No prizes recieved
I loved this concept and enjoyed playing but when it was time to ship my prizes that I won, I had to pay a fee on each item. My shipping cost ended up being $16, and I figured I would pay since the items were coming from overseas and of course the tariff issue. Fast forward 3 weeks and my items were shipped and even delivered but to the wrong address. They were no help rectifying this issue. They insisted I go to the house and get my package, they insisted I reach out to the shipper, I had to repeatedly ask for the tracking information and delivery pictures (which clearly showed they took pictures of the incorrect address). I asked for a reship or a refund on just the shipping fee. They would not do either. I spent way more than the items were even worth on the app… I just wanted my prizes to give to my daughter since she’s into anime so it wasn’t about the amount of money I spent it was the principle. Apple really needs to look at this app because this is unacceptable.

There is no way to cancel recurring charges. Disputed with Apple and Apple Card.

It’s the normal type of claw games that you’ll see. It’ll tell you you need certain amount of coins to get a prize but in order to basically get those coins you needa pay for it. It sucks cuz I wish I could find an actual game where it isn’t like this.

When clicking on guest button, it only lets you explore main page. When you click on something it will take you to signup or login page. Will not let you try in guest mode.

I played around 10 instances of the claw machine, first try, grabbed the thing by the head, as the claw raised it looked good, it peaked and suddenly, the claw opened, dropping the toy. I got a consolation price of a keychain. Cool, whatever. I played 9 more times and continually I would either drop the toy at peak or the claw would just never close, don’t waste money or time on this app.

$18 shipping for your prizes.
This is super dishonest advertising. Claws are glitchy. And you win a few sure… but to get the prizes it’s $18 shipping… yeah absolutely NOT.

When you first download the app through the tutorial, there’s an option for different camera angles on their claw machine. When actually playing it. It becomes a blank blue screen. I’d avoid downloading this. It’s intended to take money more than provide actual prizes and you still gotta pay shipping and handling sketchy information provided. Don’t waist your money on this scam!

The prizes you pick aren’t the same as what’s in the machines and also there’s not a set number on the machines so one person can hog it.

I had a credit of 500 extra coins after a recent purchase. Spoke to one agent for too long, who agreed to credit coins the following day. She did not. Next agent refused letting me talk to a supervisor. Anyone that doesn’t honor their own promotions/ bonus- that they send out, isn’t worth anyone’s business!!!!!

I liked it at first then I noticed when I started winning that the coins would pile up near the camera which isn’t supposed to happen,it’s also strange that you can’t see the coins drop unlike other coin pusher games where you can see them which tells me they can control how much coins you get. Then when relaying the problem to them they denied it until I told them I have a screen recording of the problem. They still haven’t refunded in or contacted me.

Everything was well, I had won a few prizes and played the coin pusher game quite a bit. I accumulated around 130,000 coins on the game, when suddenly I could no longer play the coin pusher game which went up to 2000 coins per token, now only going up to 100. I lost my VIP once I won all my coins, I could no longer access the prize redemption page, and the claws stopped closing. Players before and after me had no issue with the claw, only I did AFTER I won a large amount of tokens. Shipping pricing also went up by a lot of money. What is the point of having a claw machine game if they're going to punish you for winning more than they want you to?

Don’t use this app because if you win something and it gets delivered to the wrong address they will do nothing because it happened to me and I even showed them proof that speedx said they delivered it to the wrong address and they said their is nothing they can do because it says delivered so don’t waste your time or money on this app

This is the most rigged/scam money grab game there is. Never playing again. Claw has no strength at all and drops all toys instantly.

Downloaded the game to try it out, the pictures don’t match what’s in the claw machine. Haven’t even tried to win anything, clicked on a ‘Sanrio’ machine and it was filled with Patrick the starfish from SpongeBob. Common occurrence on nearly everything I clicked.

Fake prizes or bad customer service
I won multiple prizes and decided to see how well the prizes and shipping was. I order two of my eight prizes and payed the shipping on May 5, 2025. The last update I got was on May 20, 2025. It stated that customs cleared the packages. It is now June 3, 2025 and I have yet to still receive any update or my prizes. I have talked to customer service and they said they can’t do anything about it. So then I asked for a refund and they said they can’t refund it because it had already been shipped. This is either a result of this app being fraudulent for the prizes or customer service not doing their part. 0/5 I really do not suggest playing this game or even downloading it.

I won the 3 prizes required (at the time more than a year ago now!) and never received my prizes. Waited a year, wrote them email after email and spoke to so many “live customer service” agents that all gave me the run around and lied and said they would ship it to write back later and I never got a thing! I’m so disappointed because their sister app claw party was so amazing and on point, I won and received so many prizes from them and it’s just said they let that app go for this and don’t even ship prizes. I won’t even get into the blatantly obvious “prize winning” pictures that are straight lies from the a people at the app themselves. If you look and compare the pictures, whoever is taking these pictures and creating these fake accounts isn’t too bright because you can clearly see they are all taken at the same place. Claw Eden should be ashamed at themselves and yes I have screenshots to back you all my claims! If there’s any actual humans that would like to reach out and correct this I would be grateful to speak to you and finally get my prizes I won! Thank you

I had fun with this app at first I won a few prizes without spending any money just purchasing the shipping but then after a while I saw that you could get into this special mall if you purchased a membership which I did whenever you purchase items from the mall, the shipping on them is ridiculous. It ranges from $20-$100 just for a simple small item. I have about 100,000 coins on my account and I really can’t do much with them. It seems like they disabled the claw machines for me so I can’t even get a good grab. I know it sounds crazy, but this app is sketchy.
