Disgusted and disappointed
I would absolutely love to be able to play this app and enjoy the games. But it’s nothing but disappointment every single day! No matter how much money, no money at all, the time you spend saving up coins just to play, or how many times you complain about not getting to play AT ALL, the outcome is the same. Which is still not getting to play and more disappointment. It’s sickening how these greedy people treat their players, especially ones who have supported their app for years!

I have downloaded this app a few times and I am always bummed. You pay tons of money and get NO bonuses just like a real life casino. I am always disappointed in this app. I was surprised to see the citizen bonuses increase substantially which is a nice add. Deleting and not returning unless I can get the $200+ I’ve donated and gotten zero return on. Just looking to not think and have a little fun. I ended up being angry and frustrated

Allot of nothing, can spend just as much going to real casino and win. winning is lacking no grands, i only see minis, need more wins instead wanting to buy coins. you get a lot of 5 balls no grands or majors just takes your coins and little award
Recent changes destroyed the app
Citizen has changed their primary slot games so that reels do not drop down individually, but come down five at a time, like a whole page. When I brought this to their attention, believing it was a glitch, they said no, they did it on purpose so that the game would go faster (meaning more coins spent at a faster rate). This was once the best slot app and I recommended it to many people. It’s now one of the worst.
