Impossible to use
It’s just about impossible to even create an account. It keeps sending me in circles. It’s ironic that the title says “Cl@ve productivity”. It’s the most annoying app I’ve ever used (rather failed to use)

Nada intuitiva. No sabes que poner en las casillas, no hay instrucciones claras. El diseño es mediocre. Terrible. Simplemente pésimo, úsalo y verifícalo por ti mism@. Esto es lo qué pasa cuando no se puede botar a las personas que viven de impuestos

Estoy intentando a registrarme por internet con videoindetificacion pero no aparace después que pone tus datos y número de DNI/NIE,es muy importante especialmente cuando estás viajando pero parece que no funciona .

Nothing works
Your help link does not lead me to the topic that I need help in. And there is no other place for me to find the help for that specific topic. When I wrote a request for help via email I got an error saying that my request could not be Completed. Very distraught and upsetting
Que horror!
One of the worst apps I have ever had the misfortune to attempt to use. The interface is awful. After entering identification it gives a generic error message. A second attempt results in a blank screen. Just a complete mess.
Inutilizable para no residentes
Si no se tiene móvil español, no se puede recibir el código en el móvil, en las sedes de la Agencia Triburaria no lo saben resolver, no debería de ser complicado hacer verificación por correo electrónico.

This is, by far, the most buggy and poorly constructed app I have ever used. Freezes, crashes, dead-ends and a total lack of clarity or instructions. I can’t even figure out how to use it in conjunction with the website (which is also worthy of the trash bin). This app should be removed from the app store.

Es un despropósito, como la misma Web. Parece que en España seguimos anclados en el pasado, en la cola de los servicios digitales.
Problema en app
Desde la ultima actualización el App está teniendo problemas. Al actualizarse te devuelve al inicio donde aceptas condiciones de uso al dar aceptar, el app de cierra sin permitir el uso de la misma :(
App itself works, but Cl@ve does not
Once you go through the vague and poorly documented process of registering, the app will function. However Cl@ve as a service does not work and every page that asks for the Cl@ve passwords fails to authenticate.
As mentioned in the error messages, I went to 3 Cl@ve registration offices for assistance and most told me that they did not know what Cl@ve or the app was. Finally the last office told me that the Cl@ve system had many problems and generally does not work. I was advised to get a digital certificate instead.

The app has pretty colors and provides a rotating set of codes as expected, however the codes are useless as the Cl@ve system does not work.
