Poor Service
The app is poorly functioning. I paid for a one year subscription. I am constantly having to re-sign myself in! This is ongoing and I get no help from the apps support team at all.
Same ‘ol run of the mill answers.
I can come up with more resourceful and creative ideas than Chat GPT can give me.

I purchased the max subscription plan. As I started submitting prompts, I began receiving error prompts for all prompts entered. I refreshed the app multiple times but the issue continued. In addition, the app kept automatically displaying the subscription plans every time I tried to explore the app.

Horrible! If I could give this app ZERO stars I would. Six months into my annual subscription some of the functionality I’ve become accustomed to using stop working. I was told the functionality is no longer available at the subscription level I purchased. Why would the organization not allow users to use what they paid for until the subscription ended. Just dumb.
Do Not Use
This is the worst AI App I’ve ever used. They have a documented pattern of non-responsive support, predatory, subscription practices, and opaque ownership behavior. They consistently reply with “content refusal”or “explicit, against community guideline” statements when there has been absolutely no explicit language or anything that would constitute any sort of wrongdoing or anything that would be against any type of community guidelines. It doesn’t make any sense. It is a waste of time and a waste of money and you’ll get absolutely no response or help from them.

The image comes out headless
Even with the update the head gets cut off. You can reason with the ai. You say something like what is wrong, to get more information and it replies with: i’m sorry, I can’t help you with that request. It’s not worth any amount of money for this. You are better off skipping this one altogether.

Signed up for 3 day trial charged for a year and Apple stood by and let it happen. Buyers BEWARE . Asked simple question and stated could not answer. RIP OFF

Every prompt seems to generate an “inappropriate prompt”. Just to combine a pic of me and my friends. Pics it already worked with. Got so frustrating I’m deleting it. Funny too as I got to it from an ad that read… no boundaries. Beware. Choose a different app.

Hello Team, I’m not sure what happened on the recent update but now I cannot copy paste in the free version.
I really enjoyed using this chat box for my daily rewriting message Actions.
Now I had to seek other options and uninstall this one.
I will check back on this one again in a couple of months. Please do check that bug.

Glitchy
Disappointed that the new update took away the copy/paste feature in the chat section of the app. I’ve sent multiple emails and there has been a fix yet. I use and pay for the app to proofread my work and I can’t paste it into the chat box now. What a waste. Save your money and use another app.
What Happened?!?!?
I’ve always been able to cut information from various documents and past it in the Chat Spp. As of today, the paste function no longer works on the app that’s on my phone. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
Used to be a good app.
Have been using the app for almost 2 years. The first year was great, renewed for a second year. The recent updates have made this app unusable and now they want to charge extra for options that used to be included in Pro. I will not be renewing.
Poor interpretation of request
It was not able to show me a picture on a wall at 3”, 6”, 9”, and 12” from the original position

I have signed up for a subscription, a couple times, I tried to restore a subscription, I deleted and redownloaded the app and it STILL wants me to pay for another subscription. It is really frustrating. I don’t recommend this app.

Bad app, falsely flags request as inappropriate when simply asking to make a superhero wallpaper with nothing remotely inappropriate in the request

Not my first review. DO NOT download this, NEVER pay for this either. I can’t get my money back. Download Google Gemini. It’s literally a million times better than this BS.

Really bad AI ChatBox. It misses a lot of the prompts, change prompts and change content without asking. Really bad with editing pictures.

Max money, minimum output.
Maybe this will get your attention, I tried emailing to tell the developers that I keep getting logged out of my account and the app is not working. Every time I login and request a complex requirement I get logged out. I paid for the Max to have access to everything. However, sometimes I have access to maybe the Auto feature.
Guidelines
It was a great app, but recent guidelines changed restricting grammatical corrections to generic violent scenes.

The app wasn’t working after a software update, I deleted and re installed it. It won’t resume my subscription and the App support responds 10-12 days after you message them. Keep asking for the same screenshots, don’t know their own app. Not worth it.

Automatic subscription renewal
I have been paying $42.39 once a year through Apple Pay and PayPal. I know it is my fault but the practice of automatic renewal with payment without confirmation is unethical IMO
Not transparent or trustworthy
It’s hard to trust AI assistants when they hide important information from the users who need that information to effectively communicate with them in order to achieve their desired outcomes. I wanted to share the screenshots of my conversations to display to the public what I am referring to in order for the public to understand and make decisions for themselves but the review doesn’t even allow for attached photos. This is extremely suspicious and this AI assistant can not be trusted.

Don’t bother using this. They have a lot of nerve charging people to use this. Just stick with ChatGPT. It’s cheaper and wayyyy better.

I purchased the pro version through the App Store and it will not let me use pro features even though the charge is on my credit card - it just keeps asking me to purchase pro again. I tried contacting support multiple times and no one will respond. I also tried getting a refund and it wouldn’t give me one. Please be aware that this is a scam.
