Literally never worked. Constant error messages.

As soon as I opened this app, I was forced into subscribing. Either pay now, or hand over your payment info anyway for a ‘free trial’. I immediately deleted the app. If you need to force people to hand over payment details you’re not a company I’d ever do business with.

First time opening the app I was immediately bludgeoned with requests to buy things and rate the app on the App Store. Not a great first-time UX.

OK, so I sent a photo of my homework just to get some help and he told me that I cannot help you, but it said that I can’t help you with the questions so I asked him or she or that AI can you please just help me with my work because I didn’t understand the problem and I’m still on the problem right now because I don’t know how to do it and I started getting frustrated. I yelled at it and I was saying how I hate this app and I will not be coming back at it. This is why it needs a one star review I would give it a zero but I can’t, but this app is the worst. I do not recommend it especially if you’re trying to get help with any type of homework or anything. I hate it just go to ChatGPT, which is kind of like their competitor go to ChatGPT because that is better. They will explain to you also they will explain to you and I will give you the answer and then you can ask questions about how was it this answer how was your dad answer but now that Chat Smith they just help me. They just hate me for telling me that I’m just asking to help me with my work because like if I do not turn anything tomorrow, I’m gonna be on the wall for recess so I cannot stay in that so please get this epic because I’m tired of it and once I come back here my review better be on the top because it’s crazy and y’all better not come over Karen because I’m not I’m just dating my real reference about this and I hate it. I do not recommend it for work, cause it only worked a few times because when I tried it, it was good. I liked it so I will come back there when I wanted to now that I’m back here cause yesterday I was trying to do my spring break homework, but apparently it told me what I was talking about like it told me that I cannot help you with your work and it’s crazy because ain’t you AI supposed to help us so y’all can please leave a comment if y’all think that I’m rude and I think that I am like like rude and like this don’t make no sense but I promise y’all I’m not rude. I’m actually a really sweet girl and I cannot stand this so please go get your stuff correct!!!!!!!!!!

This app is a scam. It does nothing and has been charging me 3 times a month instead of once a month. I thought it was for help with Ai, but it legit does not do anything. It’s not even an app. I was wondering why I had random charges from Apple. A $15 charge and two $7 charges A MONTH!!!!! don’t lose your money with this app.

Don’t know why you want to charge seven dollars a month should be free

Every time I ask this stupid app to create an image for me with words on it, always misspells one or two the words!!! That is so frustrating!!!!

I excitedly upgraded to pro with Claude/Haiku who I use daily ready to get going with a new business but needing more help than what Claude pro offers. I upgraded specifically from my AppleId which shares the same email as my free chat smith so there’d be no chance of any issues & yet still no matter all I ask support or chat, delete to reupgrade or try from FAQs it still says I am logged in inside another account. I provided screen shots that the email addresses & the Apple ID pro was subscribed to matched & when a human or agent finally emailed me back, nothing was acknowledged pertaining to any of my issues or attachments at all & was very rude. 😔 If that is the “support” I have to rely on when I have a real issue with something I would be using to help run my life and businesses with, then I will go without. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Do better. Some of us are going through enough as it is.

Beware. They pretend they are Claude. They charge you $6.99. When you catch this mistake, they will not refund the $6.99.

Why did this show up without my permission

I paid for a lifetime subscription for this app, and now they’re requiring an additional subscription on top of that. Bad business model. Avoid this app.

Chat smith looked like something i can trust with my data and all that but it surprisingly isn’t what I expected it to be.
I expected it to be more like ChatGPT and Gemini especially since it popped up as similar. But why do I have to pay even before I’m sure it can do what I need it to do.
I’m not even sure the app can do what I want to use it for and I’m already paying dollars.
Who earns money to spend it that way.
Like I’ll be refunded if it’s not able to perform the tsk o want it to perform.

This is not ChatGPT. This is some other chat that doesn’t know it’s screw from it software. I got the free trial for three days and canceled it the same day because it was such a bad experience. They charge me anyway, but didn’t give me the week of service so would not recommend this is not chat GBT it is not as good.👍🏿

Responses are Weak. Must be throttled by the AI provider in their contract. Many questions come back ERROR.

This is a Terrible app I would go to chat gpt. They try to corner you into payments especially when you already provided specific information. Clown show of developers I really don’t understand how the app has almost 5 stars lol bot reviews.

This App is so bad to not download it I asked for one simple answer it gave me a whole essay on the history of math and that was my only free question for the day

Use regular ChatGPT it’s just not worth it.

It’s so sad how terribly biased this information guide is. It’s horrendous how bad it is. It blatantly lies directly to you when you ask questions. The people programming it are the most sinister evil people you could ever have creating something, or should I say the most evil the world could ever have. It’s pathetic. Everyone use GROK.
