I hate cicis for getting rid of the $2.99 deal. I literally downloaded the app just for that deal. What a waste of time.

Textbook example of false advertising. I get an email stating “$2.99 ADULT BUFFET - For the month of November, join Cicis Rewards to get amazing savings on your favorite buffet.” So I download this app and join the rewards program, only to find out they’ve reneged on that deal. I am deleting the app.

downloaded the app because of the 2.99 deal that has been advertised everywhere. did not receive any rewards and had to research to find that they had “paused” the new sign up deal 10 days after it started. this is a lying company do not download.
There is NO $2.99 Buffet
Advertising a $2.99 buffet for anyone who creates an account until the end of the month, then pausing it only a third of the way in is horrendous marketing. In fact, this is an amazing way to ensure that thousands of potential customers such as myself view the company in a negative light for years to come. Good luck getting any sort of reputation back…

They were offering a $2.99 buffet to dowload the app and as you will hear from most reviewers after it was out for less than a week they pulled the offer just to get you to download the app and goto the restaurant. My family and I were at a Cicis thinking we would be able to take advantage of it but instead had to pay full price with never evem reciving rewards. Dont make offers you cant keep Cicis!
Terrible app services and false information.
I have been seeing the 2.99$ buffet for adults only for November promotion and I was already a Cicis lover so I decided downloading the app for this promotion is a bonus. I downloaded the app and waited a couple hours for it to appear and nothing. They have removed our food stamps, and EBT benefits so I was really looking forward to get this discount but it’s been a week since I’ve joined the cicis rewards and it’s just a scam or a train of misinformation or even as little as app technical difficulties but why do I have to miss out too? And I won’t even mention the fact that yea there’s a discount but you still have to pay 4-5 dollars additionally for the drinks.

Delivery scammed us- NEVER got pizza on 4/4/25 - Delivery person kept texting us that it was running late…2 hours he sent photo of our house through bushes, no proof of pizza, just a weirdo.

Horrible experience I’ve been waiting 3 1/2 hours for my pizza they’ve called twice and sent my order twice with Uber, whom apparently is in charge of the second Uber driver had a flat tire canceled my order and said I was out of their area anyway which should’ve been on the app when I submitted my order Will not order from here again.

I know they have to make money but they should have more deals more rewards because the prices has gone through the roof

They removed the rewards program and I lost my free buffet I earned because of it. Deleted. I have no use for this app now.
Bad app update
I went into the app to see if I had an rewards and I was actually logged out. I tried to log back in only to find my email 'never had an account'. I've had an account for YEARS! Had my birthday set up for my free birthday buffet even had rewards! I was one purchase buffet from receiving a free buffet and now it's gone!
I had to make a new account so I did. There's no more point system to earn a free buffet and there's no option to enter your birthday for a reward 😡

My order is NOT important!
I ordered in the app and was told my order would be ready at 6:35, when I arrived to pick it up at that time I was told it would be “about 20 minutes!” They hadn’t even put the order in! Tacky business practices!

The food that we ate was good. No complaints there. But we used the $4.99 buffet for myself and 2 teens and even though it doesn’t state drink purchase required, he tried to make us all buy one. None of us even drink sodas or teas. Only water. He said after I questioned him and show him it’s nah a requirement listed on the coupon he kept insisting we had to buy drinks so they could make money and kind of blames corporate.
Please handle this so no others have endure this when simply trying to have dinner sans soda or tea.

Bad service
The manager at the Town East location charged my baby for a buffet. My baby is 10 months. I think it’s ridiculous that my baby was charged. I asked her why she charged my baby & she said she had to press the button. Not going to that location again.
Experience
I have been to this location a few times it has been okay but today i took my daughters to eat and we went because my little one likes sausage pizza. We get there i ask for a pepperoni sausage pizza she says we Dont have sausage. I think asked for hamburger meat beef pizza and she says we Dont have that either. It would have been fine but i seen them put out pepperoni pizza with ham and beef on it on the bar so apparently they did have it but i am assuming since they were so busy trying to keep up the lady just didn't want to make my order.
This location needs more variety of pizza. I was very dissatisfied this time around.

I’ve sent feedback every time I visit through the app. Last time wasn’t a great visit, and now they won’t let me leave feedback! This past visit was terrible. There was no food on the bar!

Old app was better. I liked the rewards program and the free birthday buffet. I will be deleting the app over this, why else do we need the app if there are no longer deals, rewards, and free birthday buffets.
