Absolutely ridiculous
Unlike Chat GPT, it cannot research the web to look up a specific answer, it can’t open any url link you share, it cannot make downloadable resumes! This is my first day using it and now my last.

Explained that I was looking to acquire Claude and for some confusing reason ended up buying this service for which I have no use. Be adviced. And I am not talking about the app. I am referring to the service and policies. Not cool.
Hard Pass
I paid for the entire year, and keep getting a message that I reached my limit and must pay again. I sent a message from the app, and no response. When when requesting a refund I get a response and am told “we can’t help you”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS KNOCK OFF APP, where customer service could care less for actually helping.
Impossible to cancel
I asked how to cancel my subscription via email. The instructions were: Click on the Profile Icon
Select Edit Profile
Navigate to Subscription
Click on Manage Plan
Choose the Cancel option on the upper right corner
Select the Reason for cancellation
Click Submit
However on the Profile, I can see my subscription but cannot change it.

This is extremely misleading. It does not use the LLM models it claims to use. Just pay the $20 for ChatGPT Plus
Wish I had read reviews first
I thought I was getting a subscription to a different AI app. This one can’t access websites? Or give real time schedules? Come on.
Rip Off Be Aware
As many others have explained, I downloaded this app only because it’s similar name to Chat GPT, upon hours I noticed the mistake and requested the refund and they stated that there is no refund. This app does not have the same features as CHAT GPT, when you ask for multiple edits, it forgets the first one after asking to add something additional, this is something I value from CHATGPT, they can keep track of everything I ask and are a step ahead by suggesting other options. Already cancelled it, worst inversion ever.

This company spends their development budget on making sure they are the top app on google when you search for any other better ai tool. Their logo is intended to look like chatgpt and steal their clientele. This product is not good, the history is not saving, it doesnt seem as user friendly either.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
So I was using ChatGPT and this pops up leading me to believe that I was purchasing an upgrade to ChatGPT. After spending a frustrating 24 hours trying to use ChatGPT pro, signing in 20 different ways, i finally got someone at ChatGPT who looked at my receipt and said -- you don’t have the upgrade. And this app is slower than molasses. I’ve yet to get any results back no matter which engine I choose.

The app doesn’t work properly. It can’t even help with spelling. Doesn’t have a bar to give suggestions. Compared to ChatGPT it’s terrible. Also using the other bots it feels no difference also compared to the actual bot like Gemini doesn’t compare.

I thought this was chatGPT. It wasn’t but it’s designed to look exactly like it on a desktop computer and that’s where I signed up only to realize it wasn’t chatGPT. It is NOT ChatGPT! Don’t waste your $60. These guys are making money off people for no product.
Won’t analyze an uploaded photo
I’ve tried 3 different times to upload a photo to this platform for analysis and it just has. The spinning wheel of death but won’t upload the photo. There is no way to speak to it and have it respond out loud like Chat GPT. Just like voice to text. No auto correct when typing either. Overall it sucks. Don’t get it or waste your money!
