App is not good and company policy is worse
Set up an account and make an order. After ordering I realized there was a mistake with the address. Luckily the confirmation shows where you can change the shipping address. After clicking the change address link I was able to change the address and confirm. This however left me with 2 orders. Neither is cancelable due to company policy. So now just waiting to see what happens when one package is undeliverable. Customer service wouldn’t let me cancel either order even though the were both pending for a day.

Terrible customer service and no explanation as to why my photo prints were returned to sender within 5 hours of being shipped. All correspondence was in French and very slow to respond unless the message is automated.
Terrible experience.
I made a purchase and on the next day I got an email saying that my photos would be returning to the company and after that I never got an explanation why. I tried contacting them by email, Facebook, Instagram and even “customer service” if you can call it that. The only answer I got was a message in FRENCH that I translated and they basically asked me to not send more than one email and just wait for my order to be reviewed. Terrible service and poor customer care. Never got a refund or my photos. This is honestly a joke.
This app is the worst
This app is so bad. I had a promo code from a separate purchase and it would have only cost me £2. It didn’t ask for my address, sent it to my old address in America and cost me £9 without me even knowing until I checked my bank statement. also I tried to print something off and it kept saying I could print photos off because they would become pixilated even though they clearly wouldn’t. It’s so bad I do NOT recommend
Non responsive to claims...
Supplier located in France. They charge VAT ( sales tax)- regardless of location. Check first if they deliver to your country prior to placing an order. They are sloooow to give credits to your credit card.
What customer service??
Honestly the worst customer service ever! The app would not let me change the shipping address... it’s very buggy... was tapping and tapping and then the 15 min window expired... 🙄 Customer service can only be reached through email. They sent me the contact for DHL to take care of it myself. 🙄🙄 Unless they improve their service, I would strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Using iPhone 8 and it keeps crashing. I can’t even get thru the whole process.

and that after i downloaded the app and ordered the album and magnets....

In all honesty...
...how do you expect me to create a photo album, which can contain over 450 photos, if the app crashes after I select 366? I’m using an iPhone 6 Plus btw.

Cool app. Cool concept. Cool choices. But the cost is astronomical. $15 worth of pictures for $20 in shipping. That's. Crazy! Too bad bc I like the idea.

These weren't cheap at all. Shipping was $10. So I'd end up having to pay about $20 for 10 pictures??? Ok no 😂😂

zero customer service, no product delivered
likely this is a basement startup. inquiries about orders are met with perky, silly auto replies but no one ever gets back to you. like, ever. they were quick enough to take my money but cant tell me where the product i paid for is. stick with more grown up and reliable printers. this is some kids homework project, not a real business.
Doesn't work for me
I love the concept that they're selling... Unfortunately I can't get the app to even function. Can't access any photos, any products... The app basically does nothing for me :/
