Too much hassle.
I’ve been trying to get signed up with an easy pay card for two days, only to find out I’m not signed up even though their system assigned me an easy pay card number and the system asked if I wanted a card mailed and I checked the box “yes” and then was told by the agent that it would take 7-10 business days to receive a card. OK.
Another day I called customer support and got bounced around like a basketball in the NBA only to be told they DO NOT MAIL cards and I would have to go into the store to get an “Easy Pay card”. The agent could see the number that their system assigned automatically but it was not linked to my bank account. Therefore I only got 3 cents off a gallon. BUMMER dealing with CircleK.

Circle K won’t honor coupons
I went in to use a coupon on the Zyn (save $10 on 5). The circle K says the coupon doesn’t work. I’m at a circle k using the coupon from the circle k app. What more do you want from me? False advertising, I only went there to use the coupon. Those of us who use the app for coupons will plan on the money saving that you’re promoting. Don’t put your problems on customer!

Needs Work
Could not complete registration. Location access setting section is very buggy.

Last time you had a fuel event twice I was only given 10cents off instead of the 40cents advertised.
False Advertising
Used the circle k app to find a good deal on gas because who isn’t with prices these days. Went to three different circle k’s, and they were all reporting lower prices by $.20-$.40/gallon! So frustrated, and will NOT be recommending to anyone, in fact I’ll advise everyone I know to go anywhere OTHER than circle k
Easy pay, VERY difficult enrollment process
Boycotting this business after the second attempt enrollment of easy pay failed. I didn’t sign up for an obstacle course just to save $.10 a gallon
If today was .40 off today then why did I only get .10 off

cannot register my phone number, says it is invalid, unable to register for the app, says unexpected error happened.

there is no more 79 cent frosters that is the only reason anyone downloads the app
Inner circle doesn’t work
I never get my reduced price for inner circle after entering my phone number. This is such a scam I’ll be filling a class action. These people claim big discounts and NEVER GIVE ANY PROMISED DISCOUNTS. Scam!!!!
Worst rewards gas prices and gimmicks
Slowest pumps, terrible prices. You can literally go anywhere and find better gas prices even with the rewards. They slow the pump down to take 30 mins so you have to watch all their commercials.

I was given a 25 cents off reward for gas. Went to use it and the pump was so slow, ten minutes to
get four gallons. The cashier came out to tell me that pump wasn’t working properly but the others are. Went to move and guess what? I don’t get my 25 cent discount.
I don’t know if was just my bad luck or if that’s there way of doing business.

Age verification
Age verification is completely broken. No matter what I do, scan, manual entry, clear cache, reinstall, it fails every single time. The app gives zero useful explanation and no real way to fix it. If your core function depends on age verification, it should actually work. This is frustrating, time wasting, and unacceptable for a major convenience store brand. I gave up.
Privacy concern
Asks me to turn on location and notifications every time I open the app. Creepy and annoying.
Scam don’t do it
The digital coupons are “digital rebates”. Still charges full price. Total scam. Screenshot the code for gas discount and delete
Sold my data less than a day
Ignoring the scam text messages we all get from foreign countries is a daily habit, I’ve ignored them for a while and haven’t had any data breaches in a while, until I had made an account on this app, now I’m back on these scammers list as an active account, it happens so often for people that they think people won’t notice, obviously not.
Guy that needed gas
They will take your money and the pumps don’t work tell you to go to a different gas station and will not refund ur money been over 3 weeks call the gas station saying it’s ur fault they don’t refund your money took over 50 dollars for gas and got no gas free money for them with o gas

The spam calls started immediately after I signed up on the app to same .25 a gallon. What an aggravation. This company sells your number.

Age verification fail no matter what I was thinking maybe you just don’t have my small town on your map so I try town next door at my mom house but still use my name and age but still don’t work

I was promised 25 cents off per gallon over a month ago with 4 fill ups. I completed the 4 and received none. Aldo, this months I was to receive 35 cents after 5 fills. I paid cash for the first and was told that could not be used as part of the five. Very disappointed…
Deceptive
When they advertise these big savings at the pump, they don’t tell you it’s limited to 5 trips - if it even works at all. Just a scam to get your information. Immediately after I downloaded the app, it froze and I couldn’t progress. Deleting and moving on. I suggest you do the same.
Lying
Twice! They have lied about getting .30cents off of a gallon even the mgr was dumbfounded! Cuz I bought 3 of the energy drinks and was supposed to get the discount but Noooo !!! They lied……

When people purchase
People been using their application to get discounts for some items and also people been complaining and mentioning that the products that they’re trying to get discount it’s not working so my question is what is wrong with Circle K application even if you try to do fixing some of the stuff and also why does the gas station never fixes their pumps or upgrade them and also people been saying that they’re not getting their discount for the gas
Company undermines rewards
I have to get gas a lot, and the price is crazy so .20 off on gas should help a lot, but they shorten the time I get to have on it. I earned the reward and it says on the app that it ends in April, it’s the middle of March and they already took away the discount. What‘s the point of it then if you’re gonna drain my wallet anyways then?
New App needs work
The new app doesn’t show all Circle K stores in the area. I’ve reached out through the app and called as well. Please fix it.
Update: I was told that because of this review I should call and you would love to help. When I called, I was told that only franchise stores will be on the map and all others won’t be included. I don’t want to drive out of my way to a franchise store when I have at least 3 stores much closer to me. If this is the best you can do, consider the app deleted. You took something that worked great and turned it into a useless waste of time. Congratulations.

31 days of Holiday
I would like to know why the 31 Days of Holiday is not in the Circle K app under the Inner Circle so I can play the game and claim my rewards. Please fix this issue.
Not receiving rewards
When I first downloaded the app about a year ago, I got rewards but shortly after they stopped. I only get the 5 cent off. I have filled up and did the challenges, nothing. They say wait up to 48 hours after to track ur progress but mine has not updated for several months and I hate that, I was loving the perks.
Can’t Access Games
Where do I go to access the games? There’s no banner. No section that says “games”. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and it just brings me to the 31 Days page saying to download the app. Please help.
Pretty dumb
It allows you to sign up for deals but then wants you to verify age in app. It shows my purchases from in store are for adults but the app wants my name address dob. Just another info grab to sell me off.
