My account got hacked
I was enjoying the app until my account got hacked, now I got locked out of my account and can’t get back in! I contacted customer care 12 hours ago and still haven’t heard anything back from them!

Even if you pay, you can’t see anyone you swiped right on and you can’t message anyone unless you pay per message. Complete scam.
Fake profiles
This site has limited profiles of women. To supplement they add fake profiles that aren’t current or active. Most of my matches rarely reply and when they do they ask to text on other apps. Don’t spend money on extra likes, most won’t ever reply because they are non existent. Also of gays on this app, should be a separate app or channel for that. No point in paying to see who likes you only to see gay men

I signed up and paid for premium that same night. The next morning I could no longer sign in with my phone number. I contacted customer service, and after a few emails back and forth since it seemed as if they were not understanding the issue and just sending generic emails, they finally sent a generic email stating to fill out some form to appeal a ban. I email back stating my being banned was news to me, again repeating my question that I wanted to make sure I was not going to be charged again since I could not log on to cancel the subscription, but just received some email stating the matter was closed on their end and they would not be responding to any more messages. It was like talking to a wall. Don’t waste your time with this app; read other reviews about the lack of response from customer service and others stating it’s a scam… wish I had read through more reviews before signing up. I will be contacting the BBB if necessary.

The women on here are mainly bots or scammers, you have to pay just so you can see them message you. You have to pay extra for women in your preferred preference and they still are bots or scammers.. no I don’t recommend this app at all if you’re looking for someone real
Terrible and a Scam
Worst app ive ever used. I wanted to try it to see but it tries to sell me stuff about every 5 seconds…it won’t leave me alone and it’s unusable because all it does is try and get my money. I just want to see if it works. Obviously fake when i get likes from, perhaps hot, women. You have to sign up for a subscription to see their faces…SUSPICIOUS. Most dating apps are fake profiles with pictures taken off the Information Superhighway, but this is from match group and they are at it as well. If you do sign up, use your credit card, not a debit card and then you can call your bank and request a “friendly chargeback” and you can get your money back.

This app is horrible.
My experience with the Chispa app was frustrating overall. Even after paying for the premium subscription, the app only allows up to three filters, which makes it difficult to narrow down matches to what I’m actually looking for. On top of that, most of the profiles suggested to me were over 100 miles away, making it unrealistic to form a connection. The final issue was the account deletion process, which felt cold and dismissive-the app simply says “farewell” without any appreciation or effort to gather feedback. Overall, the app lacks customization, practical matching, and a respectful user experience.

I had this app for a while I was enjoying this app meeting and talking to lot of people , they recently ban me saying I violated some protocols of the app which is not true and I have the proof . They refuse to give me back my log in , they are scamming people to make them purchase the subscription then stealing there debit/credit info and using your info for marking . Be careful you guys with this app

I have around 50 likes on my profile. As a dude, that’s good enough for me. I noticed I’ll never get a match but once a week, so i wanted to do an experiment, I’ll swipe right on every single person for multiple days. Not a single match. But every 5 swiples, it asks me to pay to see who likes me. Scam

First off I’m not Latino/Hispanic. But I was very interested in dating outside my ethnicity. I had the app active for less than 12hrs. Didn’t fully develop a profile, except upload my pic - which is clearly not the app’s target audience. And they told me my profile is banned and I asked for an explanation they stated, “this matter is closed and we will no longer respond further replies.” ….Oh is that so. Good luck having this app is your not Spanish/hispanic/white. They clearly are Racist and don’t want any outsiders.
Complete trash at worst and MID at its best
Imagine charging $20 a WEEK just to get unlimited likes when plenty of BETTER dating sites are free, or charge a MONTHLY subscription that costs less than this BS. Then you can’t even filter what you’re actually looking for so you just waste all ur “free” swipes on options that are meaningless to you. They need to come down from their high horse and stop acting like they’re better Tinder, Hinge, Bumble or even FB dating because this is the lowest of tiers when u factor in the ridiculous price. Literal price gouging for a mid dating site is insane. Save ur time and money and use literally any other dating site. You’ll find nothing but tortas and Edgar’s and have to pay WAY more than any other dating site out there. 🚮

Bad app! What's the point of having a distance option if it only shows profiles from 100 to 600 miles away. The app contains numerous fake profiles, bots, and adds, making it untrustworthy.
