Entirely dysfunctional app
This is genuinely the worst food ordering app I have ever used in my life. The item pages only actually load the info 10% of the time, sometimes you’ll try to add something to your cart and it’ll say it added but it just didn’t. If you do manage to actually get everything you want in your cart, you can’t checkout! Every single time I get to checkout the app will turn my entire screen white with no buttons, the only way to fix this is to reset the entire app. I had to reset the app over 10 times and race against the clock on the checkout screen just to place an order. I also couldn’t use any of my rewards because those have to be applied at checkout and it wouldn’t stay on the screen long enough to process them. There’s also the fact that the entire online ordering system is run through the doordash system but that’s more of a personal gripe than an actual functionality issue. The only thing I’ve actually seen fixed with updates is the fact that the app used to delete your entire cart when resetting the app, every time. And with an app so buggy that you have to reset it often, that amount of stress and trouble isn’t worth it and will make you choose somewhere else to eat dinner.

Deleted app
I have less hoops to go through to sign into much more important apps. Endless verification for a freaking cheeseburger. Nevermind. Trash.

Constant crashing on Open
Was setting the app up it froze and crashed, now on every open it crashes at the loading screen

I can’t order wings because it keeps saying choose a sauce with no option to even pick the sauce.

App doesn’t update to new items on menu, offer substitutes, or give you the option to order shakes.
I’m confused as to why you can’t order shakes on the app anymore? What’s the point of having an app for easier convenience if it’s not easily convenient for the items you may want? At one point in time you were able to order shakes in app. Also this app should allow substitutions for other items as well & constantly update when new items are added to the menu. The app format is cut & paste.

This used to be a really amazing app, it had this great feature, which showed you the rewards and discounts that you could get by purchasing certain items before you even started to look at the food items available. Now you have to scroll through ridiculous amounts of items just to get to the sandwich you’re interested in. Even asking for no lettuce is annoying using this app. It’s very much non-user-friendly. The point of using an app in the first place is to see if you can get a better deal through the app online store then you can in person. This is now no longer possible with the new app. I actually go down the road and order in person instead of using this App. It’s that bad. Hard pass.

Rewards not working
This is an ongoing issue. Try to use a reward, the app just continuously lags, goes to a blank white screen and never lets you finish checking out. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and it’s the same issue.

This is the second time ordering on the application and it has selected a location that is one an hour and a half away and today 45 minutes away from me. Try calling the store nobody answers. called corporate nobody, I was told that I needed to wait 3 to 4 days to get any assistance in that if after their decision, then I can dispute the charge with my bank. Not a Wil cancel it not a hay. Will give you a credit so wait make it right. Nothing just a screw you and go figure it out yourself.

Love the food! Have been a long time fan and have always used my rewards. Since the app was updated I have not been able to use said rewards. Signing out and logging back in and even deleting and redownloading will not fix the issue.
App is not running
Countless times I’ve ordered food somewhere else because Checkout page isn’t working. Multiply how many people are there like me having the same issue and count how much money you’re losing. Terrible app
