False Advertising and Misleading users
Extremely bad management. False promotions for almost a year. Dec 11 release date passed, but “Chala Mud Ke Nahi Aaya” never came. Don’t mislead users. Very Disappointing Experience.

Very very Bad customer service
Worse customer service staff I have dealt with in my life. Too proud to accept mistake and apologies. If possible stay away from these people. Stuck for now as subscribed already but will never renew for sure.

Latest update ruined the already average app.
There is no question that this app provides good content but app lacks so many basic features, e.g. never shows not completely watched episode on the main screens (you have to remember, search and dig down to start again).
And with this latest update, they erased your Watch List completely. Great! Now search again to build your Watch List from the scratch and pray they won’t erase it again in any future update or simply cancel the subscription and find another app to watch!

Chaupal deserves zero star
I have no issues with content but streaming quality is just not acceptable. No one wants to pay a monthly subscription fee just to see a movie in blur quality.

There is no new movies option they just posting movies on app, can’t find what’s new here, app hangs a lot, they post old stuff they post new movies after long time, this app is not worth to pay

LGTV Buffering issues
App needs to be fixed, lot of buffering even when connected via Ethernet cable with Gigabit Service from Comcast in USA.

Have 800mbs fast internet, but phone app or even the tv app constantly buffering. Really annoying when trying to watch.

I have paid $29 for yearly subscription. It is not a smooth app at all. Sometimes it shows error in between streaming movies. Buffering for so long. Netflix/youtube/prime videos working smoothly on the same internet but Chaupal needs improvement.
Limited movies nd not updating the movies
If we are paying every month this is a complete waste of money.And the customer service doesnt even help.Tried contacting them about the cancellation issue and told them that i got charged just the same day and they didnt help at all.I suggest not to indulge in services with them.

This app does not stream in high quality. It keeps pausing and is painful to watch. Also, I have to keep logging in. I will be asking for a refund.

Do not get this app!
I just bought a member ship for $4.99 and the quality on most of there movies is really horrible. The movie pauses every 5-10 seconds this is not due to my internet most people that bought this app also say the same thing that this app is really slow so please do not lie about how you guys say it is the best quality!

Why can’t the app let us pick default video quality
Every time I play something I have to manually pick the video quality. It’s always set to auto. Can’t even pick 4k.
Garbage app waste of money
This app keeps freezing and buffering on Chromecast. It is pathetic. I had to restart my iPhone 12 Pro Max four times to finish one movie.

This is the first time i am registering to the app and the signin errors out showing the account is already registered. I tried asking for password recovery but no password recovery email sent.. seem like a spam app with privacy issues. Recommend not to download this app!

Good content but very slow and low quality
I love the content but the stream quality is very poor. Regardless of watching on phone or Apple TV, it is always low quality with constant freezes. They need to upgrade their servers or something.

Smart cast does not work
I have no other problems with the app expect, whenever I smart-cast from my device to my tv it always shows low quality videos and it also buffers

Too poor
AirPlay is too poor and some movies are not working. Don’t download this app and don’t take the subscription.
Doesn’t open up
It worked good on my first day using it but today it doesn't even load up it just stays loading. Please fix it.
