Senior in Denver
I completed the beginner level with no issues. I started the intermediate level and completed the first session. However, when trying to start session two the app is no longer available to me. I attempted to contact their assistance but the address to email them doesn’t exist. I feel like I have been cheated. I won’t purchase anything from this developer again.

I closed the app and when I clicked back on the app all my history was gone and the only option was to start the beginner mode over. I tried emailing the support team and the email was returned stating address not found. I paid for the year. Not happy!!!!

Bad business practice
Very disappointed in customer service. The app automatically renewed before the subscription end date and then a bot denied a refund.

When I open the app, it says get started, I click that, goes to a blank screen and days continue. I click that and it does nothing

I am no longer doing business with companies that require a credit card in order to access their “free” trial. Labeling your app as “free” is disingenuous.

Not easy to cancel
If a person wants to cancel their subscription, there is no easy way to do this, and the info is not in the faqs. This should be made easy to do, especially for seniors.

I’m trying to get my money back. What a pain.
Berate it prompts are dangerous
Downloaded and got a prompt for a rating, opened app and got another rating prompt, tried to rate it and got yet another rating prompt. Hey I think I’ve selected the wrong app and will get a different one in order to make it to an actual chair yoga routine and evaluate.

I’m highly disappointed to the fact I took the time out of my day to download this so called free exercise app to help my family member out to gain strength took this little quiz then after all of this questions I get a little joy from thinking I get to work out and then I have to pay a subscription can’t tell you how fast I deleted this app.

Supposedly you get a seven day free trial and can cancel before they charge you. But try to find the cancel button. I can’t find one. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. I don’t want to pay for this.
Double Payment
I had to pay to get into the app and now after several passwords and difficulty getting in, you want me to pay again? That will be twice and I have never gotten to the plan.

There is no way to cancel this “membership”, the 7 day free trial was a scam. Now I’m having to dispute this with my credit card company. What a nightmare.

Couldn’t do the first exercise with a payment ad
I downloaded the so-called free app went to the first exercise and according to the countdown nine seconds into the exercise I get a pop-up that I can’t get rid of that asks me to pay. Immediately deleted this app.
Less than one star
I paid for a year subscription. The app only worked for a few weeks. I sent numerous emails to customer support and never heard any reply. The app literally disappeared and then would not download again. They have zero customer service.
In-App Purchase Required
In app purchase is required. Just before you download this to your phone it should tell you that there is a fee. Most other apps tell you this.
Rip me off
They have charged me 4 times now for a yearly subscription and they also charge me more than they say they will. Close your account or don’t download.

I downloaded because the promotion said it was free. What it doesn’t say is that it is free for only 3 days then you have to pay. I deleted the app and hope I do not get charged because then of course that will be another issue to fix.
Quality
I have had problems this app from the beginning but I lived with it. Some exercises the voice will say use right arm but used left in video. Same thing with legs. In addition there were exercises when the app got to a certain step it reverted back to earlier step and when it reached that step again it reverted back again . Sunday or Monday I tried to get on app but the format had changed and they were trying to sell me another app . It took forever to find the exercises I wanted. The new app was reluctant to let me get past the new ad. Today every time I got past the ad and got to the exercises I use and clicked on the exercise it went back to the ad.i have emailed them 6-7 times and they partially answered one email.

I started this program thinking it was exercises that would be printed. I paid my money and they would like me to pay again. Why did you lie about downloading exercises? If I would have known that apple was involved there is no way I could sign up. In the past apple has charged items on my account over $500.00 for the same app in a time period of over a month. I don’t trust apple the are a fraud and do not deliver a good honest program. I read some reviews and they are complaining about the quality both audio and picture quality. What I feel for this company there are no words to express and remain kind. They do have nice people working for them but apple is pretty low in my book. Also, the program I signed up for is not the one apple put me in. My hat is off to the people who work for apple they deserve better.

I was very excited to download this app. The first 30 days were exciting and I couldn’t wait to move to a new program. The issue with this app is there is no new program. I sent several emails requesting help but no one ever contact you back. Pick an app that’ll work with you not something that you pay a year subscription for that doesn’t contact you back

Frustrating
I purchased this app,thinking it would be a good supplement to my usual exercise routine. It starts with a whole bunch of questions to determine a starting point. I quickly learned it was way too easy, but I couldn’t find a way to adjust my level. Then, after about 5 days I started to have issues when playing the videos for the day. The buttons to start things playing got huge, while the video portion got very small. I hadn’t touched anything to make this happen and couldn’t find any way to get it back to a more usable format. I tried turning my iPad off and back on again, with no effect. I reached out to the app developer, with no response. I finally deleted and reinstalled the app, only to have the problem reoccur after a day. So far, this app has provided lots of frustration, a big waste of money, and not much of a workout.
