Latest update complete broke the app for me, I can’t download the latest version, and it won’t open until I do. PLEASE undo this requirement. The app should allow older phone or OS versions to still run your app (some of us don’t want to download all the AI nonsense apple is pushing). I will use up all my points and then call it quits sadly.

Locks up
I downloaded the app, created an account, logged in. 5 times now I’ve searched for a store, selected a store, verified that yes that’s the store I want, made my order, it adds my order to the cart and promptly locks up. Only thing I can do is close the app and start all over
Aggressive, obnoxious app
Got my order and the app didn’t recognize the order complete and refuses to close. Had to delete app from the phone entirely to get rid of it.

So after spending 30 minutes acclimating to the app for a six person meal, I realized at the last moment I could not schedule delivery

That chicken better be the best you have ever eaten because you give up your right to sue the company FOR ANY REASON by updating the app to the new version with modified terms and conditions. Fall in the store:Arbitration. Get severe food related illness and develop sepsis: arbitration. Get run over by a company truck paralyzing you: Arbitration.

So frustrated!
TWICE in the last two weeks have I placed mobile thru orders and DOUBLE CHECKED the location only to have the app change the location as it was submitted. I’ve been *that person* holding up the line and as an individual who values courtesy and efficiency, I do not enjoy being *that person* or waiting in line. Which is the entire reason I’ve enjoyed using curbside and mobile thru for years. While I’ve never faced issues before, these recent problems are enough to warrant a one star review. The problem has resulted in me being charged repeatedly for the same order as I’ve had to cancel and re-do the order AND go through the line twice. I’m again sitting here- being *that person* - holding up the line long enough to write this review. So not cool, CFA… this has not been a pleasure at all!
Really poor
Decision making people update to iOS version 17…. What about for those that do not want a newer phone & still want to use the app?!?! But no!!! We have to go to the website & log in BUT I can not see my status or rewards status!!

My Food Came like this .. And Cold So you Know Chick-fil-A had it sitting or wasn't fresh before the dasher even picked it up . After I brought it up there the workers told me I could call DoorDash to tell them to resend the order back to them so they can remake it . After calling DoorDash they refused to send it back . Then I called Chick-fil-A and the MANAGER stated they couldn't remake it out of accommodation or consideration . I didn't ask for a refund not even a portion but for them to atleast remake my order . They refused so I lost 20$ they tried to argue me down stating that they have no control over how long it takes for the dasher to drop the order off . I don't live but 5 minutes away and the dasher dropped it off early so this tells you it was Chick-fil-A themselves not the dasher . I will NOT order from this place ever again . They lost a customer who not only spends good money but also gives out 5,7,&12$ tips . The Chicken looks like it been picked with not freshly coming out of grease

Laggy App, expensive, DoorDash and UberEats preferred.
The app is so so laggy, it was like 10:20 am when I tried ordering and an error kept popping up. No advanced notice if the app was gonna be glitchy, and the food is so so expensive than if you ordered it on Uber eats and DoorDash. I am HIGHLY disappointed with this app. Especially dissatisfied with the constant glitches and errors when breakfast is not even finished.

Food took long, i can’t refund my order, that makes no sense make it where you can refund. I tried using uber eats it the trip was shorter and it was cheaper, and it only supports doordash, make it where it support uber eats too

I need to order a last-minute meal for my kids and the app is not working so I’m taking my business somewhere else. Unacceptable in 2026.
App not working
I LOVED this app and the delivery. However, since I did the update, it doesn’t pick up my address, when I live within 5 miles of two chick fil a restaurants and 10 miles within 3. One is walking distance. The main reason we ate there on a weekly basis (as a minimum. Sometimes we ate there twice a week for a family of 5) was the convenience of using the app and getting delivery. This is disappointing.

Doesn’t load and always get connection issues for no reason refuses to upload anything I add to cart just wat else where, McDonald’s has a better app
Why IoS 17.0 or later?!
There is likely ZERO actual changes between this version and the last one. Zero. Bug fixes wouldn’t need a full upgrade. And yet now I cannot use the App because I have an older phone (iPhone 8+ because I’m not upgrading every year and wasting money I don’t have). This is bogus, Chik-fil-A!
Update: I can still get push notifications and pings from the App. But I apparently can’t ‘use’ it. How is that allowable? You get to bug me via an app I can’t use because I haven’t paid $1000 for a new phone? Get OUT, CFA!

Very disappointed in the app
I can’t use the app now because it was updated and very disappointed with it
App just sends me in a circle
I had issues with an order (within 24 hours) and the app. I follow the instructions to file a complaint and it just sends me back and forth between links on how to submit one and clicking order issues. It’s absolutely useless and infuriating.
Bad update
I have been a dedicated customer for many years and this month I awoke to see that my app was forcing me to upgrade to the latest version and it is NO LONGER SUPPORTED FOR MY PHONE!!!!!!

Going Downhill
For a messed up orders they don’t give a refund, they give you a “coupon” that expires the next week so you can’t even use it.

Can’t order on the app
It’s been a problem for months I can’t order anything on the app I have to go in the store which defeats the mobile ordering. Very annoying please fix
IOS update
Sadly…. Cannot use app anymore because it says I have to update my IOS…. Which means for me…. Purchasing a new iPhone for $800-$1,200.

Hate this new app
Hard to navigate. Tried to download at CFA & workers didn’t know how either. They even said it was hard. Old version was just fine. Really don’t like new app!

My phone does not update to latest version. The app should be accessible to everyone. I have lots of points and high level. Guess I will stop going there now.
Don’t get!
Placed order through app 20 mins before breakfast ended! Ran into traffic, they canceled my order cause the app doesn’t make food UNTIL YOU PICK UP! Which is stupid! If breakfast is about to end why not make my food?

Ordering thru the drive thru is way faster. What is the point of ordering. Staff was extremely rude. Place used to be great.

Rewards system a bit scammy
You can choose when to redeem your own rewards points. Once converted into a reward they have an expiration date? Then you lose them. If I had never converted to a free meal, my points would still be there.
