Rewards don’t work
Download the app and got a BOGO deal for a sandwich. Tried to apply it to an order for two sandwich meals and it didn’t work. The following week I attempted again and got an error message saying it was not valid for those type of order. No details at all. I made several adjustments to the sandwiches and nothing I did worked. The error code came up and it never gave any reason. I messaged them 9 days ago and no response.
The BOGO reward is now expired and I will forever be hesitant to order from these incompetent people again.

Refund Support is through a 3rd party
Typical ice cream machine down, when I asked to get a refund they told me to call the number on the receipt. I called the number and they asked me to look at the email the app sent me. I could not find the email, I called the store and asked if they might have some information for me, they said everything was through the third party, I then called back the third party, and the second person is much nicer and only needs my name and email and tells me he’s going to send me my refund. A few days later I see that I only got a 5 dollars off coupon 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ this was a total scam and waste of an hour of my life and maybe I would use the coupon but I’m never going to checkers again.

Give up your data to place an order
This company will not allow you to place an order in the app or online unless you create an account- give up your email and phone so they can sell your data and spam you! There is no reason to do this when other restaurants allow guest checkout without creating an account. Wendy’s is better anyway. 👩🏻🦰🍔

Just did my first order with the app and attempted to use the coupon, which was very difficult btw because the app kept crashing. Did not get all my ordered items and support was abysmal for help.

How on earth does one make an app where you can’t even redeem rewards or even order food? None of the rewards can be applied and all their burgers aren’t purchasable as it gives the “failed to load item details” message.

This app is trash it doesn’t even allow you to see your previous orders at all.

Needs a major overhaul
This app for so long was very outdated. It felt like a barebones website from 2008. Now, with the recent updates, it looks modern and allows things like ordering ahead but, the deals are really nonexistent. The ONLY deal that is consistently available is getting $5 off for every 400 points. Most other fast food apps will offer you discounted items every day, or BOGO deals, or even using your points for specific free rewards. This app is decent it’s just so behind the times it’s almost useless. It doesn’t even show limited time items a lot of the time, so I’m forced to order at the restaurant anyway. Please get some better deals if you wanna compete !

I don’t know how people can give this a decent rating. I come here seldom, but each time I come in it asks me so many questions and to put in my password and my logon and all of that stuff over and over again. This is not good for a drive-thru

it’s unbelievable how difficult it is to cancel orders, I accidentally placed an order 30 mins from my place and quickly realized it’s from the wrong area, and I desperately tried to cancelled the order. however only sent me to a website with a number, I called numerous times only to be faced with a voice box that was full. it’s unbelievable.

No more coupons
I used to love this app! They would have coupons you could choose from which made it more likely for me to order from them. Now they have changed their app and all the coupons are gone. The only thing they have now is the $5 reward once you spend a certain amount of money.
Can’t log in to change phone number
If you get a new phone number then there is no way to log in to your account. It sends a code to your phone number and there is no option to bypass or log in another way.

Ever since the app changed to what looks like a door dash app it’s unusable. The whole reason I went to Checkers in the past was because the app was easy to use and the deals were good. Now it’s junk. I can’t log in most of the time. Also the deals are nonexistent. I’ve stopped eating there altogether because of this. Change it back.
