Before the update my account info and rewards were on there. Now after the update I tried logging in and it says “having difficulty pulling up your account. Try again later”.

Before the update I could log into my account now I can’t log into my account. It says it can’t find it and it can’t find the chilis that is right down the street from me. It says no location is near me and that is a complete lie. Ugh please fix this issue. I see everyone is having the same problem.
Works when it wants to and thats not often.
App is just not that good. Either the restaurant is blocking orders or the payment processor is garbage. Either way, you got a 50/50 chance of placing a successful dinner order.

This app needs a major update. It rarely works.

Sometimes app can’t find a store. It also won’t let me order. Keeps putting up an error message talking about recaptcha provider not registered.

Food sickness and overcharged
The food got us all 4 sick soon after we left with abdominal pain that lasted 12 hours. Went back to get overcharged by $80 due to waiter adding dishes we never ordered. It was covering the wrong 3 dishes we asked to be corrected. Manager said she would correct and never did at Diamond Bar Chili’s.

Since the last update the location choice no longer works. Every time I want to put an order in I have to delete and reinstall the application to choose a restaurant.

Happy Birthday to Me!
Got a spam text announcing I had a free birthday dessert due. Went to Chili’s app and it had lost my info. Did “reset password” and it sent me an email to go to the website to change my password (coulda done that myself, fellas) but the “enter” button didn’t work though it acknowledged the password was good. Went back to the app and tried to just get it to text me and then I got “invalid account”
So… no birthday dessert, I’m guessing?

Chilis is one of the best restaurants chains out there but the app genuinely suck so bad half the time it doesn’t work or let you pick a location and when it does it takes forever to load I don’t recommend.
Update makes the app unusable
We’ve been order through the app for ages. Had to do the update and went to checkout. Keep getting error codes. Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Can’t even get an email for forgotten password sent out.
Can’t use app with most recent update
Use location and search no longer works and can’t order food with the app anymore after using it for years, previously worked with out issue and I used it quite a bit ordering though it probably about once a week up until the most recent update, vib coding at its finest.

The app no longer works for ordering food for pickup. Click pickup, enter location, and then nothing happens. Arguably the main function of the app is ordering so it’s a major issue.

Guess what crying about how consumers aren't coming to your establishment. They aren't ordering this is all on YOU. Your website doesn't work it errors out. Your app doesn't work. I won't even start on your horrific price increases in this post. You just lost yet another $100+ in business. Great job 👏👏👏
Bring Back Check In Waitlist
New updates took off the check in feature. That was the best part of using a restaurant app is that you could check in and add your name to the waiting list before you get there.
Issues
At check out there are required fields. When you made an account without the info wanted they won’t let you check out but also greyed out the required information not letting you fill it out. You have to back out of the order and go to account to fill in info then back to order refilling other info.

I’ve used the app for years to order pickup, but the latest version is completely broken. Can’t find my account not can it let me order from my local Chili’s in Texas.
I usually order 2-3 times a week from them but will switch to another restaurant because this app is completely unusable in the current version.

Only rating the App
The restaurant is awesome but the app sucks because it’s a total pain to place an order. It doesn’t list the restaurant in my location so I can’t set up an account and have to order as a guest every time, it’s a total pain. Won’t use until they fix.
