You’re so difficult to change the subscriptions and to find them online for any Assistant or Support. Be careful if you sign up for the Max plan

Not even close after a bunch of tries to do a simple picture restoration. So frustrating.!! Not worth paying for.

There’s no way that I should not have access to the app and I’ve already paid $40 for it. My subscription is supposed to be until April 2027 and here we are.

Any free app does a better job creating images than this one. I have tried to use it for a few things and it’s been a waste.

This app sucks!! I tried to make a poster and it kept animating it no matter what I asked. It can’t pull history. Don’t waste your money!!!

Now that they figured out that people use it to help rewrite stuff, they want to charge you for that now. F this app. Another money grab by a greedy corporation.

Downloaded by mistake - thought ok, I will do a trial. Did not meet my needs and cancelled within an hour. Attempts to charge me $29.99 10 or 15x a day every day since

Upon paying the fee to have ChatGPT for a year and give me information and images that I want is completely a waste of freaking time! I’m asking you to give me an image of Gandhi with a quote about being the change you wish to see in the world and it tells me it is inappropriate. This is completely unacceptable.

Glitchy and slow

This is the worst AI App I’ve ever used. They have a documented pattern of non-responsive support, predatory, subscription practices, and opaque ownership behavior. They consistently reply with “content refusal”or “explicit, against community guideline” statements when there has been absolutely no explicit language or anything that would constitute any sort of wrongdoing or anything that would be against any type of community guidelines. It doesn’t make any sense. It is a waste of time and a waste of money and you’ll get absolutely no response or help from them.
UPDATE: I received an email from the developer stating I violated prohibited content and behavior. I was using this app that I paid for to research and help navigate a situation where I was physically threatened and sexually harassed by the owner of the company I work for. I simply described what happened and what was said to me and asked the platform if it could help me locate some resources and state and federal laws. Before anyone jumps to any type of conclusion, that AI just picks up on words so that’s why I received that email, they sent that to me in response to an email I sent their support in customer service describing what was written and why. So that was their response, knowing that I was a victim and just recounting what happened so I could speed up the research that I needed to do. Also, I did contact the police the moment it happened at work. However, I was now needing legal guidance, which the police did not give me. Knowing the entire story this company customer service/support responded with that comment. They responded with two sentences. This should not be an AI platform that anyone uses. I have put that same situation of what happened to me in two other AI platforms and neither of them said I was in violation of policies or behaviors. They stated I’m sorry that happened to you. And then looked up all of the relevant legal guidance I needed.

Does not generate photos that look remotely similar to anything

My subscription was glitching, not letting me use the app even though I was being charged weekly. So I tried to contact them. Got a form email telling me to cancel through Apple. I did. Waited a week and paid for the year subscription up front and still won’t work. I have contacted them through their support services and get the same form email to cancel every single time.

It crops the edges of any image you ask it to work on. I have been trying to use it to “restore” images of the in-game posters from the fallout games and it crops the edges every time. Even if you tell it not to.

This is the worse AI app ever. DON’T EVEN BOTHER DOWN LOADING IT. THEY SAY THAT YOU DONT NEED ANOTHER APP. LETS JUST SAY YOU DON’T NEED THIS APP!!!

Terrible at photo editing instructions. Really bizarre.

This does not follow prompts even remotely closely, resulting in a lackluster product. Cancelling in app is impossible. Buckle up.

The free version doesn’t even allow you to interact with the AI model. You basically get 3 queries and then it’s over. It instantly disables you from texting and hands you to pay for planned subscriptions straight away. It’s sad and all because the application looks well done, organized and well designed. I wish it allowed me to further try its free features and then embark into its deserved subscription.

I purchased this app because it offered access to chatbots that WEREN’T associated with anyone championing the rise of the dark enlightenment. Now all those options are gone, it provides incorrect and blatantly biased information, and my favorite, it censors your language, and I couldn’t help but notice that censorship has an awful lot of overlap with a certain list of words that can’t be used in any official documents, from research grants to public school curricula😒

The app is poorly functioning. I paid for a one year subscription. I am constantly having to re-sign myself in! This is ongoing and I get no help from the apps support team at all.

I can come up with more resourceful and creative ideas than Chat GPT can give me.

They will not let me cancel my subscription and keep recharging me buyer beware!!

Sucks badly

I purchased the max subscription plan. As I started submitting prompts, I began receiving error prompts for all prompts entered. I refreshed the app multiple times but the issue continued. In addition, the app kept automatically displaying the subscription plans every time I tried to explore the app.

Horrible! If I could give this app ZERO stars I would. Six months into my annual subscription some of the functionality I’ve become accustomed to using stop working. I was told the functionality is no longer available at the subscription level I purchased. Why would the organization not allow users to use what they paid for until the subscription ended. Just dumb.

It wouldn’t let me do anything without accessing the “free trial”. Once I did that, it took me to the next screen and my only option is to pay $39.99 for one year. Now I can’t even get to my account to cancel the “free” membership!!! Don’t even download this scam.

Signed up for 3 day trial charged for a year and Apple stood by and let it happen. Buyers BEWARE . Asked simple question and stated could not answer. RIP OFF

Every prompt seems to generate an “inappropriate prompt”. Just to combine a pic of me and my friends. Pics it already worked with. Got so frustrating I’m deleting it. Funny too as I got to it from an ad that read… no boundaries. Beware. Choose a different app.

One star. They stop allowing you to paste text into the Chatbox. 😩

Horrible research results

Hello Team, I’m not sure what happened on the recent update but now I cannot copy paste in the free version.
I really enjoyed using this chat box for my daily rewriting message Actions.
Now I had to seek other options and uninstall this one.
I will check back on this one again in a couple of months. Please do check that bug.
For the free version as a trial, we should be able to copy paste the information into the field . Thank you.

Disappointed that the new update took away the copy/paste feature in the chat section of the app. I’ve sent multiple emails and there has been a fix yet. I use and pay for the app to proofread my work and I can’t paste it into the chat box now. What a waste. Save your money and use another app.

I’ve always been able to cut information from various documents and past it in the Chat Spp. As of today, the paste function no longer works on the app that’s on my phone. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

Have been using the app for almost 2 years. The first year was great, renewed for a second year. The recent updates have made this app unusable and now they want to charge extra for options that used to be included in Pro. I will not be renewing.

It was not able to show me a picture on a wall at 3”, 6”, 9”, and 12” from the original position

I have signed up for a subscription, a couple times, I tried to restore a subscription, I deleted and redownloaded the app and it STILL wants me to pay for another subscription. It is really frustrating. I don’t recommend this app.
