App glitching
Signed of for the free trail but for some reason the app keeps trying to get me to subscribe again but shows I’m already subscribing keeps glitching between 2 screens can’t even use the app
never received in app purchases
I purchased the premium membership through them twice yet have not gotten anything benefits of it. Contacted them through via email and they just told they didn’t see me as a member and to contact apple for a refund.

THE APP USES AI TO AUTHENTICATE PRODUCTS IS NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. IVE HAD IT TELL ME PRODUCTS THAT I PURCHASED RETAIL FROM LOUIS VUITTON MYSELF ARE FAKE. I USED IT TO CHECK A PAIR OF TRAVIS SCOTT JORDAN 1 LOW REVERSE MOCHAS AND IT SAID THEY WERE REAL AND LATER WHEN I WENT TO SELL THEM ONTO EBAY THEY SAID THEY WERE FAKE. NOT CREDIBLE AT ALL THIS IS COMING FROM A REAL CUSTOMER WHO JUST GOT SCREWED $200 BECAUSE IT IS SAYING ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED MYSELF FROM THE ACTUAL LOUIS VUITTON STORE ARE FAKE. I WOULDNT TRUST THE RESULTS

Bad customer service.
I submitted a check that i needed quickly so i paid for the fastest option. I submitted all pictures asked for and was asked for more .The app glitched and didn’t allow me to submit the second set of pictures . I updated the app restarted my phone I tried everything. I was stuck like this for 2 days before i just used another app. I emailed to reach out for a refund and have gotten no response for 3 months . Ive followed up numerous times. So now i am out if $30 with no resolution in sight.
SCAM!
I downloaded the app in order to get help with a purchase I made to see if they were authentic or not. I was offered a week free trial. After submitting FOR FREE pictures to upload for them to view, they charged my card the 24.99! I’m absolutely livid and submitted a dispute with my bank! I absolutely do NOT recommend this app as they do not stand by their “free week trial” offer!
