L’application ne se lance plus
Ça fait environ un mois que j’ai plus accès à l’application, en mode elle ne s’ouvre même plus, j’ai même essayé de faire la mise à jour mais toujours rien et franchement j’suis grave déçu 🥀

In the free version, if you are using Claude for anything more than just basic questions they play a game with you. They quickly max out your limit which blocks conversations for 5 hours, after that, every question times out for another 5 hours. In other words, there isn’t really a free version, if you can’t afford to pay they don’t want you. This needs to be studied on so many levels.

Refund my money
Claude arbitrarily banned my account, and the refund application in the Apple App Store also failed twice. I need a refund.
Chaos agent
This is the worst fake ai I’ve ever used. The entire system is designed to do whatever it wants. You try to create a program and it will constantly argue with you and bog down your work. It will refuse outright to help young it feels like it. Trying to get it to help build an app and it will sabotage at every level and question everything you’re doing to try to actively stop you from getting your work done. It’s like a rabid dog it lies, it bites the hand that feeds its doing whatever it wants at your expense, literally monetary expense. If you like working and losing money then go ahead and use this argument generator.

My account got banned 2 times for NO reason and i’ve read the terms and conditions multiple times. You have a 2% chance of them reading your appeal which is ridiculous. Fix. Your. App.

Is it broken for me..?
The ai has been doing everything right since the beginning when I had it, starting a couple months ago.. But now it’s just not working at all it keeps on saying “something went wrong” and has an option to refresh it but when I do refresh it won’t let me ask it anything and just keeps on doing it over and over again. Please help cause I had fun using it and really appreciate it if I could use it once again.

I came here to write a review which i dont think will get reviewed, but on my iPad i tried to get into the app. Ive had it for about a couple months, so im pretty sure it should be new and fine but it has been saying ‘Something Went Wrong’ page for almost a eeek. Maybe because my ipad or accounts were crashing its servers or something. I dont know, i need it fixed.

Keeps banning my account for thinking I’m a minor and I’m an adult. Until they fix this problem my rating is just going to have to stay this low.
Incorrectly suspended my account
Out of nowhere my account was suspended saying child might be using it. They want me to provide id verification with some third party now. If their AI agent bot is so stupid to think that I am a child less than 18, I figured i cannot trust their LLMs . Plus providing identity to third party does’t make sense to it. This seems to be wide spread problem lately when I read the Reddit posts
Haiku 4.5 and sonnet 4.6 suck so much

I cant log back into the app
I love Claude ai, it’s miles ahead of ChatGPT in my opinion but as of June 3rd I have been unable to even use the app. I then tryed to log in via browser and it said my account “found signals that your account may be used by someone who is under 18” though I am 18 and hence I would then have to give a picture of ether my face or ID card. I have no interesting in giving this sensitive information to anyone, much less an AI company whom likely uses third party softwares scan said ID or face. I would dearly love to use Claude Ai again and content conversions but as of now I am unable to. Please reach out if possible.

Calories Count
It refuses to give helthy number for calories cutting and muscle protection even by knowing all my physical information. Asking to got doctor. I use chatGpt, Gemini all of them help me stay healthy this one say no i will not give numbers. Let me decide what answer i need, or give healthy suggestions.

After this most recent update I’m no longer able to use the app at all
Audio for responses stopped working
Usually users are able to press the “play” button so the Claude response can play on audio but it’s currently not working. Sometimes this happens and it ends up working after a quick app refresh. But this time troubleshooting doesn’t fix it. Super inconvenient. It would be nice if audio on the web worked since app’s audio doesn’t work.

Logged me out claiming I was a child
Claude blocked my account claiming I was a child using their platform. When I tried to confirm my age it wouldn’t scan my ID or recognize my face. Switching back to Chat.

Surprisingly Awful!
As an avid user of Anthropic’s Claude models for the past year and beyond, I was truly an honestly surprised, and not in a good way that their mobile app implementation would be such an abject failure. Not only does it feel like a beta test in the early stages, but many features are simply unresponsive or appear to be responsive, but fail silently but the main issue that over shadows all others is the voice chat for the longest time. I had my action button on my iPhone key to automatically open up xAI’s Grok, in voice mode, when I hold it down. At the push of a button, the Grok app opens up quickly and within a second or two. The voice chat is ready to go, though lately the models themselves have been. Throttled censored, and dumb down, numb down and devoid of personality. Issue their app function seamlessly as do many other others especially those on the front line of consumer AI. It was appalling to find out that the voice chat feature for Claude on mobile it was completely broken and when I say broken, I mean completely and totally unusable. It’s as if they pushed a feature. Halfway through programming it without any concern for the effect it would have on their users when the voice chat actually loads crash conversations are just simply wrong and messed up. The timing between when Claude assumes that you’re done talking and submit is way wrong if you don’t talk at a total high speed, monotonous type of way if you break for even a split second Claude assumes that that’s the end of your voice prompt and sends it off then when you try to interrupt it and say stop forgets that entire prompt sends a prompt saying hey stop to which it replies something ridiculous like stop what more so something even more disturbing is the fact that the voice that Claude responds in into a demonic and our trans transsexual voice slowly overtime, and then gradually returns to normal only to slowly become high-pitched and then repeat the whole process. I’ll say it again as a paid user for Anthropic Claude and a lover of their models I’m shocked and appalled that they would be so reckless in their mobile app implementation Call me when you ship a functioning app.
love Claude but the interface is rough for Voiceover users
Claude is a genuinely cool AI, and the app allows for a lot. However, as a blind person using Voiceover, it takes a lot of effort to navigate. The Voiceover focus when reading back the chats is atrociouss. I have to swipe back and fourth just to read a response. If it’s a long chat, I won’t even be able to access most of it because it will jump me to the beginning or end. If Anthropic optimized this app for accessibility, I’d absolutely raise the rating, because it is good in every other regard.
Chats not loading properly or at all
Existing chats visible in list but throw an error when opened. I use Claude for so much but when the chats that revolve around business development start to disappear it doesn’t keep my confidence with Claude.
Tokens
We need a o know how to track our tokens and be able to control the usage. Sometimes Claude goes rogue and does things that was not asked.
The Text to Voice is bugged
Voice to Text works well only with short messages less than a minute or so, when the text is longer then all falls apart.
1) The app freezes
2) The keyboard covers the area and there is no option to scroll down or send the message
This essentially males Speech to text feature useless on mobile
