Locked out

Huge flaw in fraud detection - it triggers far too often
And then you have to spend an age on the phone to a call centre somewhere where agents seem to follow and extremely long winded script. It can take 30 minutes to release a payment- *not* including hold time.
This makes chase effectively unusable as a bank…
By far the worst of any bank I’ve used.
Please learn from NatWest/Royal Bank and implement biometrics

No Joint account, Authorized user or Beneficiary
Chase UK does not allow Joint Account Holder, Authorized User or Beneficiary. So your money if you are in hospital or dead then no way your loved ones can access your money unless they spend money on lawyers and courts. Seems that basic features available at all other banks is something Chase thought is not needed. Also they can decline your money transfer out if Chase on basis of security, so any scheduled payments out of the account can be declined this means you risk leaving your money in Chase account as your family may not be able to access your money in case you are dead or in hospital. Seems like a pretty big items chase has missed here. Cannot access bank account from the web browser. Only way to access your account is via the app and cannot install and log into app on multiple device. Apart from that great interest rate.

Terrible. Too much promotional material at bottom of savings page.
It is much better to see on first screen total money held in all accounts.
It is disjointed and a bit messy appears to be moving away from a friendly easy to use app to a dystopian tech nightmare.

Risk getting blocked out of your bank account for months if your ID is upsated
Can't login to my account anymore. All ID verifications fail and support is clueless on to why or how to help. Managed to login after 2 weeks (by random tries and reset combinations) in 1 Android device and support never got back to me. Took all my money out. Absolutely zero trust in this after the abismal show of incompetence. And yes I've called support too many times.

Tried multiple times and it keeps asking me to repeat sending photo of passport and myself. Only way to continue seems to be to call but I won’t bother.
