Another Overhyped AI App
The Instagram ad made it look like the AI would actually analyze my face, features, and coloring to recommend styles that suit me. That is the only reason I downloaded the app.
Instead, after uploading my photo, the app simply asked me what hair color, hairstyle, and other preferences I wanted. That’s not AI style analysis-it’s just me telling the app what to generate.
Even worse, many of the generated images didn’t look like me at all. If you’re advertising an AI stylist that can analyze someone’s appearance and suggest the best look, that’s not what this app delivers.
Very disappointing. The marketing is far more impressive than the actual product.

The ai isn’t anything special, and they charge you without a subscription. I tried to cancel after the trial period they gave me the run around and then charged me again! Said to cancel in apple, but it’s not listed as a subscription in apple. Supper shady app. Pass! Also what ever response it leaves me from this review will also be ai generated and say something about passing it on the their “billing team” which is also no help whatsoever. DO NOT GET THIS APP!

This is an ai aggregate that doesn’t have internet access. It gives wrong informant and is very argumentative. I reached out to customer service 5 mins after downloading. After they found out I was asking for a refund, they ghosted me and wouldn’t respond.

It’s just a rip off. It’s absolute garbage. They take your money. They don’t remember anything that you asked for. They created nothing. And the thing that I wanted to do, they don’t even do with the hairstyles. It’s nothing but trash.
This app sucks
The app roped me in by asking me lots of questions about my business and brand direction. Then it has me download the app and says that I can link a Web purchase or login. There’s literally no option to login or to link a web purchase. When I go to contact support, it only gives me the same instructions. With one new tidbit that the option is only available on iOS. Which I do have an iOS device and still can’t see the option to login or to link a web purchase. I created a ticket with their support team and never heard back. Complete waste of money. And they’ve made it super difficult to cancel your subscription. So this app sucks. Also, I never got to see the so-called logos they created for me.

Never worked!!! Was charged $8 initially. Couldn’t log in. Contacted support twice and was told to try the same log in methods again. Contacted support a 3rd time and asked for a refund…no reply from them. Decided to let it go then got hit with a $19.99 subscription within 1 week. No where, not even in the fine print, was there a question about a subscription. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE! Preying on some woman just trying to find a hairstyle to make herself feel better. I hope Apple takes you down ASAP.

Paid for a year subscription and I’m getting a refund one way or another. It doesn’t register that I’ve paid for a subscription on the app but yet my phone recognizes it on the subscription list. Why doesn’t the app? Scam. Go elsewhere.
Poor trial experience and no customer support
The trial period did not work as expected and ended up being a waste. I reached out multiple times for support and to cancel my subscription, but I received no response. Despite this, I continue to see attempts to charge my account. I have escalated and filed a complaint. Very frustrating experience overall.

I have downloaded this app on my iPhone XS MAX 3 times, I have spent almost $30 on credits it says Im out of? I never get the credits once I pay for them, always shows 0 credits. I am yet to see one hairstyle. It takes about 20 minutes to connect when I open the app? I have changed and rearranged all my app settings to accommodate THIS APP and still nothing….i don’t understand whats wrong. Hopefully I can cancel and possibly get a refund for all the $$ I wasted for 0 ZERO RESULTS!!!!all I wanted was to try some new hair styles. This app is exhausting! I don’t know what else to say, but this has been my experience and when I say I tried, I TRIED! I spent more time trying to get this app going than I have on all my other apps combined. . I recently tried the 3-day free trial of this app on my iPhone 17 pro max running iOS 26 public beta, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
I was trying to generate a specific image, a it took 7 attempts just to get something close to what I asked for. Many of the results had obvious issues - an extra head, duplicated braids, or random elements like a braid floating in the image. These weren’t small imperfections; they made the images completely unusable.
The biggest frustration is that each failed attempt still used up the free credits you’re issued to try the app. I ended up wasting most of them on results that clearly didn’t match the prompt. It feels unfair to charge users for outputs that are so far off from what was requested, especially when these types of errors common with the app.
I understand that AI image generation isn’t perfect, but if users are expected to spend credits on each attempt, the system should be more reliable - or at least offer a way to refine or correct an image without using additional credits.
Overall, the ideal of the app is great, but the execution needs improvement. Until the accuracy improves or the credit system becomes more user-friendly, it’s hard to justify using it or spending money on a subscription.

This seems to be a scam. Did the free trial; cancelled because it was just garbage and still charged for an annual membership. Our bank also flagged the purchase as potential fraud. Trying to resolve the fraudulent charge. Annoying.

Completely misleading - scam
I saw an add for a 1 week, $7 package of the app for exterior design. It’s nothing more than a general AI platform (could easily perform the same task for free on chatGPT) and then they hide the huge price increase that you’re auto opted into after the 1 week. So paid $40 for an app that I didn’t even use.

Requesting money back $7.99 for premium you get about ten pictures and it wants you to reload for $12 for the same amount no. I could use chat gpt and it reloads daily and image generator is much better!

I was introduced to this app from Instagram where it prompted me to answer questions about how I wanted to renovate my backyard. After signing up it was extremely difficult to transition to the app and the app had zero reflection of the answers I turned in when I got trapped in the first place. Even when I did it separately I only had an avenue for interior design instead of exterior which is not how it showed up in the ads. Ridiculous.

This app sucks out loud! After paying for a monthly membership you still have to pay an additional fee for credits to use the service. The service doesn't respond very well at all to prompts. I can't explain any better to this AI what it is I want and it still gets it wrong every time. I've said it many times over in several different descriptions. It may seem a little paranoid but it feels like this app is programmed to feign ignorance until I'm out of credits and buy more. You know, sort of like the planned obsolescence that every manufacturing company (Apple) uses to get you to buy their stuff frequently.

This tool has been spotty since I bought it. But after the recent update, it is no longer recognizing my year membership. The Chat with Support does nothing and no one responds. Sending emails to support, even through the website, does nothing. No one responds. Either this company has gone out of business or they have actively chosen not to respond to their customers. There are no listed hours of operation for their support.
Truth is, I liked the app. It had its problems, but I liked it. But stealing my money and ignoring your customers is unacceptable.

Can’t understand all these great reviews. I instructed the app to add something very simple to an image using with simply instructions and it continuously messed up. It’s no buffet than chat GPT. They are all the same technology that has MAJOR flaws. You ask if to add a table in the corner and it makes it a giant unrealistic table in the middle of the room. Cannot follow basic commands

Saw this app on Instagram for a Logo Maker. It kept asking me questions and then at the end it finally said I needed to sign up to see what they designed. I signed up for the six day or seven day trial, and when I had downloaded the app, it doesn’t even look to work with. When I click on subscription, a box comes up and says I don’t have an account. There is no way to login. I seem to run into scams all the time on social media.
