SO MANY GLITCHES, NO ONE RESPONDS
Have played daily for years. Scrolls are useless. Once again today, I start to play and before I can make a move, it cuts out and asks me if I want to try again. This happens over and over the past few weeks even though when working correctly, I ALWAYS finish on the first try. WORSE, today I played the entire dig for treasure event, have screen shots to prove it. Yet they don’t give me the gold prize nor let me play the event I have already just won any further.

I am at Level 13,075 and I have had it with the how unstable the game is in the Royal Tournament mode. Constantly getting tossed out of the game - kissing hold, points, progress etc. I am weaning myself off this game. Not spending another penny here

Latest update breaks the pop ups. They can no longer be closed. Maybe you don’t need 5 million popups every time the game is opened, anyway

Someone else making purchases
I have lost hundreds of dollars because someone is making purchases for this account and the money is being siphon somewhere else. I have asked for help to stop purchases being made from my account. Actually, hundreds of dollars of purchases made $8 -$30 at a time. Many times on days where I’m not even Accessing the game (I was at a funeral, etc…) It is a fun game, but stay away from it! They are stealing money and there’s no way to get it back. There’s no way to get help. And there’s no way to change it within the game at all or on the app itself

Levels
For a week now no new levels have uploaded- I have spent a lot of money on this game so I don’t want to just move on to another game- I contacted support last Friday but no response- when will there be knew levels

Are used to look forward to coming in every morning and playing CharmKing, but now it either shut down after an ad, or as in the case today, won’t even come up at all. I have been trying to play today for three hours and have yet to be able to access the game. Very very disappointed

Terrible Ads
You watch an ad and it goes into an infinite loop and you can’t finish a level. Absolutely ridiculous!

Iv been playing this game of many years . V had to start over due to phone issues . I’m now at level 6311 and now the game won’t let me play it will not download to play . Any ideas why ? I would like to continue to play ? But if it won’t load , I’ll just have to delete the game . Thx

Level will not load
For several months now the levels will not load. Everything else works, the free spin, the 8 hr bonus etc. A few weeks ago I tried and it loaded so I made sure I passed that level and when I did again it will not load. I have contacted the developers 3 time in the past few months and they did not even bother to respond to any of my emails. This is on my iPad which is up to date and I’m on level 9799 so you can see how long I have been playing. I also have 271 charms most of which I have paid for. It would be appreciated if the developers could look into this to see why the levels are not loading.

I wrote to you over a week ago for support because the game keeps crashing and I never heard a word. Lots of issues to the point I can’t even play the game! I’m on level 4650 so not wanting to start over. A response would be nice!

I used to Love this game. The last update on October 20 crashed my game. It has an error w in the upper left hand corner when you launch the game. I reported it but have never received a reply. Can’t get game to open or launch. 7/2024. Still having major issues with this game. The app shuts down for no reason resetting my game progress. Really pushing me off

Every time when the ad for Solitaire Cash comes up it always freezes. Pls don’t use that ad. It makes it hard to play ur game.

I cannot play the game without the cancel or login keep popping up. I’ve tried everything even losing all my credits & points by deleting the app & reinstalling. After every game I have you manually close out & restart. Very frustrating!

Years ago, I needed something to help me with my mental, I love playing board games and I was over done with candy crush, I found charm king on Apple and have been playing it FOR YEARS until recently I kept getting an error message forcing me to connect it with Facebook, when I attempted to do that, it would kick me out quickly, this happened over and over so I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and learned that I lost every jewel that I earned over the years! Now I’m starting from board one and after every board I’m seeing ads and I can’t exit the ads! This is really frustrating! I play board games to escape stress and now you’re bringing the stress with irritating ads. I’ve spent plenty of money inside the app, do you really want to lose customers over this?

This app needs updated! The ads will not play, been this way for a month. When the ads won’t play you can’t get the gold bars or extra life. The app needs closed every time an ad comes up. Very irritating! About to abandon this game.

Played this game over 10000 times and was my favorite. All of a sudden after you complete game, it will throw you off.Additionally, it will take the points you earned. When the frustration ie more than enjoyment, it is time to go.

I love this game and how relaxing it is. I had to start all over from the beginning after uninstalling and reinstalling. It couldn’t log me into Facebook and save my progress from where I left off. The Pirates Plunder is not even working for me. It says there is a problem with the server, try again later. I don’t know what place I am in with other players who are playing the game. I wish that these issues could be fixed.

Inappropriate ads
I really resent the new ads. They are tacky & inappropriate. I am sick of seeing you inappropriate ads. Your ads used to be clean. They are now disgusting! Not only inappropriate, but, just plain annoying. They , now take up so much time. Get rid of them!

Whenever I try to play it just keeps loading and will not let me play.

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years. For the past few months I haven’t been able to play, because it just keeps loading. I’ve sent several emails, and have never gotten a reply back. I also sent pictures of what my screen looks like when I open it. I enjoy the game but since I haven’t been able to play I may as well delete it

Developer hasn’t updated game so no longer works
I am at level 6661 and can no longer play as well as many other people because the developer hasn’t updated the game in over a year. Sent multiple messages to support with no response. When I went to see when it was last updated by them it was over a year ago. So don’t waste ur time downloading it. No one from support exists anymore. Apparently they just decided to abandon the game they created. Amazing they still have coin packages u can purchase but u cannot actually play the game. Unable to play since Sept 2024and today is 11/3/24. Still no update avail and no response ever from support. They’re Able to take money from customers for coin packages for a game that doesn’t work nor support help. Some app. Money hungry I guess
