on all options. I have to close and open multiple times. It’s not worth $13 when I can just workout on YouTube with no issues. Very unhappy. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 min for the app to be functional to workout
I love Caroline but so many bugs
I really love Caroline Girvan and her workouts. And would love to resubscribe once the bugs are worked out but it’s currently too buggy to be used. It’s asking me to subscribe every time I open the app. The workouts are on the wrong dates and when I fix them, I can’t get into the workouts.
Can’t log in
I paid for this and now I can’t log in! On every device it just keeps kicking me back to the log in page.
Poor iPad experience
Caroline has such amazing programs to offer it’s a pitty her dev team can’t figure out a seamless iPad sign on. I have to keep removing & re- downloading. Get it together guys!

AirPlay will only work half the time. Really disappointed I learned this after spending 100 bucks

App Crash on Air Play
Love the app, but it keeps crashing when I air play it to my tv! I don’t want to work out to my iPhone. Definitely not the same. Will be canceling
Workout great APP not so much
Love Caroline’s workout but the APP needs improvements. The app freezes in download and not download mode even though it is not my WiFi because I listen to Spotify and the music has no issue. Also in download mode you can mute the workout music which I can’t stand. When you try to link to Spotify you get both the original workout music layered over my music. Because issues make the app a horrible experience with amazing workouts.

- Form tutorials which are useful for beginners.
- Meal ideas to mix things up.
- Informative articles.
Cons:
- The login experience is truely awful. App will sign you out often which is frustrating. Then it keeps prompting you to login even if you've entered correct credentials. What works one time is not guaranteed to work the other. You just hope that when you re-open the app that sign in will work.
- App will auto log out at least once a week which is worsened when you know how difficult it is to login.
- Can't mute workout music in downloaded mode.
- Downloads are really glitchy. Especially if you've set to download multiple workouts. They get added to the queue but never progress. Have to download only 1 at a time.
Suggestions:
- Would appreciate some kind of history maintaining mechanism while scrolling through different tabs. Example: Scroll to page 1 of meal ideas. Check out an interesting meal idea. Hit back takes you to the top instead of where you were.

App problem
I like caroline so much but the app has problems!! I read the review first but I paid ! After 2 weeks the app forgot my payment !!!!! The support team didnt answer my problem yet ! Sorry dear caroline but I wanna use youtube again!! The app is Not good enoght! ❤️💋
Update is not good
This app use to work perfectly. Since the recent update it pauses in the middle of a work out and then will not restart. Even closing it multiple times does not help.
Kicking me out
I have reached out by email multiple times for help with issues and questions. Never heard back. Threw my back out from a few moves I shouldn’t have done (yet), went to the ER and needed to hold off a bit to recover.
So along with the app glitches and recovery time, I was hoping for a few months credit. But never got an answer. So I didn’t renew my subscription.

Where are all the programs?
Why can't I find the new advent program under the programs tab or see the upcoming program? Where is the community sections for announcements???? This app is so frustrating.

Glitches
I want to rate this 5 stars I have absolutely loved Caroline and this app until recently. It has become very glitchy. It won’t count my workouts and keeps adding them to my next days workouts like I haven’t completed them. When I try to go to the correct workout it sends me straight back to the one it thinks I should be on. It has also stopped tracking my workouts and my streaks. Please get this fixed asap!! I would also love for you to put your old YouTube programs and workouts on your app!
Excellent content, streaming from an iPad is impossible
I’ve had the app for over a year, and while glitchy now and then, it is straight up unusable on my iPad currently-especially when streaming to my TV. I don’t want to cancel my subscription, but I am utterly frustrated by all of the constant stopping and taking forever to load. PLEASE FIX THIS!
Waiting for developers to address bugs before I subscribe again
The workouts are great, the app needs a LOT of work. Casting to your TV, which is essential, is buggy. I tried to search for particular workouts and the filters don’t work like they should. For example, I try to search for a full body workout that’s over 40 minutes and it gives me a long list of every possible workout, including upper lower, etc. And God forbid I pause the video while casting. It takes close to a full minute to stop glitching. Probably the most annoying thing is that the app throws up different random glitches from time to time. I can’t even remember all that I encountered during the two months I had a subscription.
It’s really a shame, because the quality of the content is excellent. But there is no way I would pay money for an app that has this many problems.
