You can’t contact Chatta customer service and if there is a representative the messages are not getting reported. I want to report this app to Apple and the Better Business Bureau. Its says match making app but this app is like Tango or bigo live type app. Alot of scammers sitting there. And when you see the advertisement its talking about something different, I don’t know how apple store give them approval to be here.

I'm really frustrated with this app! They advertise it as a way for Filipino people to connect with other Filipino’s around the world, but every time you go to a livestream, the host asks for gifts, etc. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
No video chat after one week
It’s right I started talking to people started calling them video chat all of a sudden there’s no more video chat and I don’t know why what the deal is, but I’m not happy with the app
No private calls intimates
You can’t even private calls intimate here it’s private calls paid and it will not allow sure I spend $100 to pay for a show even private love making will be kick out of stream.! You better of just use third party. This app would make lots of money if they allow it. I don’t even mind paying 900 per minutes. thanks to Vava App, coco, and others for allowing it.
