Terrible first experience
The worst power bank rentals I’ve ever come across. I got a battery that only charged me 3% and died. Then when I tried to return it, the battery failed to return and was stuck. I had to talk to customer service for 30 minutes and translate everything. 0 stars if it was an option. Spent more battery than it charged 💀

You basically can’t do anything in this app without an ad appearing that covers the entire screen. The search function is also very slow: clicking a pin often just ends up in an endless loop without loading the name or address of the location.
Horrible customer service
Someone grabbed mine and ran off at the pick up point. I have been working to eat this fixed for an hour. Waste of a trip to Japan and to an expensive park. Don’t waste your time with their power banks. One thing goes wrong and it will ruin your trip. Just buy your own power bank and don’t mess with this company.
Bad service and bad process
Got a charger at DisneySea. The map of where to return it using both Apple Maps and Google maps sent me to the wrong spot. Finally got a cast member to direct me. The device was hidden next to a bathroom but inside the doors hidden around a corner with absolutely not signage outside. Got charged an extra hour despite trying to return the device for over ten minutes. I reported in the app with no response so one star service. Not only that but the charger barely got my device to 50% with nearly an hour of charging. 👎👎
