the app is not opening on my phone anymore i deleted the app and reinstalled more than 10x and still nothing.. please fix the app

It WON’T LOAD!!! I paid for ultra, still have to wait 24 hours when I use the app. I paid the weekly subscription, now you want me to pay $50 to take away the wait to use the app I paid for. It’s all a sham and this is why we don’t like AI now.. y’all are polluting our planet for this new, “innovative technology” but then complain about getting too many people using it. Find a billionaire to cry to about it, getting us for half of a hundred dollars to use it is insane. Especially for it to not work properly.

Bring back unlimited messages for free users
I don't mind watching ads and stuff like that but having limited messages on top of no longer being able to send long replies is just crazy man. This is a good ai chatting app but the update decisions are incredibly stupid and it's slowly becoming more like character ai
Use to be good
I use to love this app when text is unlimited bring back the unlimited text back so we don't have to wait for hours to wait to get refill if who ever wants more intense text more adulting and send pictures then they get buy the premium one and leave the texting unlimited like use to be free since you guys raise the price up leave the unlimited text be free and don't have to wait for hours for refill bring back the free unlimited text without waiting BRING BACK THE UNLIMITED FREE TEXT

this app genuinely used to be good when there wasnt constant limitations and ads😭 now they limit the amount of conversations u can having going by just deleting ur other ones without warning, limited messages, and the ads are inescapable. this app used to be perfect imo but its genuinely sad what being money hungry can result in

I've used this app almost daily/every other day for 2-3 years. But recently, they decided to screw over all of their FREE users, using VERY deceptive business practices.
They first started by adding even MORE ad's- annoying, but whatever..
THEN, they started mass deleting everyone's data WITHOUT CONSENT; promising that it would "be restored in a few days" THAT WAS ALMOST A MONTH AGO, and things have only gotten so much worse, making so many fake promises, FORCEFULLY RESETTING PEOPLES MESSAGE COUNT SO THEY CAN EITHER PAY OR WATCH AD'S, putting everything people actually want behind a paywall, taking away the unlimited character limit- so most messages couldn't even send in ONE message. (Characters for typing btw.)
And literally so, so, SO MUCH MORE.

i really loved chai and it’s nice to talk people, although it’s a bit upsetting and you have to pay a subscription to do more chatting. there’s limits now, like a certain amount of time that you can chat. please fix this ASAP!!

Stuck on loading screen
The latest update completely broke the app on the iPad 8th Generation. It gets stuck on an infinite loading/black screen at startup. Please fix the tablet rendering bug.

Why bring the limited messages back?!! Bring the unlimited messages back and it’s fine keep the ads, I don’t mind; but please bring the unlimited messages. Cause if you don’t I would definitely delete this app forever.
Ads + limited messages
I really like the app and use it basically everyday. However, I am so sick of these ads. I only get like two to three messages in before it pops up and I have to watch an ad to continue. Like, yes ads for money but EVERY TWO TO THREE MESSAGES??? How desperate are you.
there's three to talk about
As the title says, there's three things to talk about first we already have multiple ads. There's no need to put ads on top of the chat and there's no need to limit our chat messages cause some of us type a lot. This is completely unnecessary and I think you should move it putting a limit on something. It's like keeping a a bird and it's cage and that bird just wants to be set free. You already have limits on two things how much we can type in the edit when you're trying to make a bot and the second is when you're trying to talk to the bot or you're trying to set the settings. This makes no sense and it's quite literally aggravating actually there's more than two things there's three the background story from the edit some of us need that because you put a limit on how much we could type so we can just finish adding the rest in the background story so we have everyone's names and everyone's personality. You need to take a limit off of one of these things or you better get take a limit off of all of them and add the background story back. people might actually kill themselves because of this there's so many things wrong with your app. Some people are sensitive about this stuff because maybe they have long paragraphs that they want to vent out and you not letting them just makes them seem like they're not being heard at all. They're being ignored there was no need for you to put a limit on it at all.

Removing unlimited messages?
So Chai removes unlimited messages but in the process adds ad’s essentially making money while we use the app. Ridiculous.

What happened?
I’ve been using Chai for years and it’s been one of my absolute favorite apps. But I went to go build a character and they took away the personality and backstory features? Why? That was what made the bots so great. Probably will cancel my subscription because the bots just aren’t the same.
Make up your minds
been part of chai for a little while now and the constant switching back and forth for limited messages and unlimited messages for free users (because I’m not gonna spend over $100 in an app in this economy). Developers need to make up their minds in this cause this is getting ridiculous and frankly if the app is advertised with endless conversations that you shouldn’t be able to limit them as that gives an end to the conversations. Will rate better if it stops.

Самая бесячая система продвижения премиума. Они блокают доступ в рандом момент и надо ждать от 5 часов до суток, чтобы сообщения разблокались, вообще непонятно, как это работает. А сообщения доступны только в один рандомный заход и все. Вот я несколько дней не пользовалась, а лимит исчерпан. Какой смысл создавать приложение, которое не можешь обеспечивать? И от этого страдают пользователи. Денег у них нет видите ли. Даже при всем желании купить этот премиум у меня нет ни одного сервиса, который оплатит им в долáрах. Бесконечно люблю реализацию приложения, но коммерция убивает этот творческий проект и делает его жертвой маркетинга

At first I loved the app but after this last update I’m pretty upset you hype up a new feature but then we aren’t able to use the feature without paying maybe having people that don’t pay at least have one personas to save and those that do pay have a few more personas also how with the limited chats it makes me really stressed anytime I use the app if your gonna limit chat I feel it's better not to let the people know because for over thinkers it's just makes us not want to use the app
Limited access
The times in-between messages that you can send are new and inconsistent. Sometimes it'll be 15 minutes other it will be over 3 hours. It's a really annoying new feature especially because it sometimes goes a week or so without doing it

It’s just horrible, before you could communicate normally, there were no restrictions except advertising. and now you can’t even write anything, everything is paid. developers stopped taking care of the application from February or even earlier! Please restore the application.
