Rewards don’t make sense
I think that the customer service is immaculate and everyone is always so nice and polite but I don’t like that the price of the side salad and kale are the same price at $5.09 but to redeem the rewards is 400 points for the kale and 800 points for the side salad. I think that they should be the same amount of points because they are the same amount of money on the menu. I think that you guys are a fair company, but this just didn’t make sense to me.

Don’t not use this food app.! They will take the money off the card but no order will be placed.. well you call customer service they simply don’t care and hang up.
Double charge
Be careful paying with Apple Pay they double or triple charge the same order by not letting it go thru on their end and it still charges your account so even tho the app asks you to try again it’s actually charging you multiple times just go and pay inside

Sucks background data use
The app never registers that I have picked up my order. I have been home 10 min and my app is still running in the background telling me to pull around and pick up my order. This happens.every.time.
Ads in Notifications
You’re dinging my phone during the workday to advertise mac and cheese? Completely unacceptable.
Toxic Food
I used to think chick-fil-a was a healthier fast food option compared to places like McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s ect. They I later found out it’s 100% it’s not it’s actually almost as bad as McDonald’s and the quality has gone downhill over the years especially after 2020. Please do your research before you feed this to your kids.

I had all marketing notifications disabled and chick-fil-a kept sending me ads anyway, so I deleted the app.

What happened??? They updated the app now you can't search for a restaurant without giving the app your location?? That didn't use to be an issue. If this issue doesn't resolve I'm going to go to CFA much much less because I always use the app. So disappointed.

You're a chicken app. You shouldn't force me to turn on my location to "always" to use your app. That wasn't the case before and this feels so invasive. You. Don't. Need. My. Location. I won't download the app again unless this is fixed. Reverse your change.

Useless for ordering online
DO NOT EXPECT TO SAVE TIME WITH THIS APP. If you order online and pay they will not start to make you order till you on site. What a waste of time.
Either app or restaurant is trash
Placed an order in the app at 10:15am. The app told me to confirm when I’m there so they can start to make the food. I did that at 10:28am. When I got to the window at 10:32am I was told they will not be making my food because I need to be at the window by 10:30am. This is clearly bs as the app clearly states to confirm when there so they can start making the food. What would happen if there is a 20 min drive thru line? Would everyone who put an order in online from 10:10-10:30 be denied their food. To top it off you have to wait in a 10-15 min drive thru to get out now without your food because they decided not to make it when they were supposed to. This is ridiculous and I won’t be eating here again as well as telling all my family and friends what transpired.

Spam notificants and can’t opt out
All my push notifications have always been turned off, but I’ve been getting relentless marketing push notifications recently.
I’m sure chick fil-a will respond with a copy & paste response of how to “update my preferences” instead of acknowledging how unethical it is to ignore an opt-out or fixing their app. This is so scammy and gross. Do better.

404 Error
We have never had an issue with the app but within the last two weeks I am unable to use it. I keep getting an error message. I have tried to log out and back in, I have deleted the app, I have tried to push through the error message and then my app just automatically shuts down. I have deleted it again and am not sure what else to do.
No Water?
Why can’t I order water through the app? You’re making me buy a necessity. Somthing that everybody needs to live. No even an option for a medium or small cup. Just 2+ dollars if you want to not be thirsty because? Who knows as long as you get your money right?
