Horrible Session Limits
I think Claude is more analytical than ChatGPT, which helps with my work, but the new session limits make the experience nearly unusable. I end up hitting my limit within 2 hours and have to wait 5 hours before I can get back to work. It’s a major obstacle to my workflow. It’s frustrating to pay for a service you can’t use consistently.

Best of the LLM’s but the tokens run out so fast I can’t really use the product effectively without paying massive additional fees.

Buyer beware! The usage limits are so bad now. You have a few conversations about something and then you can’t use the app for 5 hours.
Extreme limitations
I loved Claude wrote many stories on it. Well the last update rendered the app unusable. I have the pro plan. I used up 13% of my weekly allowance in one day in less than 20 messages using Sonnet 4.5 times it’s extended/adaptive thinking turned OFF. Before I wouldn’t hit half the weekly limit even if I wrote all day long. I unsubscribed, I’m so upset by it because I loved this AI but I won’t support this. Not when I’m promised higher usage limits, pay a subscription just to be locked out 3 messages in and wait 5 hours. Unacceptable and disgusting.
Love Claude, but this app is terrible
I have asked for a fix of the text running under the text at the top of the iPhone, but apparently that is too complicated for the Claude team. This app is very annoying to use on an iPhone. The text that scrolls to the top goes UNDER the project , model, clock and all the icons on the top of the phone, so the text is just a mishmash at the top and unreadable..
May 2026 update - they STILL CANT FIGURE THIS OUT after bringing this to the attention of tech support. Perhaps use Claude? What a joke. Hire
some real engineers and fix this now.

Audio transcription sucks
Maybe it’s just a bug right now, but whenever I use the audio transcription for longer than 2 1/2 minutes of transcription, the text disappears and I have to go out of that specific conversation and then come back in to recover the text and the send button

This company will say “you’ve reached your message limit” more often the longer you use this app over the months till it says “you’ve used your limit messages refresh at 11am” and then you wait till 11am, send one message, and it’ll say “you’ve used your limit messages will refresh at 3pm”
I guess the limit does exist
Nice move having the AI stop in the middle of a response because it thinks it's reached the end of a limit. It's also a nice response to in order to resume that later it has to redo everything it just did. And guess what? It hits a limit again. Brilliant. Really freaking brilliant
Embarrassing service
Claude is a great LLM to use for coding and things alike. However the company “Anthropic” has a terrible support team who does not respond to requests at all, it’s to the point it’s completely embarrassing and they should be ashamed to call themselves a support team when there is no support to be seen.
My account was disabled for being a “child” when really I’m 19. I received an automated email saying to appeal using Yoti for face verification as the method for appeal. I did that and all it did was redirect me from Yoti which reminder it went through on Yoti’s end picking me up as a 19 year old adult. But then it redirects me to Claude with my account still disabled.
So I contacted support by filling out their appeal form both on their google forms appeal page and their official website. I have a month before appeal is no longer available and it’s been almost 4 weeks and to my surprise no response.
Pathetic and absolutely disgusting team of “experts” who are experts at letting people down. Resign, go home, and look over yourself support team. You are an embarrassment to the business industry.

Cowards and liars run this company
I tried to get a refund from them the same day I made the purchase they did not even reply. The automated system said I would get the refund and it never came. I have bank proof they don’t have anything they’re above the pathological liars.

Bad Customer Support
Are guys kidding. It's 2026!! Just purchased a pro plan and got banned without any explanation. And search on internet about the “Organization Has been Disabled” and found thousand of people have faced same problem. Got banned without any explanation and didn't get any reply of appeal.

Takes too long to get answers back. I can go knock on a neighbor’s door, ask them for the answer, and return before this app answers the question.

I used Claude for free for a while and liked the results. So now i paid $20 for one month and my god it is disgustingly horrible what they have been doing with me.
I am trying to get creative texts reviewed and corrected, ameliorated when advised, etc. i simply cant get anything done, it keeps asking questions before doing the task and then i run out of messages. Like their tactic is: give us a satisfying free version so you feel tempted to subscribe and get the most of it. Only to be caught in this money trap. To me its not even the money alone, to spend money and get nothing in return. The worst is the time lost, the creativity and motivation being completely killed. And you just get a bad case of impatience that you didnt even know you had. It really is exhausting and exasperating the sheer inability to produce anything useful.

Be careful, you can pay and get banned without explanation. Support won't answer any questions. Refunds are impossible. The only thing the cloud managed to ask was what time it was.
Loved It With Premium… Until They Banned Me After 1 Week
I got Claude Premium because the free version was good and I wanted faster replies and extra features. For one full week it was honestly great - really helpful with school assignments, coding practice, and creative writing. I was impressed and thought it was worth the money.
Then, right in the middle of a normal conversation, it suddenly banned my account saying I’m not 18. I’m 16. I never lied about my age or asked for anything weird - just regular chats. No warning, no appeal process, no way to verify age. Just gone. After I already paid.
Super frustrating. Went from “this is my new favorite AI” to deleted app in seconds. Feels like they don’t want anyone under 18 using it at all, even for normal stuff.
Premium is nice while it lasts… but one week? Not worth it.
Don’t waste your money if you’re under 18. Delete it and download Grok instead - way more fun, actually helpful, no random bans, and the voice + image stuff is awesome. Best AI app hands down.

Hands down the most thorough and helpful AI app out on the market, and without all the limit restrictions and upgrade requirements the others have. Can’t live without it now.
Time waster
Ai just sits and thinks then fails the thinking and forces you too restarting the ai, and by doing this it’s just burning all the paid usage. The ai is verry smart but app feels poorly handled still

Cancelled Pro
I tried creating a dashboard and the app couldn’t deliver what I needed. It was such a hassle for a simple request. Not worth paying a subscription for.
Age suspension is BS
It was the smartest AI so far, but I ended up getting banned from Claude because I was 15. I don’t understand how only 18+ can use it, as I barely used it for 3 days and in those 3> days I talked about my Zombie apocalypse plan.
Great AI, bad people
The team was absolutely horrible, they didn’t give me any chances to get my account back after losing it and they didn’t even let me have a new one, the Ai was great, best ive seen, but the people who made it? Bad.
Excellent LLMs, Horrible Token Issues
I primarily use Claude to implement software architecture, design and development. Until recently, it has been an excellent, highly reliable productivity tool.
During several sessions recently, I received numerous server busy responses when submitting prompts.
While this is inconvenient, how Claude handles the busy errors is disreputable: the server error cycles count against usage allowances.
In my most recent session, 100% of my usage allowance was consumed and 10% of my weekly usage was torched. Even worse, it only took about five retry cycles (~10 minutes) to do it.
No value, nothing landed, just rapid tokens loss.

Claude needs to differentiate and suppress token utilization when the token consumption churn is of its own creation.

Generally great until…
The chat is great. The issue is trying to use Cowork. Every time I try to enable it it bricks my operating system. 1st 3 times I tried Claude said it wasn’t responsible for the windows error.
The 3rd time/2nd day of repairing my OS Claude said ‘oh yeah, it’s a beta release and a known error’
I’m a huge fan of Claude but repairing my OS 3-4x in 2 days is time consuming and concerning.
Besides I’m paying to not be able to use all the advertised uses.

I don’t need a parent a boss or supervisor
I’ve used this 3 days to draft a federal civil lawsuit that contains documentation of child abuse and this AI wants to refuse to add details already in evidence in courts in 2 states tell me what it’ll do and what it won’t within its functions then I’m working too long and following the conversation then forget key details when I come back 14 hours later then pay to subscribe and then tell me I used up my daily or weekly usage in less than 24 hours now I’m cut off until 1130 am .. 🤬
